    I saw a commercial for National Collector's Mint and they were selling Uncirculated ****** Silver Dollars. I placed an order for 2 for a Christmas gift. When they were opened on Christmas, it was a shock. The coins look nothing like the commercial. They are dirty and even chipped. I called the customer service department to complain and they said I have to pay postage and purchase insurance on them to send them back and get a refund. They are obviously falsely advertising these coins and sending something completely different and then forcing the customer to pay shipping and insurance for a refund. After shipping and insurance it almost isn't even worth it to send back. I deserve a full refund and for them to pay shipping. I would actually prefer the coins in Uncirculated Brilliant Condition like the commercial shows. Here is the very misleading commercial. *******************************************

    We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the ******* you purchased. All orders are covered by our 60-day money back guarantee we will even reimburse you for the return postage, just provide a duplicate copy of the return postage receipt.

    Both the advertisement and website clearly state that these coins are in the range of Brilliant Uncirculated to Fine condition. Meaning the majority of the coins will be circulated. After all ******* were issued over 100 years ago and were issued to be spent like Quarters and Dimes are today so some will show more signs of wear and tear than others.

    We do highly recommend insuring the package when returning an item, this way if they are lost or damaged on their way back then the *********** is responsible for paying for them.

    When you take the package to the *********** to return, DO NOT SEAL the package yet.

    Tell the Postmaster that you want to send the package insured for the order total ($85.00) this way they will supply you with a tracking number.

    Then ask for a duplicate copy of the receipt showing how much it cost to send back place one copy inside the package and then seal it keep one copy for your records.

    Once received at the warehouse, a full refund for the order will be issued to your credit card the same day it is received and a reimbursement check for the postage will be sent to you, as we cannot refund your credit card more than what was charged.

    I canceled my membership to ******************* on *********************** 3 days before the new bill year. They renewed the membership after I cancelled I think 5 days later. Charging me $72.14. Ive been reading that other people either had a hard time to cancel and some said its almost impossible to cancel! Ive since then message them that I canceled and also canceled again. They will not refund the money took from your account. Please look into this matter . Thank you ************

I don't want anything to do with this company, now or forever!!!OUR MAILBOX BELONGS TO US!!!!!!!WE DECIDE WHAT GOES IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They refused to remove my name from their mailing lists!I hope you'll contact them (on our behalf) and instruct them to remove my name and address permanently from all their mailing lists. I know many people in ******* may be receiving these mail offers also.     We heard an ad on the ** for ****** Silver Dollars at.900 real silver which are in Brilliant Uncirculated to Fine condition. The charge was $ ***** plus $4.00 Shipping and Handling. We ordered 2 of them plus cases to store them in. When we received them, they were NOT in mint condition. One is very tarnished (black) on one part of one side and the rest has a dark tint on it. The second one is dark all over and both look as if they have been used. We were not pleased with the purchase and unfortulately because of illness in the family didn't get around to contacting them until after the 60 days (which is the time limit to return items). When I did contact them, they said that we could get exchange the items for what the order calls for,the brilliant uncirculated only at a higher price of $99.00. WHY would we exchange them for what we were SUPPOSED to get, but didn't at a higher price?     Like you mentioned, our advertisement does state that these coins will be mostly in the range of Brilliant Uncirculated to Fine condition,a broad range of condition meaning that the majority of these coins will be circulated pieces, and some will show more signs of wear and tear than others.  After all Morgans were issued over 100 years ago to be spent like Quarters and Dimes are today.

    I purchased a beautiful double eagle **************** coin, advertised as solid silver quarter-**** Pound tribute.This was in February. After a couple months I realized there was a flaw in it. Specifically, the "reeding" on the edge was flat between the letters "E" and "T", of "Liberty.We did not remove it from its plastic case.I returned to the ********* requesting one without this flaw.I received one back promptly. We noticed it had exactly the same flaw as the one I returned. It is so exact that I wondered if they had returned the same coin.One of our sons is a cop and he wondered if the coin weighed four **** ounces, as advertised. Four **** ounces should equal ******* regular ounces. He weighed the coin and it was four regular ounces exactly. That's .38 oz short.Since then I have called their order number and left a message. It has not been returned.I sent a letter to ***************************************, shown as the former 37th Treasurer of the ****, and currently shown as "Co-director of National ************************ of Directors." I also tracked down her phone number and left a message. She has not responded.I then sent a letter to **** Congressman ***** ********************************, listed as a "Co-Director, NCM ***** of ********** requesting help. He has not responded.I do not want to return the coin for a refund. I want a flawless substitute. I don't want to return this second coin until I have a flawless replacement.The NCM no longer returns my phone calls.

    We recently reviewed your past complaint with the BBB and are slightly confused as it was filed after you spoke to  one of our representatives and received your replacement piece in late March/  early April of 2022.

    In regard to your question regarding the weight precious metals,like silver, gold, platinum, etcetera are weighed in **** weight measure not avoirdupois.  Avoirdupois is what we use to weigh ourselves or items at the grocery store.

    The **** system also uses pounds and ounces, so it is similar, but there is one big difference; there an avoirdupois ounce equals ***** grams, whereas a **** ounce weighs ***** grams. This means one **** ounce is equivalent to approximately ******* avoirdupois ounces.

    The giant silver eagle tributes are advertised as being one quarter **** pound or 3 **** ounces: a **** pound being 12 **** ounces.

    I do apologize for my misunderstanding. 

    Solid silver tribute reproductions often have a blank space on the side where the **** weight of silver would be marked. However on this particular piece because the **** weight is part of the reverse design where the eagle is, the minting house left the side part blank.

    I do understand that the Mint Master had the dies for this particular piece redesigned and going forward the newer mintings have a fully reeded side.  I mistakenly assumed that this is what was exchanged for you.

    Currently I am trying to see if we have any 2022 fully reeded versions left to exchange for you if not would you be willing to exchange for 2023 fully reeded version?

    The business has explained to my satisfaction as to why the coin has a flat place in the reeding.  I had not previously heard of this.

    They have offered to search their inventory for a 2022 coin with full reeding, or replace it with a 2023 that will have it.
