I talked on the phone to Rx med about stopping my payment and delivery of meds from them. They talked me into just postponing it for a few months. I agreed. I asked them not to bill me but they did anyway. I called them today to have them send them to me but they said it was too long ago.I asked them for a refund and they said it was too long age so there wasn't any refunds. We write in response to the above referenced complaint.
The customer, *******************, purchased a one month supply of medication on November 22, 2023. The subscription terms, to which ************** affirmatively consented, specifically stated that he would be enrolled in an automatic monthly subscription plan, which would result in monthly renewals. The medication order was shipped later that day.
Our records show that ************** was automatically billed for the monthly renewal on December 22, 2023 for another 30-day supply of the medication and the order shipped later that day.
************** contacted Rex MD on January 19, 2024 requesting to cancel his subscription. After speaking to an agent, ************** was offered to place his account on hold for 6 months, which ************** agreed to. The recurring subscription date was then moved to July 22, 2024.
On April 21, 2024, ************** contacted Rex MD informing that the medication was not working for him and wanted to cancel the second order from shipping. ************** contacted Rex MD again on May 6, 2024 advising that we had placed his order on hold and we needed to ship it out.
After further review of this matter, Rex MD identified this medication order had already been shipped out.
Despite our attempts to contact him, Rex MD has had no further correspondence with ************** since the last interaction on May 6, 2024.
Given the further clarification of the complaint received by the customer, we consider this complaint resolved.Initial Complaint

We write in response to the above referenced complaint.
On April 21, 2024, the customer, *** ****, enrolled in a recurring subscription for a prescription drug product from REX MD. When making this order, *** **** affirmatively agreed to enrollment in a subscription program, and the terms and conditions, to which *** **** affirmatively consented, specifically stated that prescription products are non-refundable.
On April 26, 2024, *** **** messaged REX MD requesting cancellation of his order and subscription. Even though our terms and conditions clearly state initial orders are non-refundable, *** ****’s subscription and initial order was canceled and he was issued a full refund that same day.
Given the cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint resolved.

Rex MD sent a prescription with no authorization. They will not accept returns or give refunds. I did make a purchase over six months ago and turned off the automatic Refills in my Patient Portal. The pending charge for $331.20 was on February 29th at 9:12am. I saw the pending charge and left 4 messages at 10:15 am. There was no communication that an order was being processed. They should not be able to send prescription drugs without authorization. I did speak with their customer service department, with no solution to the problem. The representative was very short and not helpful at all. The ***** package is not opened and no damage to it. Very poor business practices!!!Customer Answer

We write in response to the above referenced complaint.
On July 22, 2023, the customer, *****************************, enrolled in a recurring six-month subscription for a prescription drug product from REX MD. When making this order, ************ affirmatively agreed to enrollment in a subscription program, and the terms and conditions, to which ************ affirmatively consented, specifically stated that prescription products are non-refundable.
On February 29, ***************************************************************************** charge of $331.20. The order shipped that same day.
With further review, REX MD identified that ****************** had emailed us on March 1, 2024 requesting his membership to be canceled and refunded.REX MD responded to ****************** confirming cancellation of his subscription, as such he would not incur any further charges. However, we could not issue a refund for the medication due to his order having already been shipped.
Given the further clarification of the complaint received, along with the cancellation of the customers subscription, we consider this complaint resolved.

The customer, ***********************, purchased medication on May 16, 2022, which shipped on May 26, 2022. Another purchase was made on June 16, 2022, which shipped June 27, 2022.
**************** contacted Rex MD on February 14, 2024 with a request to change the medication as it was not meeting his needs. The medication was approved and a one time purchase of $100 was processed. This medication order shipped the same day.
On February 20, 2024, **************** contacted Rex MD inquiring if he needed a higher dose of medication due to it being ineffective. RexMD responded to **************** asking if he would like us to do an RX change while providing a list of options that we offer. **************** requested a replacement since the medication was not working for him.
RexMD informed **************** that we do not offer or issue replacements when a patient says the medication does not work. At this time no replacement request was made and weve received no further correspondence.

October 25 2023 1157 am I got online to research generic ******. during the course of my research you had to enter your card information AND provide a copy of your identification to recieve said products. I saw the final price, decided to buy, and declined to provide I'd.the charged my account anyway said they would not issue a refund. and if I didn't provide proper ID that they needed to have because of state law I would not get the products or my money back and I would be out of luck on both. the price was hidden until you entered your card information. the product was priced way higher than other companies. it has been since October and haven't received a refund nor have I received the products in question. this is theft of of my money.Business Response

Our records show that the customer, ****** *******, attempted to purchase medication on October 25, 2023. A discrepancy was identified within our automated system and that proper identification need to be provided by *** ******* in order for the order to be processed. Rex MD did not receive this information, therefore the order was not processed.
On January 31, 2024, *** ******* contacted Rex MD and spoke with a supervisor. In conclusion of the discussion, Rex MD cancelled *** *******’s subscription and issued him a full refund for the unprocessed order.

April of '23 I purchased a $204 prescription of sildenafil which, as advertised would consist of 24 doses. All I ever received was 8. I complained but received zero compensatory action or even any correspondence extending any care and concern to investigate towards resolving the issue. Then in December, I was notified they were about to charge me another $204 for the "next" shipment, which was just outrageous considering having been treated as I had and already feeling scammed.Business Response

Rex MD would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the experience that customer ****** ******* had.
Our records shows that *** *******’s medication order had the quantity change during his renewal term. As a result *** ******* did receive less than what he had paid for.
Rex MD rectified this discrepancy and created a replacement order for *** *******, even though it was outside of the 30 day-policy.
The replacement order for the remaining 16 tablets was shipped to *** ******* on February 26, 2024.
Given our efforts made to send the replacement order to *** ******* with a successful delivery of the order, *** ******* contacted LifeMD on February 11, 2024 requesting to cancel his account. LifeMD cancelled *** *******’s subscription on February 13, 2024.
Given the fulfillment of the replacement medication and cancellation of his subscription, we consider this complaint resolved.Initial Complaint

The customer, ***********************, ordered a prescription drug product from LifeMD on April 30, 2022. In submitting his order, the customer affirmatively consented to LifeMDs terms and conditions, which indicate that prescription products are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, ************ apparently did not experience the results he hoped for with this prescription product. However, he waited over a year and a half to raise his concerns.
Considering that prescription products are non-refundable and the amount of time that has passed since the initial order, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

The customer, *********************, ordered a recurring subscription for a prescription drug product from REX MD on May 02, 2022.
On November 17, 2023, it was determined that *** ******* most recent order was not delivered to the correct address. The delivery address was then updated in our system. However, **************** complains that his subscription order was still not delivered to the correct address.
On December 19, 2023, *** ******* subscription was canceled and he was issued a full refund for his most recent order.
Considering this subscription cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint to be resolved.
