      I ordered a coat from them- wore it a couple of times and noticed that it was coming apart at the seams. Contacted customer service- within the timeframe for returns- and was told because I wore it that I could not return it. I explained to them that the product was defective and not something I should have to pay for because it was falling apart after wearing it 4 times (and I haven't even had it cleaned yet). After being on the phone for almost 2 hours and speaking to countless reps, I was told that a request was being sent to their warehouse and someone would contact me in 3 days. It is now day 8 and when I call for an update, I get hung up on. At this point, even though I've made many other orders with them without issue, this entire experience over a $75 coat will make me never do business with them again. I just want to return the defective merchandise that was sold to me.

      To whom it may concern,I placed my order *********** on 10/7/2021 totaling $186.55 from Fashion to Figure. Their return policy states, "For online purchases made after October 6, 2020, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, simply return it within 45 days of the order date to receive a refund at the net price (after coupons and/or discounts)."I sorted through my online returns on 11/19/2021 & triple checked the dates of my orders to ensure I was still within the window of 45 days. For this order, November 21st would be the last day I would have to return my items, so I immediately packed & dropped them off at my local post office that same day. I received an email on 11/21/2021 for both separate orders stating that my return is in transit. On 12/8/2021 I only received one email stating my return has been processed for only one order. I sent an email on 12/14/2021 in regards to missing a refund on the other order I sent back. I received a response from ***** ***** on 12/16/2021 stating exactly as it says in the return policy "To stay new and fresh, we ask that all merchandise be returned within 45 days from the date originally ordered" and offered a discount on my next order. I replied with the fact that my order was returned on the 43rd day so I am still within reason to receive a refund.I got a response from ******************* on 12/17/2021 that my order was received by the warehouse on the 50th day on 11/26/2021... NO where in the return policy does it state that the warehouse must receive the returned items by 45th day, it simply says "return within 45 days." ******** has the exact same return ********** chatted with their customer service via online *********** state that items do NOT have to be received by the return date, a label must simply be created by then. FTF does NOT specify in their return policy that the warehouse must receive returns by the 45 day to receive your refund, so I am still waiting for mine. Thanks

      I purchased product from Fashion to Figure on October 30, 2021, the product was shipped to me and received on November 5, 2021. I return the product due to sizing issues on 12/09/21, I received an email from the company stating that my return was in transit to them for a return on 12/14/21. After calling the company numerous times (as well as emailing them) they informed me that I would not be receiving a refund due to the return policy of 45 days, they stated that they received the product on 12/16/21. The company is holding me accountable for my shipping time as well as theirs. I have had issues with this company before and was **** and ordered from them again. I have requested the company to refund my money but as of today January 12, 2022 I have neither received a refund or the return of the product that was returned to them. I have supporting documents if needed. Order number ***********

      I purchased items from Fashion to Figure. None of the items fit so I packed them up to return them and the time frame that I was allowed and sent them back. I went to my account online and canceled it and send an email. A few days later they charged me for a whole nother month rental after I closed my account. Now they are not answering my emails or returning my money

      Order #*********** in the amount of $198.64 returned on 11/3, received by Fashion to Figure on 11/5. Contacted customer service via phone on 11/16 - was told the return would be processed on 11/25. Then told 11/26. Then told 12/3. Now I'm being told it has not been received and I need to wait an additional 3-7 business days for a "reply". I have called several times, each time given a different explanation. I've emailed customer service, yet still received no accurate time frame. I need assistance getting my refund please. This is completely unacceptable.

      I placed an order on 9/11/2021 with Fashion to Figure (FTF) for two items and used a third-party funding source (********) to complete the transaction totaling $68.14. I made 3 out of 4 payments totaling $51. 12. Within the 45 day return time frame, I returned the items to Fashion To Figure and awaited a confirmation email. On 10/19/21, I received an email confirming that my return was processed and a refund for $8.09 was being issued. I immediately contacted ******** to gain an understanding why I was not being fully refunded. They explained I needed to contact FTF for further details. Since 10/19/21, I have contacted FTF to every week for an update of my refund. Each time I am told to wait 4 days for customer service to do research. They claim one out of the two items weren't received, however *** has confirmed the weight of the return. On 11/15/2021, while again waiting on hold, the representative disconnected the call. FTF customer service has not been helpful and refuse to refund the amount I am owed.

      Dear sir/madam, I returned order #: *********** on 8/10/21 . I called customer service they told me it would take 5 to 7 business days for my return to be applied to my card. After no refund I customer service again and was told I had to wait another 5-7 business days. Finally 8/29/21 called ************* and customer service and we had a conference call in The supervisor Vic who was very flippant and rude expressed to me that my return was not eligible for a refund. I asked him how come I didnt receive any feedback in regards to that even though I have placed two calls and not only that they never return my items with any feedback and its now been over 30 days. I told him this was unacceptable. Fashion to figure would not take responsibility that the clothes had been at warehouse for over 40 days. Due to Covid this is a concern . The clothes have been sitting there with the new Delta variant you are placing *********** and myself in ***** way . I am scared .
