    The worse place ever had glasses made they broke in a few months when I took them back they told me they cant help me ! They got paid from my *********************** wont help me ! Very bad customer services all nasty people !

    Middletown location The doctors are good, they do a very thorough exam, the sales area is the worst. The first time I needed glasses the associate was extremely pushy with upgrades anywhere she could. I spent well over what I thought I would be but assumed it was the standard price. I went again & needed a new rx so ended up getting another pair of glasses & new lenses for my old pair, & was treated the same way- pushed into spending more money and almost threatened that was I was buying was subpar. I went once more and will never be returning again. This time I wanted a pair of sunglasses. I tried on almost every pair and didn't really like anything, the sales lady started telling me they looked good. I decided on a pair and put the order in. The moment I left I had instant regret and called to cancel. The sales associate refused to cancel my order even though it had been 30 mins since I left. She claimed the lens maker charges them a cancelation fee so the store policy is to not accept cancelations. She talked in circles and refused my request. At one point she told me she could cancel but I would only receive store credit- so what happened to the cancelation fee preventing you from canceling?? A manager called an gave me a small coupon but also refused what I wanted- a simple cancelation and refund.The more I go over the transaction in my head the worse it gets. The sales associate never gave me an invoice, never went over insurance information so I have no idea what was covered, if anything. The sunglasses cost me more than my order with glasses plus a new set of lenses. And I find it very hard to believe that the lens manufacturer would have placed a fee on a Saturday morning, especially when the sales associate probably didn't even put my order in until after I asked to cancel it.This place gave me the worst customer experience & I am disgusted. I will never return and advise you not to go unless you enjoy paying 50% mark up & enjoy being pushed around.
