Terrible customer service!! I am currently on ******* and will be switched to ******* in 3 weeks. My physician sent in a prescription early, as to make sure the pharmacy can order it. I called and spoke with the pharmacist Cindy who said 'we will not order it, we dont order things like that.' I asked her if she knows where I can get ******* from then, if this pharmacy wont order it for me. She said 'thats not my problem, find another pharmacy' I asked to speak to her manager. She said ' I am the manager' I asked if she owns the pharmacy and she said 'yes I do, this is my pharmacy, and I suggest you find another one to go to, because we will not order *******' She was very rude and even chuckling when she spoke to me saying 'why would you think we would order *******, that is only done at a hospital' and her tone of voice was mocking me and placating me. I find it hard to believe that she owns the pharmacy, and that she would speak to a pregnant woman that way. For the record, ******* is a blood thinner, and she was talking and treating me as if I was asking for a narcotic. Cindy should be investigated for her treatment to customers. Especially pregnant women who need to be switched to ******* for safety purposes during labor
