    I made a purchase on 02/14/2025 for a wig, which included an alleged package protection insurance for an extra cost. I never received said purchase. I began contacting customer service once I was notified of delivery, letting them know I had not received it, just to continuously be told that I had to have received it. I was instructed to file a complaint with the carrier ****, which I did. I followed every step required for the claim with said package protection insurance I paid extra for, just to now be completely ignored by this company. I was told my issue would be escalated multiple times and yet it was not. No one will explain to me what the package protection covers or what my options are. I paid a lot of money for a product that I did not receive. I paid extra for their delivery insurance because it was an expensive purchase. Said delivery insurance is through irresistible me and not through the carrier ***** so the carrier instructed me that a claim should be filed through irresistible me, but they wont let me.

    Website **************** processed an order I did not approve using a credit card I did not provide. I had items of interest in my cart and noticed a monthly subscription was added. When I clicked on the link to manage account/cancel subscription I was sent an email verification. It was when I entered the verification code that I got a message saying my order was placed and they used my husbands credit card, which I had NOT provided. This is a huge problem as I am not authorized to use that card for such purchases, nor had I approved any order at all.

    I received my product on 11/21/24. I opened the package and the length of my item was too short. The item was unworn and not even tried on. I promptly reached out for a refund on 11/21. I confirmed via email that the item was undamaged and requested a return label. I was given the label on 11/22 and returned the item that day. **** confirmed the item was delivered 11/25 and the business confirmed they received the item 11/29. I have not received my refund as of 12/12/24 and have not received a response from costumer service. I would like a full refund of ******

    I had purchased a set of extensions online for the price of $478. The extensions claimed to be 70 g pack. They were not. They also claimed on their website that these extensions would last up to a year they have not they have only lasted six weeks and now our dry brittle entangling and ruining my natural hair, I reached out to the company and they gave me advice on how to rehydrate the extensions. I am a hairdresser and I have been doing extensions for six years now I am very educated on how extensions are supposed to feel after six weeks of their first use, I provided them with my tracking number , order number and pictures of my 24 inch extensions that are now barely 18 inches because of all of the shedding and tangling I would like a refund for money or replacements of these extensions and they have refused to respond to me so I am now filing a complaint with you guys because I feel as unfair that I paid almost $500 for extensions that did not Meet the expectations that irresistible me was portraying on their website

    I ordered human hair extensions. I have had hair extensions for over 10 years .i have ordered from high end companys like ******* and low end like Amazon . I have also worn synthetic hair extensions in the past . The hair I received from irresistible me was stiff and dry . The packaging has a sample side which is intended to allow the buyer preview the product before opening the set of extensions. Once actual set of extensions is open you are no longer able to return the hair extensions. The sample hair I received was nice , silky and even had a curl . Assuming this is what the rest of the hair would look like I opened the other side . The rest of the hair was dry and stiff straight . I contacted the manufacturer as soon as I seen this . I was only able to contact them via email as they do not have a phone number on their website ! I was told I can not get a replacement nor a refund . All I want is what I paid for and what was advertised.

    I ordered the clip ins on April 5th. I emailed on April 18th because the order was not shipped. They finally shipped them on April 19th. I received the sample and did not open the main part of the package. I asked two times for the return label. I returned them at a *** store that has drop off for ***** The package has never been received according to Irresistible Me. I habe been in constant contact with them. There were two return tracking numbers on the label I was sent. They refuse to issue a refund even though I sent it back EXACTLY the way they asked me too. I would like a refund. I have tried to ask them several times but they have refused. This same issue has happened to other customers.

    I made purchase of hair extension. Never used not once only opened package and saw not promised color match. Contacted them even same day I received they refuse to return or exchange. Wouldnt have even had time to use them and you can clearly tell as theyre still assembled together . No where in their advertising does it state no return so I paid 300 bucks to open something and be stuck with it. Totally unacceptable . also they state a sample was to be in box and thats why no return but there was no said sample anywhere in box

    I placed and order with the company on 3/12/2024 and after the order was placed realized they had signed me up for a monthly membership or subscription. It was never made clear it was a subscription. I was not happy about this dishonest business practice and immediately asked them to cancel the order and the subscription. I was told it was canceled quickly and clarified I wanted the entire order canceled. However days went by before they told me the order shipped and I could return it for a refund, this instead of canceling. The order arrived and again I reached out immediately to set up a return. This has been on going for days with no response. They will not contact me back with the return form and label. There is NO response. I just wanted to return the product for the refund. They will not communicate via email, via their website form. There is no number to call on their website.

    Several months ago I purchased hair extensions from irresistible me. I never would select to have a membership since it was a one time purchase. Somehow it automatically enrolled me. I have used a PayPal account to purchase the product, and today was the first day that I had a receipt from PayPal that allowed me to acknowledge the recurring payment. While it is my fault that I do not come through my credit card, bank, and multiple PayPal accounts to look for hidden charges, it still is not right, that I was automatically enrolled and charged. Even worse,, when I went to Cancel the membership, the website would not allow me to select any of the buttons to cancel the membership. There was only one recourse, which was to email the help center with the company . Of course, now, I am out several hundred dollars and no way to cancel the membership. While I am remediating this through PayPal and hopefully will at least be able to prohibit them from charging my account, this company is clearly corrupt. If theres anyway, you can help, that would be wonderful. At the very minimum, I want people to know not to shop at this company because of situations like this. Thank you,*****, *******************

    I bought extensions Sept 8th that were quoited to be delivered within **** days. As of Sept 20th, over ************************************************** ******** where it had been sitting for over a week. I had to leave for a trip so I needed to find an alternative as it wouldn't make it in time. When it arrived, it was refused/returned to sender and the last tracking (Sept 26th) I can see shows it left ****** for destination country. However, they claim they never got it. They also haven't filed for compensation with the post office or contacted them re. the lost package. As the sender, they are the only ones who can contact the post office. Instead, they are keeping my money. I filed a chargeback with my credit card but I don't know if my credit card will rule in my favour. I am quite confident based on their lazy contact, they have the item back and are lying about not having it. They need to file for a lost package in the mail otherwise and aren't because they don't care, they have their money. Absolutely horrible company.

I am trying to dispute with my credit card as the company needed to file if the item was missing in the mail as they were the sender or they got the item and are lying about having gotten it back. I'm hoping my credit card company comes through for me, but the business has not replied to my emails.
