I cancelled my Fox Nation subscription November 25, 2023. They sent me an email to come back at 50% off. I decided to try it again for $32.50 but when I got my Amex statement they charged me $64.99 +tax = $70.53!I reached out by phone and email and was told NO refund. This is fraud to bait with an offer to come back at a discount and then charge full price. I am not asking for a full refund, just what was promised. I want a credit of $32.50 + tax. I am being reasonable but continue to get lip service from customer support!Business Response

On Nov 26 FOX Nation charged my credit card $73.67 for a yearly subscription which they did not send any notification for. I signed up last November and did not know the exact date. They did not send an email before they charged my account or after they charged my account. This is dishonest to think someone would remember year-to-year without any notification. I want a refund for this charge as I did not authorize it.Business Response

Hi, on Nov. 22nd, 2022 I signed up for Fox Nation. We never watched it. I had noticed I was getting a monthly charge from Xfinity, not Fox. I spoke with ******* and asked about the charge and they said, I didn't sign up on the Fox website. I told them to cancel and forgot all about it. On Nov. 23rd, I received an email from Pay Pay stating that they paid Fox Nation $65.00. I went on Fox website and had to do a chat. I was told no refunds as started in the policy. I told them I had never received an email from fox saying I signed up and would be charged $65 a year later. The response again, was no refunds and he shut off the chat. I then tried email support. They said after looking at my account, which I do not have, there were no refunds. They never responded to any responses I had after that. I tried to find a phone number to speak to a person, called and it's only automated and could only leave a comment. Never got a call back. I started a new email explaining, that xfinity was charging me because I never signed up from the website and that I never received anything from Fox saying I did. I also never received an email stating I was going to be charged the $65.00 which would have given me the choice to keep it or cancle. I decided to try and see if I even had Fox Nation because I canceled with Xfinity, who is apparently where I signed up, not the Fox website. I don't have it! It says I have to subscribe! I'm not sure how they were able to use my Paypal for payment I never authorized. I have tried and tried to resolve this with no luck. It's just NO REFUNDS! They aren't even reading my responses to explain to them that I was subscribed through Xfinity and not the Fox website and had canceled it. I also told them I don't have an account with ***, I checked, and I don't even have Fox Nation on my TV. I'm getting charged for something I don't have. What a nightmare. Apparently after searching, Fox Nation has many complaints with the same issue as I am having. This is just so wrong. It's my hope you can help me with this as I can't get help from them. Annual subscription to FoxNation, billed on 11/28 received no notice did not realize until I got my checking account monthly statement. Contacted them immediately, was told could receive no refund of subscription as terms of service are final. I feel it is fraudulent that you receive no notice prior to being re-billed for service. I don't watch the subscription anymore, I hate the service, and feel defrauded. I want a refund from them, and will not stop til I have recourse on action, and will be warning others of their actions. If none is provided I plan to continue to message their customer service with endless complaints regarding subscription offerings, and lack of customer service.Business Response

Fox Nation streaming service was automatically renewed for the year. I unsubscribed for the next year and currently valid until November ****. I tried to log into my account and I am denied the service I paid $64.99 and it wants me to purchase another subscription on same account. On 11/25 I reviewed my account and saw that my yearly fee was $1.50 per month, at that price I decided to maintain the service. I did not get any notice and then on 11/29 was notified that I was charged $64.99. I cancelled the subscription, yet FOX is stating they do not give refunds. Their service is lacking as compared to out similar services in content and mobility within the site..Business Response

Had a Fox nation account over a year ago. Didnt watch it much so we canceled it. Seemed the cancellation went through and had no further issues. A little over a year later I notice a charge through my pay pal account for *****. It occurred 12-3-2023. I contacted and filed a dispute through PayPal and also was in a chat situation with Fox nation for well over an hour with zero resolve so far. Ironically even though they charged me for this I cant even get the app to open. This has to be one of the most fraudulent companies I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware!Business Response

On 11/27/2023 I was charged $69.38 for an annual renewal on my Fox Nation account. I saw the charge on 11/30/2023 and contacted the company because I had not received any email or notification my account would auto renew or what the amount would be. I only received promotional emails saying renew at 50% off. When I logged into my account to contact them the 50% off offer was still showing. I let the ** chatbot know I am not working and cannot afford it at this time please cancel my account, remove my credit card and refund the amount. They told me they do not issue refunds but they will cancel my account. So now I have paid for a year and do not get to use the year I have paid for because my account is now canceled. They still have my credit card in the account and there is no way for me to remove it. I do not believe it is legal to charge customers then refuse to provide the service they paid for. It is also false advertising to continue to promote an offer then not honor it. I would have no problem had I been notified of the auto renewal amount and date I would be charged. On November 24th I received an email from FoxNation that my account has renewed. I seen this message on 11/25/2023. When I purchased the year of FoxNation I was living in **************, and have recently moved to *******. I certainly do not remember that I had requested automatic renewal, but even if I did do that, I feel I should have been notified that the renewal was going to happen on 11/24/2023 and this would have given me time to cancel! I chatted with someone named ***** today and was informed that it is non-refundable. I told him I never received notification, but he kept writing it is non-refundable. I told him I was a Senior citizen and can not afford to lose $68.89 and would appreciate a refund. He said he was sorry, but could not refund.I said I was going to complain to BBB because I believe it is an unfair practice not to notify a customer of a renewal. That didn't phase him either. I feel this is entirely wrong. The email states renewal on 11/24/23 and I cancelled 11/25/23, with no prior notice except an email telling me it renewed.Business Response
