I am writing after 1 month & 1 week since Austin and crew started. I say this because they still haven’t finished the 1day, no mess service. There wasn’t one thing said that came true. All falsehoods from the 1 day, no mess to even his name…which is Lonnie not Austin. I got an estimate for me and my neighbor to remove my neighbors large tree and 3 of my small trees. He gave the pitch that he has other jobs in the area and cut the price because of that. I don’t know if they indeed had other jobs but based on all the other falsehoods, I doubt it very much. Based on the many reviews, which I wish I read before hiring them, he is a different person from the believable good natured salesperson and the person you actually deal with. They cut down my neighbors large tree in one day but left the debris all over both yards. Not to mention their trucks and equipment. Austin/Lonnie did tell me he would be back the next day (Saturday) but never did. It wasn’t until my neighbor contacted him to ask about the 1 day promise and to please move his equipment from blocking his driveway. They came Sunday to cleanup but never did finish or replace the fences they removed to get their equipment in. My neighbors large tree stump is still not removed and I have 2 tree in the ground 10’ Up! waiting to be cut. They did cut the large down well but the massive boom left my neighbors yard a mess. I give them one star for whoever they hired to cut the trees. He did a great job but the rest was a disaster. I do not recommend them.
