The customer never purchased a warranty the customer was never charged for a warranty the bank would not allow a warranty to be put in the contract because it would make the monthly payments too high for the customer to be able to forward the vehicle that is why there was never a warranty sold to the customer clearly states in this paperwork that there was no warranty purchased

In January 2022 I bought a 2008 ***** *** that had 146,000 miles on it. By January 2023 the head gasket had blown and coolant leak needed to be repaired. When I reached out to my warranty I was told that the repairs wouldn't be covered under the warranty. The warranty stated that they would not cover the repairs because the car was over 126,000 miles. This is less Miles than what I bought the car for. I reached out to Mike and he offered to fixed the coolest leak by pouring a mixture of different chemicals on the engine. He said that he’s had success with using that method before. With nowhere else to turn I agreed to let him attempt to fix my vehicle. After that didn’t work he told me that he could give me a 2015 ***** ****** that had a little over 100,000 miles and told me to call the bank that’s holds my loan and tell them that I’m surrendering the first vehicle. He told me that this would negatively affect my credit but also reassured me that this was the best was of doing things and I’ll have a better vehicle. I purchased the 2015 ***** ****** in late march of 2023 and after having it for one week I had to have the vehicle towed after it would not start because the starter needed to be repaired. I reached out to Mike to voice my concern and he directed me to reach out to the warranty. That resulted in me having to fully pay to have my vehicle repaired. I got my car back in April and after having it for a month it had to be towed again on May 25th because it did not start. I was informed by the mechanic that my starter needed to be replaced and he had to make adjustments to my alternator. The warranty only covered part of the repair. While I was responsible for paying 750 to get it fixed. After receiving my car on May 30 it was towed again on June 9th after experiencing another coolant leak. After taking it to the mechanic the warranty would not cover any repairs of a break down due to coolant leaks as well as engine diagnostics fees.

Sold me a BMW with a bad transmission with a warranty that can’t be used until it has a 1000 miles on it. I have called and he hasn’t called back. A lady will answer the calls and get nasty or doesn’t want to help when she says she will help. “Literally yells and talks over me” It hasn’t been 30 days since I have had the vehicle!! I would very much appreciate some help on this issue. Thank you, hope to hear from you soon. Sincerely *******.
