    I purchased a swimsuit 7/11/24 with Cutely Covered. It was too tight, I wanted the next size up which they didnt have in stock . I returned the swimsuit tracking number ********************. They received the item . I asked for a refund. They initially sent me an email 7/29 saying they would refund me on the original mode of payment in 7-10 days. I then received an email 8/18 they do not offer refunds by and would issue a store credit of $79.20 after the 20% restocking fee. I tried to purchase an item for $60 they asked me for $10 more for shipping. What would then happen to the $19.20 balance I asked. I have not received a response. This company has poor customer service and looks to take advantage of the customer.

    Two claims of false advertising - price and item description. On July 27, I placed an order for a mystery box after being served multiple ads from Cutely Covered on ********* The text of the ad reads verbatim: "Take this chance to snag 4 hand-picked pieces in sizes S - 3XL for just $99. It's a total steal." A picture of the ad, which I relied upon and shows this wording, is attached.Issue 1: I was charged $99.09 instead of $99. While this might just be a clerical error, it shows a pattern of carelessness and/or neglect toward honoring one's word. Issue 2: I received a hat and a pair of earrings, and two items in the size that I ordered. A hat does not come in size S - 3XL nor does a pair of earrings. Had I known I was receiving accessories and not 4 item in my size, I would have never placed the order. On August 2, I requested a refund through ********* On August 6, I received a response from the business denying my request for a refund.The business blocked me from commenting. I realized others had similar experiences due to the false marketing claims; however, the business has deleted those comments and blocked individuals from sharing their true experiences with the business.It is disappointing for a business to place and still run multiple ads (I even received an email today) stating you'll get items in a certain size when that is blatantly false.

    However, ****** sided with me in the dispute I made with my financial institution and upon return of the items will be issuing a refund. I've initiated the return shipping today. And, expect a refund in the next two weeks from ******.

    On February 24, 2024 I ordered a swimming suit online with this company that cost $77.64. And never received my product. April 16, 2024, I reached out to them via email inquiring about the turnaround for me to receive my order. They responded back telling me that there was a delay in shipment and that my question would be elevated up to their Fulfillment Team. Which I never heard from. So again, I sent a 2nd email on June 11, 2024 inquiring on the status of my order. This time the reply was that there was a manufacturer delay, they provided me with different options on how I wanted to handle the situation. I opted to receive a full refund of my original purchase. They replied back that my refund request was received and forwarded to the team and that I will be updated when the request has been processed. I sent a 3rd email inquiring about my refund because I never heard from the team nor received my refund. Which they responded that my request was escalated to the ********************** Which I have yet to hear from.

    I placed an order for 8 items on June 13th 2024. They immediately took the payment. Half of my order arrived on June 17th. I waited to hear about the other 3 pieces that I had not received and received no response. After I heard nothing, I contacted them June 21st. They responded on the 24th saying they will look into it. I waited, still no response. On July 6th, I inquired again and asked for a refund. They said they were working on it and to allow at least 6-8 business days for the refund to hit. Still no refund. I contacted them on the 10th business day, July 19th and they said they were expediting my issue to headquarters.. its July 22nd and still nothing. This is the second time Ive had issues with this company. I was hoping it would do better but they are not to be trusted. The three pieces that I did not receive come out to be a total of $187.98. The Beaux Blouse $*****, the Blue Seas Monokini Set $68.00, the Long ****** Harem Jumpsuit *****.

    I purchased a beautiful black and white jumper for an upcoming vacation. The item is very nice, however, the torso part of the jumper is very short, causing significant wedgy and also causes my breast to pop out of the top. I contacted the vendor who never responded to my initial return request. I waited several days before i contacted them again. During my second refund request, it says if you have not heard from the vendor within 48 hours, to contact the seller which i did. I have yet to receive any response. As a business owner myself, i find it very unprofessional to ignore your patrons that have taken the opportunity to support another small business. Its sad because I probably would have supported them again without having to face this issue. Therefore i am unable to support this business or give as a recommendation!

    I purchased a jumpsuit from cutely covered on 29 March ***** for $138.00. I was given a tracking number. When I apply the tracking #, there is no information with regards to my delivery status. I have contacted Cutely Covered and have received no response.

    Order ********. 03/19/24. Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Received only partial order - 1 pair of shoes shipped and delivered. When contacting the company for a status on the remaining pair of shoes, I only received scripted or automated responses. There is no customer service phone number provided. My order was a gift to my granddaughter away at college. The college semester will be sending soon. If vendor cant guarantee delivery by April 15th 2024. I would like to request a full refund.

    I wrote to the business regarding Order Number: CC111241.One of the items in my order arrived damaged (hole) and I requested to return it for a refund. It was the ***** PLEATED HALTER JUMPSUIT - ***** ***** $99 (plus taxes and shipping), purchased on 02/28/2024. While I was aware that final sale items are not returnable, I am certain that exceptions are made for items received damaged. They offered a $10 repair allowance that can be applied towards the necessary fix. On March 12, 2024, I shared with the retailer that I would still like to return the item for refund. I dont believe that I should have to go through the added trouble of repairing the item. They have stopped responding.

    I made a dress purchase with this company Cutely Covered on March 02, 2024 for $151.83. Today is March 12, 2024st & I have yet to receive any updates about my order & if/when my order will be shipped. I have emailed this company, reached out on their website **************** with no response. I must admit I did not research the reviews until after my purchase & now I am concerned that this company is fraudulent based on similar complaints. I would like a refund for my order. My dress is not on back order so Im not understanding the delay in shipping or why I cant reach anyone at this company which confirms for me they are fraudulent.
