They scheduled me an appointment with a Healthcare provider to review blood work. The appointment was to be completed online via tele-health. I was required to log in 20 minutes prior to the appointment and verify my identity. I tried to verify my identity and hour prior to the appointment, and their website/service wasn't working. I attempted multiple times over and over again to verify my identity over the next HOUR with no luck. Hone provided a number to text if I had problems. I texted it twice. It's been over an hour and still no response. I tried to call customer service with no answer, just an answering machine. Now Hone is going to charge me $50 for not attending the appointment!!!An appointment that due to their failures I could not attend. This company is a scam. They appear legitimate, take your money and do not provide the service which I paid for, then find a way to charge you more.Took money for a service. Never provided the service.Business Response

Ive been receiving treatment from Hone for six months now but this last month has caused me to lose faith in Hone altogether. I was billed for March and still havent received my medication. They normally provide a bridge dose to get by while waiting on a provider appointment but did not this time and has already caused me to miss two treatments with a third nearing. This is unacceptable and seriously affects my livelihood. All attempts to communicate with them either go unanswered or the one sentence response provided gives no clear answer on expectations. The fact that *** paid for this in advance and am being ignored is beyond frustrating. Ill be taking my business elsewhere immediately.Business Response

Due to a lack of response from Hone Health regarding my prescriptions not being filled, I have requested through chat, online form and phone message that I want to cancel my membership. I have had zero response. The only way to communicate is through chat/email. It says a customer service *** will respond in 24 hours. It has been 5-6 business days.Business Response

Hone health is a subscription health service for men. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past week. There has been no response to two requests from their website and two separate emails. Hone then went ahead and charged my monthly fee despite my request to have the service cancelled.Business Response

On Feb ******* I ordered a membership online for $60.00 from Hone Health. I then tried to create an account and I received error messages each time. I asked for help and was told someone would assist me in 24 hrs. No contact from anyone from hone health. I tried changing my password and more error messages. The company hone health processed my $60.00 with no problem however they provided no support and no help as to my account creation issues. A very frustrating process! If hone health can not offer a customer help especially when I chose this company because I thought it would be beneficial to me - then I just want my money back. Ill chose another company that values my interest in them. Request for $60.00 to be returned to my bank account.Business Response

I have had a subscription for a few years now but due to some recent health concerns I have stopped all medications sans a daily vitamin per my primary care doctor. I sent a message about cancelling my membership and filled out a cancellation form the morning of 2/28/25. I only received the automatic reply from those efforts, coincidently I received a message that my account will be charged more money around 5pm that same day for next months prescriptions. I reached out again and tried calling with no results. They are proving to be impossible to get ahold of and I am suspecting they will send me more medication before any cancellation takes place. I have left over medication currently and am not interested in getting another month's medication if I am not using it. This really should not be that difficultBusiness Response

There is an issue with my prescription order. I contacted the business via email (they promise a response in 24 hours) but that was on Feb 25th, it is now the 27th without a response despite two follow up emails from me. I want a contact and to have the issue resolved ASAP. It is frustrating a company that charges a $129 monthly membership fee is not responsive to email, does not have a real chat function or phone number to call to resolve issues.
