  They are really unprofessional because I have received my extensions and they came with lice and even though I wrote them sent them photos exactly explaining my issue and all they could offer was a $50 gift card when I almost spent $200 on the hair extensions themselves plus their membership and I still replying back to them but they still have not gave me a response because I do not want a $50 gift card when I almost spent $200 on And the hair does not even feel or look semi close to real hair .

  Would not allow a refund of their produce even though it was unused. But if you 'break the seal' a little black tape sticker to even look at the product, they say a refund is void. Even if it's unused and still in it's packaging, wrapping and exactly laying as it was. I didn't even remove the ties on it, but I just needed to see the actual product before I could decided if I wanted to keep it. But the sample they give you is not a good representation of the product. After you open the cannister to look at the hair, they will not refund your money. ******.

  These are absolutely not human hair. They are blatantly lying to the public and claiming to have 100% human hair extensions. As an avid extension wearer these are the poorest quality I have come across. They are a matter disgusting mess instantly human hair does not do that. They also have no information about where this hair is sourced but the weird smell off them Im sure its hair pulled out of sewers that people are paying so much money for. Or they are synthetic. What a disgusting unethical business.

  Beware of ths company! Irresistible me sells expensive wigs with a promise of a return or exchange within a month. i purchased one trusting their site and when i received i was disappointed with its natural look and fit. i contacted them promptly as per their return instructions to get a return label but no one replied. this business has deceivable conduct and then charge you 39.99 next month as membership without your consent! i complaint against this fee and surprisingly they credit me for the fee but they chose to ignore my emails to return my 164 wig !

  I love these tape-in extensions. They were the exact color I wanted. They're soft and silky. I would highly recommend getting these.

  Absolutely amazing customer service! They answered in record time and solve my issue right away! On top of the that the tape ins I ordered was super soft and great quality! On top of the cost! I found my new extension company!

  I leave only one star because I had to! I wanted to return after opening and taking the hair out to find the sample that is not marked now I cant return! Not to mention the hair felt like wool and was chopped up into a ****. The picture showed long 22 straight silky hair. Dear ******,Thank you for contacting us. I would be happy to assist you with your return. ??Before being able to send you a pre-paid label, I would like to inform you that the hair must be untouched, the seals intact, and in their original packaging. You can take out the sample piece from the small section and see if you like the hair, but once you open the big section the warranty is voided and you cannot send them back for a return or exchange anymore because they will fail the quality inspection and they will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.Kindly note that human hair extensions are a hygienic product and no set that was touched will be accepted for return/exchange.If all the above conditions were respected, I would kindly ask you to fill in this 2-minute ? survey so that we can better understand the reasons you decided to return the product. ??You can access the survey here.
