Ive been using hone for a little over a year and a half now and they are great! Always prompt at responding to questions and make adjustments i my care literally in minutes. My ** is awesome straight forward and direct and also had solutions to any requests Ive made. I couldnt be happier with them!

So far every step Ive taken towards feeling better about myself has been easier with Hone. They have helped me identify some issues and hopefully these will be corrected though the plan my doctor and I developed. I strongly recommend giving them a try! (And my flex spending seems to be covering everything which is an added bonus!!)Hone

I paid $60 LabCorp testing fee. Scheduled my initial appointment, which was cancelled less than 24 hours by my provider. However, if YOU cancel, you will be charged $50. I attended the rescheduled telehealth appointment, I am expecting a prescription, but did not receive any thing. I have left messages. There is no customer service number. I cannot get in touch with a human being AT ALL. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charges of this visit and consider this a total loss because I have not received the services that they promised to provide. I'm am unhappy and unsatisfied. I will not use again.Hone

Have been with Hone for a year. Recently I met with one of there docs for a follow up appt. He was late for one then didn't put in his note or script from refills. I got ahold of a customer service *** they said no worries they will take care of it and there won't be an interruption. Well, that didn't happen. It appears I have to do another telehealth withte hopes they will actually not waste my time and put in there note and write a script. I am paying for nothing and I am out of mess. Abruptly stopping ************ is going to put me worse off then when I started with them. I payed for nothing this last month and I can't get ahold of anyone. It's not going well and is expensive.Hone

Generally, I've been happy with the services provided by Hone. I've been seen by a number of their clinicians, all of which were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, punctual, courteous, and took the time to outline a tailored treatment plan and answer any questions. I have experienced delays in receiving my medication, which has resulted in gaps in my treatment. It seems like Hone has adjusted their practices to alleviate such mistakes, and they provided good customer service, whenever I dealt with an issue. I'd probably give them 4.5 stars, due to the issues I experienced, but since that's not an option, I believe they deserve the benefit of the doubt.Hone
