      I placed an order # ****** with Fashion to Figure (ftf) on 3/21/24. I have not received my order or a status update. I have emailed, called, and written on there social media account with no response. They do not answer their phones and have my email address marked as spam now.I have shopped their clothes before and not have this negative experience.

      March 28, 2024 order was placed for shoes Never got an email confirmation just confirmation after order was submitted. Its been over *************************************** regards to the order. Contacted merchant through their email that is on the site, email no longer works . Also contacted them by phone and havent spoken to anyone in regards to this matter

      I placed an online order on March 23, 2024 on *******************. I received a notification that my order shipped. The tracking number does not work. I waited a week and the number still does not work nor have I received any product. I emailed the business at ******************************* on March 28, 2024 in regards to my order and received no response. I called the business multiple times and there is no answer. I also left a voicemail and have not received a response. If they are no longer in business they need to deactivate their website so that nobody else runs into the same issue.

      I purchased items from Fashion to Figures website on 3/6 totaling $33.97 which included $7.99 for shipping. The funds were immediately deducted from my account and I received an email with the following order number ******. After several days I never received a follow up email saying that my items were shipped. I attempted to call and email but the contact information has been disabled on their website as well as the customer service email as been disabled. After checking several times, I noticed my order on their website has been updated with tracking number **** ************************** but the **** website says they have never received the item. I have checked their social media accounts for more information and their I found that multiple people are have the same issue. I am at a lose as to how to resolve this.

      I purchased a pair of boots from Fashion To Figure which I returned, and had to pay a handling fee before I returned the item. And I have not received my refund. I called the number on the sight never received a response. I emailed the email that was sent to me about my return but the email keeps sending back a rejection email.

      I purchased clothes from F2F on 3/4/2024. I was told that the items should be here by ground 5-7 business days. I didn't receive any notifications of shipping or anything after going online and doing some research it seems that a lot of people are having them same problem and Ive spent 200 dollars on two separate orders. I just want my clothes or my money back.

      On November 2023 I sent back order ****** in the amount of $98.04 due the item that I ordered didn't fit the way that it was supposed to have fit. I was promised from the account that I would receive my refund. in December 2023, made order ****** in the amount of $49.27, but the order was sent back to Fashion to figure for a refund. The items were sent back new and with the tag still attached. I have emailed the account multiple times about the status of my refund and I have received the genetic response is that they are reviewing my refund request. I emailed the account again on March 8 and all the emails that were sent were returned stating that I had the incorrect email address but I got the email address from their website. I am requesting a refund of the money that I spent for these items that sent back to the company.

      On 11/25/2023 I placed an order ( #******) with this company. However 3 days later they sent a duplicate or under #******! I did not ask for a duplicate & why would I. However they charged my account twice. I returned the merchandise on 12/27/2023 through ***** As of this date 2/28/2024. A refund has Not be posted to my account. Also there is No direct customer service number to reach them ! I desire my refund please help me. Thank you!

      I placed an order with 7 items (order #******) and returned 6 items but only received a refund for 3 items. So they kept the items and also charged me for clothes I no longer possess. I have tried numerous times to contact via email and phone calls to get an update about the refund and now I am being ignored. They are literally stealing from me and I just want my complete refund, since I returned everything else. The email chain is attached.

       They contacted me directly 11 days ago and I am still waiting for an update and resolution. Below is their latest email response.

      I placed an order on 1/21/2024 and paid extra for it to be shipped standard delivery instead of economic which means it should have been shipped within 4 to 6 business days. My order still has not shipped. I have called the number MULTIPLE times no answer, I have sent NUMEROUS emails no response. I need my merchandise or a refund immediately. It is such a shame that a business you choose to spend your hard earned money with has zero customer service and no updates on orders placed.
