    If you place an order you will be bombarded with junk mail. Most coins are a scam, watch how the word description of coins. 0

    My experience with National Collector's Mint was nothing less than a nightmare, from ordering to finally receiving my order. I placed my order and received an e-mail stating I needed a password. I didn't want an account until I saw how their service was. Contacted customer service as my order kept showing a message, "AWAITING FUFILLMENT". I was told the order was being filled and shipped. 3 Mar 2025, I contact customer service again and I was informed my order number was no longer ******. I was informed that my order Number was #******* since the packaged was shipped. After demanding the tracking number I was told he would track it. He said it would be delivered on 3 Mar 2025. He refused to give me the tracking number. Both of calls were handled my a man named *** On 5 Mar 2025, I contacted customer service as I still hadn't received my order. I spoke to a very helpful young lady. She not only traced my package, telling me my package was in ************ post office. She also had no problem with furnishing me with the tracking number. On 8 Mar 2025 I received my order. It was wrong! Their strict limit of only five coins is not followed. I ordered five 2025, double eagles and five 2024 double eagles. I received ten 2025 double eagles. My future enthusiasm with the company will depend on how they handle this error.

    I received well packaged in a about a week from order. I do have a concern about where this was minted and the certificate. This is not from the *******. Not sure if I want to keep this.

    This business is either a scam or totally incompetent. I ordered coins for Christmas presents and it was a fiasco. Never received the coins.
