      I have lived at Allen Meadows for a year now and I have never felt safe. Coming from a severely abusive relationship and dealing with custody of my daughters. I expected it to be our new start. I noticed that my door was unlocked right before I went to sign lease. There were huge holes in odd places. Black mold in one of the bedrooms. They keep the laundry room door wide open so basically anyone can obtain access to water/electric supply. I have made several complaints from the holes, safety lights going out to tenants who are registered sex offenders. Mary Anna B****** who is the Sr Apt Mgr blew me off every time and basically used gaslighting techniques to try and make it seem like I was crazy. I later on in the year started feeling very sleepy, no appetite and constantly harassed by downstairs neighbors. One of which moved in with a girl and her child in the middle of the night. When I made my complaint about that, Mary told me he passed a background check but it's a lie. He's not even on the lease and he knows my daughters' father's and their family members. He's been blowing radon gas, helium, and other illegal elements through holes in the ceiling below. I woke up one day in the middle of the afternoon to find The Sr. Apt. Mgrs secretary kneeled down next to me and all I remember is her saying my name. Then I passed right back out again. I woke up to find a huge bruise on my upper arm and I know now why she's protecting the scum Sex offender who isnt supposed to be here. They got themselves caught up in a conspiracy 8 yrs in the making. All because of 3 families, mine, and my daughters' father's. They've been using this S/O to help them to commit at least 12 murders since 2016 starting with my aunt. They've been using gasses to poison multiple Apt buildings at Allen Meadows and Parkland. People say they are a terrible place to work for, they're a terrifying place to live in. Especially when you're trying to regain custody to save your kids from evil family

      DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX!!! They are the worst at taking care of the appointments in doors, they do not fix anything unless you are a brand-new resident. They raised my rent by $300.00 and I have lived at ****** ******* ********** for over 23 years. I'm trying to move but, it's hard when you have to do first month's rent and security deposit. So, all in all just DO NOT RENET HERE!!!

      THE SECURITY DOOR AT THE BUILDING WE LIVE IN IS BROKEN i puta workorder in on 9/12./2022 a few days later message in my in box said work order received by the end ofthe work a new e--mail said work in progress here it is sept 18th and the security door has not even been fixed or looked at. a tennant who lives here did not want to use the key and was toolazy to buzz in friends into the building a year ago the same door was broken and we had ariot situation in the area door was fixed then about a week AFTER THE FACT Barrington residential ONLY wants the rent could care less about fixing their property and are trying to get SECTION 8 PEOPLE INTO THEIR PROPERTIES it is also against the lease aggrement that the security door is broken and should be repaired there are 10 units in my building other people/tennants are alittle nervous about the security being broken
