      We immediately processed a replacement order for the correct tires on the same day, February 14, and shipped them out on February 18. According to ***** tracking information, the correct tires were delivered to the address you provided on February 19.       On Dec. 5th I ordered 4 new Kumho Tires with the 120 rebate. I also ordered a air compressor that I never received. I contacted Tire Agent, Katapult leasing, ****. All of them said they couldn't do nothing about compressor. When asked about the rebate they said at this time it says 80. I said when I ordered them it was 120. They never said that they were going to resolve that issue.I would like to see the 80 dollars refunded to me also the 40 that Im missing from the rebate.

      I placed and order for 4 tires from Tire Agent. This order was financed through *******, which they required $53.27 for a down payment on the tires. The credit company will be doing auto pay on my account for $110 starting on February 4th. The tires I purchased were the wrong size and I was unable to cancel the order. I was told I only had one hour from time of purchase to cancel. Tire Agent told me they would try to stop shipment while it was still being processed. The tires were then shipped to my home by *****. When they arrived, I refused them and had them sent back. I have called numerous times to resolve this issue. I have been tracking the tires and all four, according to my tracking and been received back by Tire Agent. I have been calling the past three days and have been told they only received three tires back. All the tires have their own tracking, and it shows they have been delivered.       On January 9, 2025, you placed an order on the Tire Agent website for four Blackhawk Agility SUV tires in size 265/60R18. Our records indicate that you submitted a cancellation request on January 10, 2025, and later called to notify us that you wanted to cancel the order because you ordered the incorrect size.

      During that conversation, you were informed about the one-hour cancellation window, which requires all cancellation requests to be made within one hour of placing an order. If a cancellation request is made after this time, it is processed as a return. While we typically advise that we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed, we strive to accommodate requests if the order has not yet been picked up. Unfortunately, in this case, the tires had already been shipped by the time your cancellation request was submitted.

      On January 14, 2025, you called to state that you refused the delivery of the tires. We advised against refusing shipments, as it often results in delays. There have been several instances where ***** lost tires being returned to the sender. We encourage customers to follow the returns process, and we sent you the return form link along with a discount on the return fee, which you declined. 

      I understand that you have already spoken with ******** and explained the reason for refusing the delivery. Since we value you as a customer, we understand your situation and are committed to assisting you with the refund once the tires are inspected.

      I ordered 4 rims off of tire agent on 11/16/2024 everything was going smooth I received my rims get them in my car and take my car to the shop to get the rims on and they sent me 1 incorrect wheel. So I contacted them and they said I could return the wheel and get the correct one shipped to me. I get cleared of the rim that I sent back and that they can send the correct one come to find out 2 weeks later they tell me the correct one is out of stock for 3/6 weeks so they offer for me to return the 3 rims and get a refund I already mounted one because I had a 3 in crack in my prior rim so they said I could just return the 2 and still get a full refund .. so I ship the 2 rims and pay out of pocket to ship them and pay ***** to secure my package which I have receipt of and 3 days later I get a email which i attached to this so your guys can read it .. it says Im clear and my refund is ready to be processed . Then out of no where 2 days after I receive the email that I have been cleared and Im waiting on my refund they tell me my rims have been damaged at the warehouse and I can no longer get a refund that Im supposed to just accept the 2 damaged rims back and be left with 3 rims and not have all 4 rims because I will not be ordering off this site again. I think after everything I have had to go through with this company that I deserve my money back its been nothing but stress and not knowing they wait weeks to contact me I have to email or call just to get updates on things its been 2 months now and I have no idea what its going to happen and Ive been paying on the 3 rims that I dont even have this whole time !! Ive very frustrated and want my money back. I feel that they may have purposely damaged them so I wouldnt techinally get a free rim (the one I mounted). I have had people ignore me and not respond for weeks !! And this is the worst experience with a online service I have ever had !

      Our records show that you placed an order for four Mayhem Warrior wheels on November 16, 2024. On November 21, 2024, you contacted us regarding an incorrect wheel you received, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We arranged for the return of the wrong wheel, however, the wheels you originally ordered were out of stock. You also mentioned that you had installed one wheel on your vehicle due to damage to your previous wheel. Understanding the urgency of having a complete set of wheels, we offered to accept the two unmounted wheels back without any return fees, as you decided to send them back.

      After receiving the three wheels, one incorrect and two correct, at our warehouse, we found that all of them were damaged because they were not returned in their original packaging. Normally, we cannot accept damaged wheels, as they cannot be resold. However, we wanted to assist you, given your patience and cooperation throughout this issue. As a courtesy, we already issued a credit for the incorrect wheel, even though it had to be scrapped, as it cannot be sold as new.

      After further review, we generally do not issue refunds for damaged wheels. However, we want to assist you with your situation. If youd like, we can offer a credit for one additional damaged wheel and send you a replacement wheel in the size you need.

      I made an order December 8th decided to cancel. Online it stated they were open so I called to cancel order. Stated they were closed, I had to search the site on how to cancel order. Called first thing Monday Dec 9th. Spoke with *** been and been getting the run around since. I was told my order was cancelled, then next thing you know I see a delivery truck and I went outside to refuse order due to I was told it was cancel. Now they want me to Pay for items I didnt receive and countless times on the phone nothing resolved. Leasing company need a cancel letter from tire agent and now they wont send it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I have recorded calls speaking to **** and was told that he reached out to warehouse to not send tires and wasnt told what they stating. I have been getting the run around and now they want me to pay ****** bucks to send the rims they send and I never received the rest of the order. I have been going back and forth. I had to locate on the site how to cancel on the site it had a number, that stated they were open on Sunday and they wasnt, so I had to look over the site to find how to cancel the order. How do I send my recorded calls speaking with these ****. **** are horrible, the online reviews states how they do people. Wish I would have read the reviews.       I placed an order for 4 tires and 4 wheels back on 11/17/24. I received the items promptly but the wheels came damaged. I spent over 2 weeks trying to get Tire Agent to replace the damaged wheel and received nothing but other more convenient options from Tire Agent like: keeping the wheel and receiving a gift card or bringing the wheel to a ***** location and having it replaced in weeks. After weeks of fighting this, I decided to accept the damaged product for a gift card, but when I went to have the items mounted to my vehicle I was told the tires were not compatible with the wheels. I received both items as recommended by the website and could not understand how it was possible they did not go together. I reached out to customer service and was told to pay for the return cost of over $100 to have the incorrect tires returned. I spent this cost on 12/22 and did not receive correspondence to return the tires until 1/6/25. The email stated I needed to go to a ***** location and return the items which was not the original agreement. I am requesting a refund of my return fee and to have the tires picked up and refunded as well.

Our records show that you placed an order on November 17, 2024, for wheels using the vehicle information for a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, 2-Door Convertible, Base model. The original equipment (OE) tire size for this vehicle is 205/60R15. Unfortunately, we do not carry 15" wheels, as our available rim sizes are 16", 17", and 18". You selected 4 Touren TR3 wheels in size 16" and added them to your cart.

      Afterward, you searched for tires using the same vehicle information and added 4 Ironman tires in size 205/60R15. This is why the wheel size you ordered did not match the tire size. We strongly recommend that you search for both wheels and tires together to ensure the tire size matches the wheels.

      I attempted to reach you by phone twice but was unable to connect. We're sorry to hear that you had to return the items. We understand that return shipping fees can be a burden, so we provided a discount on that fee. However, as we value you as a customer, we will refund the full amount you paid for the return fees.

      The refund for your tires was completed and issued directly to the financing company on January 28, 2025.       I purchased tires, warranty and an electric inflater through this business. They told me they couldnt ship the inflater with the tires to the business I chose to install the new tires on because it wasnt needed for the installation (which is fine) but also said they couldnt ship to a different address (Im out of town for business purposes). I told them just to cancel and do a refund for the inflater. It has been a month now and I still have yet to receive my nearly $80 refund or a tire inflater that I have NOT received. I expect a refund now since they continue to give me the run around when I call to inquire its status. Please help me get my refund.

      I've been trying to return this product since I purchased it due to me not needing them the vehicle was totalled and I have been getting bullied into keeping them and I feel it s not right they made excuses within the return time frame and are making them now the tires are still new and in the original packing I don't want or need them but I'm being forced to keep them this company is terrible the customer service is horrible they are scammers

      As previously stated, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, unmounted, and in its original condition. You reached out to us on October 19, 2024, which is within the 30-day period, and we acknowledged your request to return the items, as you no longer needed them, and also provided you with a discount on the return fee. However, you declined our offer and mentioned that you would reach out to your bank to file a dispute. You called back after two months only to inquire about your account number with the financing company, and we referred you to them as we don't have access to that information.

       I don't know what's going on or how things are getting confused since the 30 day period  I've been trying to return them and instead of you guys sending the return information I've been getting told to keep them pay them off and sale them that's bullying and I did dispute it because no one has been professional enough to start the return process to get them returned even in the first 30 days when the return was free I never received an barcode or anything to return them you all keep trying to force me to keep them and resale them it's mighty funny you a person I've never spoke to can respond saying all this but why haven't you requested for the tires to be retrieved or the other agents you can start the paperwork to retrieve them right so why don't you instead of forcing me to pay off something I no longer need or want why should I be forced to resale your product obviously your not looking at the responses right your company is trying to force me to sale their products.......and I'm refusing just pick them up like I've asked you to do in the first 30 days I'll be waiting on a parcel to come get them however

      I had canceled my order for tires and was told I would receive a refund but I never got my refund. I contacted the company many times asking about my refund and I never get a answer.
