      I purchased two boxes of the snack boxes off ******. We know that ****** will not refund product. I contacted pepsico and they said they would make it right. I have two boxes to return one of the boxes they are stale and they were delivered 2 days before the expiration date. The other box they are just still we opened several bags in their style. I spent $45. So when they said they were going to make it right, I was expecting $45 worth of coupons right? I'm willing to return the boxes to my location in *********, ********** so they can see. I'm not trying to take advantage here. I just want what I paid for and I want the item to not be stale.But clearly that was too much to ask. Adding insult. They just gave me four coupons to use one item up to $5.49 so they didn't even compensate me for one box. How is this ethical?I want to return these chips to the ******************** location and I want chips to be fresh and give them back to me for what I've purchased. They can have these stupid coupons back. Not one coupon will buy a box of chips. It's so stupid as much money as they make. I can't believe they're out to rip off the customer. I buy these all the time. I probably spend at least $200 a month on chips from this company.I want them to make things right and don't treat me like I'm ignorant and give me either my money back or replace the items I lost and they can have these stupid coupons back.

      They are trying to replace Diet Pepsi Cherry with zero sugar Pepsi cherry. There are additional sweeteners and preservatives in the zero sugar Pepsi Cherry. I would like to know how to get this popular product back on the shelves at *******. LISTEN TO THE CONSUMERS, ****** WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS SWITCH ARU.

      After drinking defected, gator aid Pepsi refuse to talk to do the right. They want to ******** $200. Offer. After a very bad product. I told them no. Still waiting for them to do the right thing.

      Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced period. Forget getting anything resolved. Just to get a person to act like a normal human with a brain, it seems an impossible task. They transferred me 6 times 1 of them without telling me and the last one hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

      Worst company ever. Took 10 months and hundreds of emails (literally) to get some lousy coupons they promised for their granola product recall. Clearly they are trying to evade providing compensation as required and promised based on the many complaints and negative reviews on this bbb page relating to the same issues

      Quaker issued a recall on simply granola but when you try to get a refund they make it impossible to comply with all questions and uploads of pictures of products, receipt, of online orders. many customers ****t have the capability to upload anything on a computer much less pictures. Then they give you a phone number which is not answering and putting you on hold for hours and hours. In fact they **** want a refund paid so they make so many hoops to jump through they know you are wasting time. Therefore I suggest avoid their products like the plague as they are not able to produce a decent product in the first place then manage cheat you out of a refund. They sold the product though ****** who doesn't have a phone number available either.

      They will give you a load. They will not put times on the rate confirmation. And then they will charge you for being late. 550$ in my case. They flat out steal from you and nobody cares to do anything about it.

      Their Pepsi machine stole $2 from me. After contacting customer service, they said they will not return the cash they stole no matter what. Instead, the "Relations" lady sent me a voucher for a free Pepsi. I lost two dollars which would be two Pepsis, lol. I would rather die than continue doing business with a trash company like this. I will be filling BBB complaint now, and **** my words, I will NEVER make another Pepsi purchase for the rest of my life. I understand accidents happen, especially when using automated vending machines, but it the response from the company to correct the issue that is lacking ethics entirely.
