On 6/7/24, Kaiyo picked up our Basset L-Shaped ***** Leather Couch With Nailheads. They were supposed to sell it and let me know once that happened and I would be receiving a portion. See item details below:Item ID: ****** Estimated Retail Price: $6,200 Condition: Gently Used They never alerted me about the sale. However I went online on 8/17/24 and it showed it was sold and I was owed $338.64. I filled out all the relevant forms online and they sent me a confirmation that I would receive an email from ************ with my ePayment in 7-10 business days. See details below:Payee: ******** ******* Email: ****************** Amount: $338.64 That date came and went and I have since emailed them following up many times. On 8/31/24 they said they are winding down their business and we'd get info on how to get paid soon. I followed all the instructions on their website. Kaiyo picked up my vintage furniture on July 12, ****************************************************** portion of the sale. It sat unlisted for a few months with no information then in October, 2024 I was told the company was winding down and to submit an email to ***************************************** to submit a claim with the amount claimed, item and my contact info, which I have done several times since then with no response. So they have my furniture, never attempted to sell it and never paid me for it.Initial Complaint

Hello,I gave Kaiyo ***** furniture (3 seats skirted English roll arm sofa and 2 club chairs) on 06.22.2024 (order # ******) to sell them for me and provide me with the sale proceeds. Their contact number for picking up the order is: **************. Here are their visit details according to their email sent on 06.20.2024:Visit Date: 06/22/2024 Time Window: 9am-1pm Appointment address:********************************************************** Contact information:***** *******, ************ On 08.27.2024 I sent them an email after I checked their website listings and found that my furniture status is sold: pending pick-up. They replied back that Furnishare dba Kaiyo is doing a wind down of the company and that I will receive communication on how to file a claim with them. I didnt receive anything from their end. I found the email of furnishareclaims and sent them an email 11.25.2024 asking for refund and didnt receive anything reply from their end since then. On 04.22.2025 I sent another email to Kaiyo support and to furnishare to follow-up on my claim but no answer till now.Initial Complaint

I used Kaiyo to sell some bar stools because I was moving and didnt have space for them in my new home in April 2024. I periodically called to check the status of my account, but I could never get anyone on the phone. Recently, I sent an email to ******************************** and received a failure notification in response. After that, I decided to ****** the company and discovered that it closed in August 2024. My Order #****** totals $1,900.00 for three bar stools, and I have received no information about their status. I also don't know where my furniture, which was picked up on April 17, 2024, is currently located. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

In late December 2023 I paid Kaiyo to pick up my 10' antique dining table and 10 chairs (Item numbers ******, ****** and ****** aka order #******). They were supposed to list them for sale and share the sales proceeds with me. I never saw my furniture listed on their website and I don't know if they sold it or not. I emailed Kaiyo periodically throughout 2024 about the status, but never got a response. I hear Kaiyo may be in bankruptcy now.Initial Complaint

Kaiyo agreed to pick up my Victorian couch to sell on their website for $3500 on 05/22/2024 they came between 8am-12pm from ********************************************* My contact information at the time was ****** *********, ************. Kaiyo closed the business and did not contact me or advise me on how they are going to pay me for the sofa they sold.
