    I went to Thruway Nissan for an oil change yesterday 10/16/2024... The rep said I must replace my brake pads or I will ruin my rotors. I drove 30 miles into New Jersey... my son removed my wheels to replace my brakes, however MY BRAKES ARE BRAND SPANKING NEW it's one thing to overcharge all dealers do.... but THRUWAY NISSAN FLAT OUT LIED to try to make a sale. I will not go there ever again. FYI I am a female senior .... shame on them..

    DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!I purchased a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder with less than ****** miles on it, from this dealer and reviewed it before it was serviced and cleaned. On July 26 my salesman assured me that everything would be taken care of when I returned to take delivery 3 days later, July 30. Scheduled pickup was Sunday at Noon.On Sunday at 3pm I finally had the salesman bring the vehicle around from service. A 3 hour wait after they already had 3+ days to get it ready. The second key fob was unavailable. The one with the vehicle was not the correct one, but it did work.On Sunday at 3pm I finally had the salesman bring the vehicle around from service. The one with the vehicle was not the correct one, but it did work.On the drive home I found the cruise control did not work and a light would come on the dash, which indicated the front distance sensor was not working. Probably related issues. I had it cleaned the next day and was told about unfinished bodywork, broken front air dam and a missing inner fender that protected the transmission cooler.The following day a Mechanic friend looked at it and told me about the worn out rear tires. I had already found the front right tire had a slow leak.This is now September 7 and I just texted with the Sales Manager again (3X) and again was told I had to wait for the service scheduler to come in tomorrow to arrange an appointment. That will be a full 6 weeks and I havent even gotten a service appointment.This is terrible customer service, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer.

    "I recently purchased a Nissan Leaf from Thruway Nissan ******** using DocuSign technology instead of actual printed papers. However, my experience with this dealership has been nothing but disappointing. First of all, they misrepresented the range of the car as 212 miles per charge when in reality it is only 150 miles per charge. This is a significant difference and it has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.But that's not all. When I signed the loan agreement using DocuSign, they changed the agreed monthly payment from $457 to $578 without any explanation or disclosure during the signing process. This is a clear case of deceptive trade practices and it has left a bad taste in my mouth.When I tried to return the car the next day and cancel the loan, they refused to take it back and claimed that no law can fore them to do so. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and it shows that Thruway Nissan ******** is not a trustworthy dealership. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to think twice multiplied by 100 times."

    I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. This place is the biggest scam and the worst customer service. They are liars and have made me come back and forth from an hour away 4 times with two babies and continue to scam.
