      I placed an order with this company on 6/13/24 for four day shipping with an anticipated date of 6/20. They did not ship my order until June 26 with an estimated delivery date of 6/28/24. I have sent multiple requests for a refund of my shipping costs since they did not hold up their promise and they have only been sending the same response repeatedly. I want a refund of my $9.99 shipping cost. Not a store credit. A refund.

      I placed an order with this company and never received any shipping information regarding my order. I was told my order would be here by now and upon researching the company online, its apparent that the company is not fulfilling orders but still taking customers money.

      I placed an online order with Fashion to Figure MAY 24, 2024. I attempted to reach them via email the same day because I noticed that an item I purchased multiple of, was the wrong size and wanted them to correct it. When they responded they refused to modify it and refused to cancel the transaction and refund my money. Since then I have reached out to them 5 times and any response has been computer generated or disingenuous with no resolve. Since then I have not received any notifications about a delivery of the items purchased, any changes or lack thereof. From May 24 to June 10... 16 days! I no longer want the items. I do not foresee this delivery coming. There is a tracking number but there is no information, no foreseeable date given when I looked it up. Emails I've sent and received are also attached. There is no phone number listed that I can call. I just want my refund of $159.36. I had an event that I was to attend and one of the items purchased was to be worn for that. That time has now passed. There's no coming back from this. This is my only recourse. I've sent another email today requesting a refund. It would be greatly appreciated if you would handle this problem and have them return my money. I've come to learn that I'm not the only customer who is experiencing this problem. Both with FTF and NY& Co... sister companies I believe. I have family members and friends who've purchased from them and suffered the same unprofessionalism, ******** and nonsense. Please Help!

      I made a purchase may 7th, today is May 28th still no tracking number after sending two emails .comenity bank gave me a phone number to call that no live person answers.. have to leave a message and hope they return the call ..I know they trying to straighten out after bankruptcy, but this doesn't put trust to purchase from them again

      Order #****** was placed on March 24,2024. After two weeks I reached out via telephone to try to get an update on my order and wasn't successful in reaching anyone. I then sent an email on April 13, 2024 trying to get an update. On April 16, 2024 I received an email from a different email address other than the email I sent the original inquiry to stating the customer service number wasn't able to take direct calls and they can assist me via this email. I replied and made the business fully aware that my order wasn't received. They assured me they would get it resolved. On April 25, 2024 I requested a full refund. On April 26, 2024 I was informed that I wasn't able to get a refund because the warehouse had already prepared and processed my order for shipping. As of today May 21, 2024 I have not received a confirmation or a delivered package. I just want a full refund.

      I ordered a pair of pants on 03/04/2024 and still have not received them. Also, when I try to track the order it never tells me when they will be delivered. I would like a refund of my money!!!

      I placed an online order on 3/28 (Order #******). My order has not shipped. This company lied and told me that they gave my shipment to *** on tracking #******************. I was advised by this company to contact *** for an update. I called *** on 3/10 and was advised that they never received my package. Ive been emailing the company several times daily and they stopped replying to my emails. I want a full refund.

      We are very sorry to hear *** ****** items have not been shipped from a company called Fashion to Figure, as we agree companies of all shapes and sizes should function with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric focus. 

      Our organization, however, is Fashion Glass & Mirror. We function throughout *****, servicing residential, multi-family, and custom builders as it relates to shower enclosures and mirrors. 

      While this complaint has been filed against the wrong corporation, we sincerely wish *** **** the best as she continues to navigate towards resolution.

      On 3/22/24 I placed an order for 4 items online. I also purchased express shipping for $10 saying I would receive my item in 5 days. Its been way over that I tried emailing and calling the company but they arent responding. They provided a false tracking number which just gives the error message.

      I made a purchase on around the 16th of February ... 2 weeks later I reached out to Fashion To Figure 10 choir about not receiving my merchandise I will send a tracking number and track it which was saying that it was delivered to my mailbox which I had not received it . I proceeded to make a telephone call letting him know that I had not received it and was on the phone for 45 minutes when no one answered . I hung up and continue to call back the same thing I actually use them telephone number to call them as a text and was talking to what I assume to be an automated representative that told me someone will reach out to me two weeks later no call no delivery I've been called the bank and let them know what was going on that I was being charged for merchandise I had not received an attempted to call them and could not get in touch with anybody ..... 3 weeks 3 weeks ago I received a letter stating that it was under investigation have still not heard anything about this and I'm still being charged for the merchandise that I never received I've also noticed that there are no new arrivals on their website is something going on is the company going out of business ??? I further attempted to email customer service and also text the number that I had been communicating with the automated rep no answer as of today

      I order some clothing from Fashion to Figure on March 21, 2024. I got an email confirmation that they received my order on the 22nd. I checked on March 24th to see the status of my order and the website showed the order was waiting for *** and had a tracking number# ******************. I went onto *** to track my package and they still had not received the package. It has now been 14 days and *** is still waiting for the package to be brought to them for shipment! I emailed ********************************** and had an error message sent back to me. I called and was sent to voicemail. I also put in a request with my bank to get a refund which I have not received but Fashion to Figure has now charged me $7.99 to my account for unknown reason.
