    Stay away from these people, I was told that the price of the service subscription was to pay for the evaluation and that I wasnt able to request a refund despite having zero treatment from these people. The nurse practitioners arent going to listen to you, despite you asking for antibiotics youve been subscribed in the past for the same symptoms. If you want to give $50 to a service that wont help you, this is it

    After waiting for 4 hours, the clinician I was trying to see finally answered, when I did respond she sent a message advising that I was unavailable and she was ending the consultation. So it ended after I had responded and I selected I wasnt happy to see if I could reconnect, but then ended up waiting over three hours again for her to respond at nearly 1am when I was asleep because I had given up. My time, money, and my frustration were all wasted on this. The prices continue to go up on services that for some reason continue to go down and as someone who was once pleased by the flexibility of using this app, I and the people associated with me who once used this service as well, will no longer be using it because it is doing more damage to peoples health than assisting. It is a shame.

    Went through 2 different "doctors" where one just disconnected after like an hour and the second one just stopped responding. All I needed was a note and maybe a prescription and I wasn't even able to get that. Horrible CS.

    Used to be a wonderful service. Now not worth it. You connect with Nurse Practitioners who do not listen to you. I had a visit with a male nurse p who barely spoke to me! I used to speak with doctors when I used the platform. Now its a bunch of nurse ps which leads me to suspect the quality of care especially since the price increase. If I am paying that much money I would like to speak to a doctor. "High ************* is what they advertize

    If there was a zero I would have chosen that. It was advertised that you can get urgent care for only $19 a month membership (years ago when I joined). I have FAITHFULLY paid that monthly amount for years. I have ear infection today and Im leaving for a trip abroad. I have mastiodectomy at *********** and have had a few flare *** over the years that antibiotics clears up. .i was only offered ear drops!!!! More fluid poured into my ear canal when my problem is ear infection clearly. ****** *. I see your review below. They did the same thing to me. PLUS I WAS MADE TONPAY ANOTHER $49 dollars!!!! Oh it should be reimbursed to me on 7-10 days. Ridiculous. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE RELATIVELY HEALTHY WITH ONLY AN OCCASIONAL EARACH MAYBE ONCE YOU VERY THREE YEARS!!!!

    The advertise they treat UTI. A COMMON symptom is a fever. Due to my low grade fever they recommended I go to urgent care. A total waste of $73. They would not refund my five minute text conversation because recommendations were given. Do not use. They are out for your money!

    This is a horrible company. They charged me $49 for my call and never said it was a continuing subscription at $49 for first month and then $147 every month thereafter whether you used it or not. They just started taking out $147..recurring paymentfrom the payment I thought I was making for the consultation one time. This is despicable to take advantage of people like this. Im trying to stop recurring payment and sent them a reply message and it came back saying they had blocked me. Ive been on hold now with supposedly one caller in front of me and no one is answeringjust getting a continuous message to hold on or leave a message to call back. Im sure they arent planning on calling me back! If I could leave a 0 I would!

    Ive been a loyal customer to ********************** for over a year for management of a health issue. Recently, I lost access to my email and have been trying to rectify the situation for days with no avail, not even receiving a call back today from customer service. I am now on day 3 without my medication and withdrawal symptoms have been awful. Dont waste your time and go somewhere with better customer service. They are happy to take my $49/mo but not help me change my email on file so I can continue using their services.

    ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I sought out K Health for enticing "weight loss medication prescriptions" I was over charged for labs bc the did not code it right so my insurance would not cover. They did re-code the first draw but sent me back for a second and I was charged $161 by the lab. Also, I got one month of weight loss medication THEN it was stopped. Do not fall for this app, I learned the hard way! Such a crock website. And the "doctor visits" are all via text and I could swear they do not even read your responses and just ask the same questions. Seems more like "AI" than actual medical knowledge and guidance. So sucky!!!! I requested my account be closed and they told me I had to wait another month. Just absolutely horrible...especially bc I am an RN and I have a mission to help others and I feel so helpless now.
