      I placed an order with Fashion To Figure on July 20th. I was told my package would arrive in 4-6 business days. When it did not arrive they asked me to give them 2 more days and if it did not arrive they would refund my money. It has been an additional 6 days and my package still has not shipped. I called customer service twice and they told me I cannot cancel my order and they do not have a record of anyone telling me I could get a refund. They keep telling me the package is with their courier but they do not have tracking information and they cannot say specifically what courier it is with. I simply want my money back and the order cancelled.

      I purchased an order on 7/18 was told multiple times it would be here on or before the 27th , I chatted 3x with customer service and called once , they kept telling me to check the next day. Nobody would give me an answer on when it would ship or be delivery but that it would most likely be here by the 27th , even the night of the 26th they wouldnt tell me. I needed this for a wedding. Obviously I dont have it now. They wont refund until I send item back, but obviously I dont have this order. I want a refund.

      I placed an order 7 days ago and cannot get any information regarding the order. I have spent many hours as well as chatted with their employees and I still get lied roo regarding the status of the order. I would like to know where my order is . I ordered these items with a purpose. If the items do not make it here by Friday they can keep them.

      Hello BBB,

       

      Thank you for contacting us! We have received your email in regards to the customer's concern. We have checked our resources as well as the customer's account. We found out that the order was delivered to their address on Monday, August 08 at 6:42 P.M. at Front Door. We tried getting in touch with the customer by calling them but was only transferred to an AVR. We send an email to her about the delivery status of her order and gave her a promo code as a One Time Courtesy for their inconvenience.

      I placed an order online more than three and a half weeks ago. The order has never shipped its still processing. This company has not responded to my email I called three times the wait for a representative was 30 minutes to an hour. Each time I was told by a representative that I would a have a shipping email within two business days. The last person I spoke with was a supervisor who stated she would email me the following day with status and she would call me. She did not do either. I am going into week four with no stratus other than processing. They attempted to appease me by offering me 20% of my payment back. I just need to know if and when the order will be shipped. I cant reach anyone who truly understands my question/concern. I just want my order but they could not understand that. I received several text messages from them regarding new arrivals I explained my concern there and was told to send an email which I had already done. They then ignored my text messages until I asked them to stop texting me I dont need their text messages with new arrivals when they dont deliver!

      I ordered a dress 4/27 with the expectation that it would get to me by 5/15 (or at least ship). It is now 5/20 and I have not even received any shipping information. When I look up my order it still says processing. I chatted with customer service and asked to cancel my order and was advised that I could not but I can return it once I receive it. I was also told it was being packed at the warehouse so it will be shipping soon. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Still has not shipped. At this point I dont even want the dress. I think they wait so long to ship to close the return window. The return is based on the order datenot the date that you receive your product. I paid $104 for one dress and I was so excited about it. Now I no longer want it. Ive also told all my friends, family, and SM followers to not shop with this company.

      I ordered from fashion to figure on April 23rd; merchant order #: ***********. I selected buy now pay later; order#: ************. I was notified of delivery a week later, however, the package was not delivered. I checked with my neighbors, called support twice, and emailed them, all to no avail. I received an email with my case number ******** that said I could expect a response within 24 hours. I never received a response. I still havent gotten anything from my order or a refund.

      This company seems to be working off of fraudulent! I returned two items, which they have received on May 3, 2022. I called into **************** twice after waiting over an hour for someone to answer. Each agent told me that my return was received and to expect my refund. The last agent I spoke to Elle on May 14, 2022 @ 11:40 am told me that she did a manual return and my refund was $113.34.I should receive and email in 24 hours reflecting the credit. I am still waiting the email and credit!I called into Commenity ban and still dont see the credit return.Also, I placed an order on May 5th, 2022. Still waiting on my tracking number as of May 16th, 2022.I asked can I cancel that order and was told that it is in processing.On this company ******** page they posted that they are behind because of Covid and Labor shortages. If so, stop accepting orders and our money when you know that you cant fulfill **** your business ***** want my money!!!That is stealing when you are not issuing us a credit when we have returned your merchandise !!!!

      I ordered a sweater online #***********. When I received it on 12/5 it didnt fit. I called and was told that an email would be sent to me which would include a shipping label. I never received the email so I called again on 12/10 and once more on 12/28. Still no email. In January I was very sick with Covid and called them again today. They are not willing to refund my $49.97 charge and have only offered a $8.00 refund with the ability of keeping the sweater. I do no agree with their proposal. If they cannot refund me I would be willing to get a credit for the full amount.

      I made a purchase from fashion to figure and created my return and sent my return back before the 45 days in their return policy so that I can get a refund. The company said they received the return after the *********************************************************************************************************************** which I returned it to them and that request was swept under the rug and not acknowledged. Then I received a reply saying that the company does take into consideration when the return began and was scanned to be returned which in my case was before the 45 days! I was also promised my refund for the items I returned, two items, one of which was returned unopened at all and the second was simply tried on as a maternity dress but didnt even go on entirely due to it being too small to wrap around my very large pregnant belly. After my refund was promised to me I was asked to give an additional 3-7 business days for it be processed and its been now more than 2 weeks going on 3 weeks that Ive been waiting for the refund. I keep getting replies from a new representative each time and simply the run around regarding my refund. I would like my refund because I returned the items before the 45 days. However long the shipping provider took to get the items back to the warehouse is not my problem or fault especially now with all the delays due to staff shortages with mailing carriers which would clearly prolong my items return. I want the refund that was promised to me.
