This complaint is against Tire Agent I ordered 4 tires and 4 rims did not received any items ordered even thou ***** said delivered and ***** forged my signature I wasn't even home when ***** delivered.I contacted tire agent on March 28th to report missing items and I also disputed entire order and requested full refund no replacement due to ordering with a local company and due to this bad experience in delivery.Tire Agent email me back wanting a picture of empty packages and papers but I already discarded the requested items as I told them before they requesting silly request the main issue is not receiving what I paid for I have also disputed the entire order with my finance company and is requesting full refund to resolved issue.Order Number **********Customer Answer

On March 23, ************************************************************* a $30 coupon off of everything but when I went to check out, it would not let me. It kept timing out. So I opened in a completely different browser and lost the $30 coupon; I contacted cs and they offered me a 5% discount on my next purchase. I informed them they would never be a next purchase. It has now been four days, and I still have no tires. They were supposed to ship the sensors and the tires to the installer that I chose. Well, the sensors arrived at my house today and according to ****** the tires are nowhere to be found because there was a problem with the label that tire agent provided. So now I have no idea where my tires are, or if or when theyre going to be delivered to the installer or to my house, which is a complete joke. I dont want the tires delivered to my house. I ordered tires from this company on March 13, 2025. I received a defective tire from this company. The technician that installed the tires are contracted through tire agent. The technician confirmed the tire was defective. Ive since uploaded the pictures and has been very compliant with them in reference to sending a replace tire per their warranty. I dont damage the tire because I havent driven the car since the installation because that 1 bad tire makes my entire car shake. My car rode very smooth before installing the tires from Tire Agent. Im being asked to submit the same information over and over again and Im not getting anywhere with the merchant.Business Response

According to our records, the tire was delivered on March 3, 2025. On the same day, you contacted us to report that you had not received it, stating that the photo on the proof of delivery was not of your front door. We immediately started a shipment investigation with ***** on your behalf.
The investigation conducted by ***** determined that the package was delivered to your neighbor's door, three houses down from your residence. We suggested that you reach out to your neighbor to check if they received your package. However, you informed us that they confirmed they did not receive the item. In this case, we recommend contacting your local authorities to file a case against your neighbor and have them assist in recovering your merchandise.

I purchased Tires, Wheels, and **** sensors from Tire Agent. The tires and wheels came without issue. The **** sensors were described to be preprogrammed before shipment. After answering all the required information pertaining to the year, make, and model of my vehicle, once installed, and a relearn of the **** sensors on my vehicle, it was found that they were not preprogrammed. When contacting Tire Agent, they repeatedly directed me to the manufacturer *******. The manufacturer app states that I would need to touch the sensor using the *** feature on the phone. Which was not described in the description. They repeatedly pass the blame to the manufacturer. Even though they promote and sell the item. Ultimately they are denying any fault. They refuse to do anything to rectify this situation. I've asked for a simple replacement of the two tpms sensors to be replaced and I would send the two faulty sensors back on my own dime. Yet they refused and still refuse to compromise on any resolution.Business Response

We understand that you are experiencing issues with one of the **** sensors you received, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I attempted to call you at the number listed on your order, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach you. Our goal is to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, and we understand that you prefer to handle this via email.
In your previous email, you mentioned that you tried running your vehicle with the rear tires at 50 PSI. The recommended tire pressure for your vehicle typically falls between 33 PSI and 35 PSI. Over-inflating the tires above the manufacturer's recommended pressure can trigger the **** light, as the system may interpret the high pressure as a warning.
We recommend that you adjust your tire pressure to the recommended PSI and drive for a few miles to see if the **** light on your dashboard turns off. Apparently, this did not resolve the issue.
We offered to request a replacement for the **** sensor, and if the manufacturer approves the replacement, Tire Agent will cover the cost of dismounting and remounting the tires. Alternatively, you can choose to return the two sensors and receive a refund; we will still reimburse the cost of dismounting and mounting.

We ordered 4 tires on line from the tire agent. They sent the wrong tires. The invoice was correct but the actual tires with the invoice were the incorrect size We asked to return the tires and get our money back and they agreed All 4 tires were picked up by Fed Ex and only 2 tires made it back to the Tire Agent warehouse. They have not figured out why the other 2 tires have not made it to their warehouse. I asked for a supervisor contact and they have not given it to me . They stopped responding to my email requests . They have not refunded me my money . I first ordered and paid for the tires the first week of February and this continues to Not be resolved. I purchased new wheels for my vehicle on Thursday 2/20/25. I did a finance option through one of the lenders. I picked the wheels i wanted filled out the finance application, was approved and it said that the page would redirect back to tire agent to finish checking out, which it didn't. So I called tire agent and they said that for whatever reason there was a glitch and they would have to manually process my order which would take an additional 2-3 business days because they had to send to their logistics team. So come the following Tuesday I finally receive notice that my order has been processed and shipped. It showed my wheels to come in on Thursday 2/27. When the package arrived it only contained two of the four wheels I ordered. So I immediately called Tire agent back and was told that they would have to investigate and contact their logistics team again (evidently they can't just call them directly?) which could take another 3-5 business days. All of these delays wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't desperate to receive due to needing to have my changed badly. So i hear back from them again and now I'm told the warehouse is out of stock of that rim and they will not receive more until at least this Thursday so earliest they could possibly ship would be this Friday. i asked about possible over night shipping options and i was told they don't have any other options to ship besides ***** ground. I also asked for a discount or store credit for the hassle and I was offered a possible $25 dollar discount... on a $1200 plus sale... I literally laughed. So as of now maybe I will receive my other rims by mid next week if nothing else goes wrong. This has been an awful experience and this company has done very little to try and make things right. Due to tariffs imposed on imports, they had to move the supplies from ****** to ****, ***, which affected the shipping timeline.
We have been advised that the remaining 2 wheels will arrive in 1-2 weeks. However, we do not want to hold you to this order. Therefore, we provided options: you could return the wheels free of charge for a full refund, or you could choose a comparable wheel instead.
We understand that you really liked the ******************** but we also recognize the urgency of receiving the wheels to install them on your vehicle. On January 1st 2025 I purchased two tires from this business I spent $167 after they were shipped I had them installed at a business and I only drove the car around a hundred miles and one of the tires has a bulge in the sidewall that is it manufacturer defect I contacted tire agent and they went through a warranty process through the manufacturer the manufacturer denied this and they also denied this I had the tires professionally installed and now they will not send me a replacement all I want is a good tire they offered me 10% off another one I feel this is wrong and all's I want is a good tire put on my vehicle I have already purchased two I just need one thank youBusiness Response

I made a purchase of 4 tires on two separate orders. I used the product search engine on their site and it recommended the tires that I purchased. We immediately processed a replacement order for the correct tires on the same day, February 14, and shipped them out on February 18. According to ***** tracking information, the correct tires were delivered to the address you provided on February 19.
