I recently contracted with Aqua-Men Pool Construction to build an inground pool, install pavers around it and provide a hot tub as well. The project is complete (but for one item described below) and I have paid in full to the Company all outstanding invoices, including the original contracted amount of $135,598 as well as $14,000 for "addons" that we were informed of after the completion of the project. In total I have paid $149,598 to Aqua-Men Pool Construction, and there are no outstanding invoices. A specific item that was included in the executed contract was a "Loop Loc green mesh cover installed for $3,084" (See attached contract and highlighted line item). This is a critical item as it ensures that the pool is not damaged during the winter after it has been closed. After completion of the pool construction at the end of August 2022, we were not provided this cover that we paid $3,084 for. We have tried to contact Aqua-Men Pool Construction many times over the last 3 weeks to arrange for receipt and installation of the pool cover. We have left multiple voicemails, text messages and emails but have received no response. The weather is already getting cold and we must receive this pool cover in the next week or 2 to avoid potential damage to the pool. As described above, this item has been paid, along with all outstanding invoices. To resolve this complaint we require the pool cover be delivered and installed or, alternatively, we would accept a full refund of $3,084 (the amount charged). At a bare minimum, we would even accept the cover delivered to us without installation.
