      The site was unclear about what currency the payment was to be made in; had I known it was in USD, I would have used my USD card.There is no or little information about the baggage fees - difficult to find.While a reservation number was posted in the email response, it did not show the booking number of the flight. This is also not shown on the ticket.Prices change significantly when one leaves a site for a few minutes.

      When I was booking the flight my total was ******* I inputed our information to book the flight and by the time I wanted to book it was charging me over $200.00 more *******. I called to customer service and they provided a discount that would total 1854 while I was on the phone for 18 minutes. I tried to provide a screenshot of what the original price was and the agent would not honor the price.

With people all over the world able to go onto their computers, laptops and even phones to look for the same limited seats on any given flight it can be easy to see how fares and even flights can sell out at any time. It is a common standard in the airline industry that fares are never guaranteed until the ticket is issued. We regret any inconvenience.

      I travel with some frequency. And, if I am not mistaken, CheapOair was the one I used. Eventually I used others but I end up coming back to CheapOair. I hope we can continue enjoying all our trips... So far no problems whatsoever. Thanks!

      CheapOair I have been trying to purchase plane ticket for my wife and me from CheapOair. In doing so I asked that a credit we have for a flight in January be applied. These flights are not to the same place but they are with the same airline. The credit was $1079. I was quoted $1515 for the flight but then was placed on hold and when the fellow came back he said that there was a n error and that there would also be a fee of over $500 a person on top of the tickets. I complained to him and he said he could bring it down to about $400 a piece. I explained to him that the net result of this mark-up was that there was essentially no credit, even though we payed extra to have the ability to cancel our previous tickets. This eventually went up the chain to a person wh uh o tried to explain that to take the first booking and change it to a different destination would result in the extra fees. This was not explained when we originally paid for the initial tickets. To me this sounds like they dont want to credit the flight and to do this they just added fees.
