Purchased our Jeep from here in 2014 and have been servicing it here since. Since the dealership has changed owners and the service department changed staff the service has been horrible. No communication from the advisers or Frank the service manager. Almost 2 months in on trying to process a Mopar warranty claim. Which the advisor had no clue what he was doing or what was needed. Frank took over the claim and hasn’t responded to my calls in a week. I’ve since begun working with **** **** and have had a much better experience. Very unfortunate, the service department here use to be great.

All of the vision dealerships seem to have gone to a new system for their service departments. You either have to call and leave a message or use their AI assistant Alyssa to schedule an appointment. The problem is they never call back. I’ve been trying to get an appointment now for six weeks to take care of to take care of a recall on my wife’s **** ******** 2021 which involves an airbag I use the AI assistant,, I’ve left 2 to 3 voicemail messages, no response. While the sales staff, and once you’re there, the service staff are great, Trying to get service from them on your vehicle. I’m finding near impossible by be warned.

Bait and switch We had an appointment to look at a car at Vision Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Penfield, NY, an hour.5 drive for us. They CURRENTLY HAVE a ******** for sale listed on THEIR website; it is also listed on ******* and other sites. A woman from the dealer called us Saturday evening (she called us after we did an online inquiry), they were closed on Sunday, so we made appointment to see it Monday morning. We got there and they said it was sold over a WEEK ago, but they could of course show us something else. Wholly dishonest, probably illegal false advertising, clearly bait and switch. We were angry and called them out on it. To top it all off one of the other sales representatives was actually over to the side, laughing at our angry reaction. We walked out and said we would report them to the FTC and the BBB. They offered us $30 in cash as an apology and to pay for our gas, and again suggested that perhaps they could show us something else. After later researching the dealer, we found that In the last few months there have been several reviews about that dealership reporting the same thing (car people were told was available was not). Interestingly not a single VIN lookup shows this car recently being sold. Two sites show it being listed for sale almost monthly. (52 times) by this dealer since 2022 (it is a 2022 car). This is clearly not a one-time thing. It seems they are repeatedly using this this car to get people in the door and then trying to get them to buy something else. No VIN lookup sites show any owner other than the dealer since 2022. This suggests a long-time running scam. This dealer should be investigated.

Shannon M******* of Vision DCJR has confirmed that she has established contact with ******* ******* via email. ******* stated that she was disappointed due to the car still being posted online as well as the BDC for the dealership ensuring her the night before it was still available. Shannon attempted to get ******* to come back inside and possibly work numbers on a different vehicle. When that did not work, Shannon offered ******* gas money for the trip out from the ******** area. Shannon M******* is currently waiting on a return call from ******* to further discuss resolution of this matter.

First issue was that I asked for a lease in financing a vehicle and only after I closed on the contract and spoke to the Credit Union about the financing that I learned I had a loan at 9+% and a balloon payment after 60 months. Second, the closing process was the worst I have ever experienced and we have bought several vans there over many years. The buyer has to watch this video/ software program with many screens and make quick decisions about dealer add ons.

Shannon M******* of Vision DCJR has confirmed that she has reached out to ** ******* via email and phone but has not yet received a return communication. ** was unhappy that the Balloon option was not explained thoroughly enough at the time. Once contact has been established with Jo, the finance and sales department will again review all parameters of the deal so there is a deeper understanding of what had been signed and agreed.

Back in 2016 under the old ownership having free oil changes for as long as I owned my car was given to me by the sales manager. I have had free oil changes ever since. I was there yesterday and they said because there's a new owner they have decided to stop the free oil changes. He gave me a free one but said it would be the last. I call b.s.. First I want something in writing saying you have stopped my free oil changes that was given to me by management or the owner. Not just word of mouth by the guy at the counter. New owner bought the dealership which I'm sure came with the lot and building and vehicles and yes the debt! They bought all the service contracts and promises too. What a joke this place has become. I caught the manager one day wearing fluffy bedroom slippers out on the sales floor.

Unfortunately I have been returning to the service department numerous times for different issues. I have had to repair the left and right axle more than twice, I also had to repair the sway bar links multiple times as well. At this point I believe it is unfair to continue to return to the service department for the same issue with no solution. I have spoken with the manager at the service department regarding this situation. It has been only three weeks since I last visited the maintenance shop and I’m dealing with the same issue once again. This is an inconvenience due to the fact that this car has only around 51k miles but it has been repaired multiple times. After countless disappointing experiences I’m not sure if I could recommend this car repair shop to any of my friends or colleagues. In addition to all this the service manager stated that I did not buy the car from them therefore I should talk to ****** **** to resolve this. Whether I bought it from this branch or not I should not have to return to the maintenance shop so many times. This service department has worked on my car multiple times but never seem to fix the issue. As a customer I should not have to return to shop so many times after I was told by the manager himself that my car was repaired. I'm overwhelmed and disappointed with my experience, I just wanted to be able to fix my car.
