If you ever want to deal with a headache of a company, please continue to book with *********. Theyre so greedy and money hungry. A flight i booked was leaving at a later time than what i booked due to a delay. They gave me the option to cancel or accept the itinerary. I chose to cancel. You have to reach out to customer service for a refund in which they said would take two months (ridiculous). Then they said i cant get e refund and said if i choose to cancel the flight i have to pay a fee. They also wanted to charge me an extra $200 if i wanted to change the day of the flight. More than it would be if i relooked the flight myself through a different booking agency. Be so for real. Never have i heard of this. I then decided to dispute the charge and this company and some idiotic manager called me three times cutting me off every time i spoke and interrupted me. I ended up screaming at them because who do you think you are?! Went to dispute this charge with my cc company and because i wasnt in the country at the time my company called me and im still trying to get my money back for a flight i never took. NEVER AGAIN. Do not use this sham of a company. Youre not saving anything. They charge you for every single thing that your better off. Poking through the airline directly.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that it has not been a satisfactory experience. As an agency we must abide by the rules set by the airline. Only they can authorize a refund from their company. They do not consider their schedule change enough of a change for them to offer a refund. We regret any inconvenience or frustration.Review from Doug L

CheapOair flight reservation that i paid online with travel protection doesnt want me to cancel my flight reservation. The reservation that i made is not even past 7 hours but the airfare they charged me cant be cancelled. I believe that this is a violation of rules and rights of customers who cant do anything at all. I never had a situation like this before that their portal is collecting travel protection fee with advertisement of easy cancellation but its not at all.Fareportal Inc. Response

Absolutely horrible customer service, can't help in absolutely any way whatsoever. Charged my card and then 6 hours later still hadn't send my tickets and just kept saying it's pending just to wait. Never received my tickets, avoid this fraud of a company at all costs. ****** and ***** are the worst reps **** ever dealt withFareportal Inc. Response

This company is a scam. Lost approximately $800.00 dealing with them last year. Representative lied to us, sold us insurance that had expired the next day.This company reimbursed us for there part of this disaster, but cost us the airline tickets and would not help us. AGAIN, there employee misrepresented the entire scam. The airline will not deal with a third party, you are on your own. Cheep O Air is a waist of time, you can book the exact tickets on your own. These people where impossible to deal with constantly lieing. They record all transactions but will not play back the conversation. The excuse was the tape was to long. Save your money and aggravation. PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!Fareportal Inc. Response

Good afternoon to whom this may concern with the Better Business Bureau, I am regretfully disgusted by the company of CheapOair, not paying me back due to the death of my mother-in-law. I couldnt catch the flight due to her funeral, and I had to pay another flight to come back home And Im trying to get my refund back and Im not getting anywhere after 5 1/2 months of no response and scamming me and asking me for all these documentations and when I call the airline ***************** they were automatically gonna give me the refund, but they realize that I dealt with a third-party agency They told me I have to take it with cheapo air, so Im asking please refund me my money backFareportal Inc. The airline has requested additional information which we have asked the customer to provide. The funds are with the airline so only they can authorize a refund from their company. The worse mindless: should-ve researched first, thing I have done in my last 5 years. Should've just booked with the airline directly, or went with a MORE REPUTABLE travel agency/online agency. The double Cancellation charge is without absurd and scam-ish beyond belief. But again, they're scamming, so of course, when we don't do our thorough, better yet, moderate, research on how we want to give our money, the scammers are going to enjoy and take advantage of us not doing that, gladly.Fareportal Inc. I booked a flight through cheapoair. I accidentally booked the wrong date. It wasnt even a date that was nearby as well, it was almost 2 weeks in advance. I noticed it immediately after and tried to get it resolved. Was initially told I had to wait until it was processed. Waited a few hours and did it again. They sent the request and to check back in a couple hours. I checked again in the morning and same thing happened and was told to check back in another couple hours. Which I did again, was told again to check back in 30 minutes. Contacted again a couple hours later and was told that I couldnt cancel even within 24 hours.Was told it was the airlines policy, which luckily I was at the airport and wanted to confirm that or not. Even though they couldnt do much they said that is not their policy and were baffled by that nonsense policy. Representatives told me to contact the airline directly, ironically the staff at the airline right before that said the 3rd party lies and tells the customer to talk to the airline to see if they can help with the issue even though they cannot.Fareportal Inc. CheapoAir is a scam buyers beware I have purchased a ticket for round trip,but then the ticket was for one way on Sept 15 2024 for ****** I canceled immediately,just wanted to fo see my aging mom I was told I would get my refund in 7-14 days Call on 10/1/2024 to be told that they tried to refund my money but my bank or card wouldn't accept a refund,called my bank and was told no refund was entered, Call CheapoAir again to be told that they are waiting for the Airlines to refund my money then they will issue my refund,They are a scam do not go onto there website it's a lot of Indian Asian that answering your call from different areas, like parking lots or garage a lot of noise "please they are not thrust worthy" you will not get your money back and they will gave you the runner around for your own money or try to take half of it, when you have worked so hard for your moneyFareportal Inc.
