    The Calibrate app has never worked right for me despite numerous communications with ********* support. I joined in Feb, Counseling never offered. Once app working, it never loaded information. App stopped working in May again and scale disconnected. Unable to reach any support that was offered on the website. No responses. They collect money from my account every month with no service. Prescribing medication without any availability of support which is dangerous. I want a full refund and no further payments taken out of my account.

    I joined Calibrate for weight loss medication. They guaranteed an affordable weight loss drug within 90 days or they would refund my money (minus a 250 dollar fee). It is well beyond 90 days and Ive requested a refund 3 times, but they will not return my messages.

    I joined Calibrate in the winter of 2021 (the fee was around $1300 i believe) and have successfully used their program since joining. I was prescribed a gradually increasing dose of Wegovy to treat my chronic obesity. I have been on the maximum dose ever since. I renewed my membership in January (for roughly $350) and submitted all the lab work and medical information to stay on this medication. I was notified that I was approved to use this medication through January ****. I did not receive my monthly box of medication at the usual time, so I contacted Calibrate customer support. They responded that they would submit my prescription to the pharmacy on June 23. I have checked daily and the pharmacy has still not received the order. I have tried reaching Calibrate to rectify this matter multiple times via phone, email and through their app support channel daily and received no response. I have now missed 2 weekly doses of my medication and am feeling the effects. Again, I have tried every way I can possibly try to achieve a resolution, to no avail. I'd like to remain a member, but the lack of responsiveness and neglecting the medication situation is unacceptable.

    Calibrate promised to obtain a prescription for a GLP-1 medication for $25/month within ************************************ I would get a full refund. I asked my insurance what the issue with the medication was and they said it had to be preauthorized but Calibrate was not responding to requests for additional information. They said they would approve it if Calibrate would provide the information. Additionally, Calibrate does not answer patient concerns in a timely manner. They also lied when I requested a refund and stated the date of my doctor *********** was later than it actually was in an attempt to avoid paying the refund. I corrected Calibrate and they admitted their error. Not sure how they could make this error with accurate patient paperwork. They said they would process the refund - the full amount of my payment less $250 for the doctors ***********. They then closed my account, which makes it impossible for me to communicate with them since they apparently have no phones. So far, no refund. Reddit users are organizing a class-action lawsuit against Calibrate and I will join unless I get my refund.

    I signed up for Calibrate on April 11th and paid $1649 using Affirm. My doctor's *********** was May 1st and within a couple days I did the coaching ***********. They did send the welcome package timely and up to that point communication seemed good. However, once the doctor's *********** happened it became nearly impossible to get a response. I have gone through a prior authorization in the past with another company and had no issues. They simply send the prescription to my pharmacy, the pharmacy will fax over the prior authorization form and details, the Calibrate faxes the form to my insurance company for approval. I did call all the numbers given to me and my pharmacy has not received the prescription yet to start this process. Once they do and Calibrate sends the document back it takes 48 hours. I message Calibrate support and it takes weeks to get a response if I get one at all and sometimes the response is not even to me....I had one for **** as shown in one of my uploads.I would like a timely response with an update on my prior authorization. If I can't get that response and this prescription sent to my pharmacy then I want the refund less the $250 per the agreement. My next step is to file a dispute with ******. It should not be this hard to speak with somebody and get updates.

    I still have not had any resolution nor have they contacted me. I have attached my most recent message to Calibrate. I was told that I would receive a prescription no later than August 1st.     i have attempting to resolve my issues since December 2022 and after several promise from Calibrate my issues have not been resolved. My first year at Calibrate I lost only 7.9% which is ****% away from Calibrates guarantee. I followed the program and did EVERYTHING asked of me. I even did 3 metabolic resets. I voiced my concerns to my coach and to medical time and time again and the replies I received is I AM DOING GREAT!!!!My coach told me that it would be best if I did ******************* as she felt I needed another year but I was so nervous to waste more money and time so she set me up with someone at Calibrate to discuss *******************. The associate I spoke to told me the same thing my coach did that I would need another year to progress. I explained my concern over all the stories I have read and heard of Calibrate failures and I was assured that Calibrate was doing better and that I wouldnt run into any problems. So against my better judgement I joined Masters because I was so desperate for this to work.I got my labs done in early September 2022 and my coach reached out several times to medical to get my doctor *********** to go over them.Fast forward to July 2023 9 MONTHS LATER and not only have I had not had my labs reviewed but I have had ZERO support or any benefits I have paid for!!!! I have wasted so much money time and energy into this program and Calibrate has down right neglected me in every way. I tried to get this resolved in December with a promise from Calibrate that they would get back to me time and time again and never has.I am requesting a refund for my order 1st year because I didnt loose the 10% Calibrate guarantee and I am requesting a refund from my 2nd year because I have never received program.

    I am very knowledgeable of the terms and agreement and meet ALL the criteria under the Results Money Back Promisethey have failed to provide me proof of NOT meeting the criteriaand continue to falsify their claims to avoid refunding me. 

    In addition, had I not met the criteria and terms outline by Calibrate they were to suspend my membership for not complying with the membership agreementin which I was NEVER suspended nor threatened with suspension at anytime due to the fact I was meeting all criteria of the membership agreement.

    I was initially very excited about this program. They claimed to be experts in getting prescriptions approved by insurance companies. What they really meant is that they will submit a "prior authorization" request to the insurance for each med as they get denied. When they don't receive an immediate denial they assume it's covered and send it to the pharmacy. Then I have to go and verify if it really is covered. None of the meds have been covered by my insurance. And their inability to answer messages in any sort of quick fashion has held this up for months. So now I'm about 4 months into payments with no resolution. I'd really like a refund at this point but am required to wait until 90 days after my doctors appointment - so in the meantime I'm participating in a program that I want no part of anymore because they have not been able to meet their side of the deal. It's an absolute waste of time and ******************'t bother signing up because it's so much work to keep up with it to make sure you're eligible for a refund when the time finally comes. I'm sure that'll be another headache getting them respond and actually refund me the money I'm owed. Overall this program is a waste - they don't deliver on what they say they will and their "expert negotiators" are non-existent.

    On 28 jun 23 I signed up and paid for a year membership in full for the amount of *******. The next day after reading more reviews I changed my mind and I messaged them through support center in the app to cancel my membership and request a refund. This is within their 72 hour refund policy. I received an email that they are sorry to see me go etc and I would receive another email regarding my refund. As of today July 6 I have received no other email or response regarding my refund. In fact they went ahead and shipped a welcome kit to me that was sent after they acknowledged my cancellation. I now need to return this kit as well as get my refund. *** sent several messages through the support center as well as a voicemail that they never responded to. I just want my money back and them to acknowledge it is being done.

    Paid for full program paused account cause my coach kept changing reaches out to unpause account which a response was not received. Seeing all the other complaints I feel this is a scam. I also was not provided with refill medication. The support from this company is non existent and should be investigated.

    in their app stating I am ineligible for a refund but will not provide a timeline of when I can expect to restart the program. I have continued to ask for a refund due to their lack of support and ability to get me the education as well as all the other numerous complaints on BBB as well as social media. Im still wanting to seek full reimbursement.

    I paid for the service in 4/2023. I have received no service from Calibrate. I have reached out numerous times. They are extremely slow to respond to emails, at least a month before I receive a response. I am seeking a refund for services not rendered.
