      I had a Teladoc appointment on May 9, 2025. I have secondary insurance and needed a detailed billing to submit to my secondary insurance for reimbursement of my co-pay. I had my husband contact Teladoc since I'm hard of hearing and he had to email them twice to get a response. We were told to contact the claims department which he did on 6-3-2025 and after being on hold for very long time while the representative was trying to help get the detailed billing he was told it would be emailed to him in which it never was so he called the claims department again today and was told they don't do itemized billing and they transferred to member services and after a 1/2 hour was told he had to go back to the claims department again so he asked for supervisor (*****) who answered and then left him on hold again so he gave up trying. How are people supposed to file secondary insurance without an itemized bill? (He did ask for Teladoc to file it and they said they only file the primary insurance) This is company is very difficult to deal with and cant seem to even provide an itemized bill for services with diagnostic codes so I can file with my secondary insurance to get reimbursed for my deductible. Not happy at all with Teladoc Health and they wasted my husbands time and did nothing to resolve a simple itemized bill.

      I called to ask if TelaDoc Health would prescribe an antibiotic for my symptoms and they said yes. I called and asked for the antibiotic and was told no. I was told to drink a ******** and buy over the counter products. I tried to explain that these remedies have not worked but TelaDoc Health had already hung up on me. I have called TelaDoc Health **************** several times and they keep saying my valid complaint has been sent to "Tier 2," but I have never received any response. TelaDoc Health takes the money but did not help me. They lied to me about responding about this important issue. I think TelaDoc health hates US Veterans, steals money from them and the US Government and refuses to assist patients in need of care.

      I had a virtual medical appointment through the Teladoc app on April 16, 2025. Since Teladoc is in-network with my **************** they were supposed to submit the claim on my behalf. However, they did not do so and instead charged $215 to my HSA **** card on file. I have made multiple calls to resolve this issue, but it remains unresolved. Teladoc claims they cannot submit the claim because they do not have the diagnosis code for the visit.

      When I set up the appointment, I was clear about my diagnosis (parasites) and what I was looking for (prescription). The health care provider got on camera just to tell me they can't treat my diagnosis. The company should not even let the appointment happen (and the payment go through) if it's for something they can't treat.

      On 05/13/2025 I researched whether this business could help me with a treatment for a suspected ***. On their website it was stated that it would be appropriate for me to seek care virtually for this issue. The provider talked to me for approximately 1 minute where she told me she could not help me because I did not have a history of this issue and instructed me to go to an urgent care. The website does not say that if you do not have a history they cannot help you. Because I was not able to be treated by the Teladoc provider and was directed to seek other care a charge in the amount of $89.00 is not warranted. The provider specifically asked me to request a refund, when I went through that process with Teladoc the request for a refund was denied twice.

      Good afternoon, I contacted Teladoc by email requesting for my profile/account to be deactivated and deleted from their system on 5/14/25. I was provided a case #********. On 5/15/25 I received a response from a representative name ********* Member Support Specialist. Per her she was unable to find my account with the email address and phone # I provided. I responded back on 5/15/25 with the same email address and phone number and also provided another email address I use just in case. When I logged into the website I noticed that the information I initially provided was the correct information that was given when the case # was created. The representative ******** responded back that unable to help due to I reached the wrong department and my email was escalated. There was no ticket # provided by this representative so I guess I had to take trust that my issue was being escalated. I dont feel comfortable with my personal information being left in their database when i never used their services and wish not to use in the future. I am providing a snapshot of the profile that was created and the email responses from Teladoc representatives. Please note: I sent another email for a representative to handle my request due to no ticket # or a response back from representative ********* The new case ID # is ********

      On May 14, I paid $89 for a telehealth visit via *******, but only received a 1 minute phone call advising me to go see a doctor in person. I didnt receive any help and am expecting a full refund.

      I have a textbook sinus infection. I called Teladoc Doc because if I go to an urgent care, its $100 co-pay. doctor refuses to give me antibiotics even though she clearly put that I have a sinus infection. Which requires antibiotics. I call Teladoc to complain and ask when new doctors come on because she refuse to give me antibiotics. I get sinus infections often and I always have called Teladoc, never had an issue getting antibiotics. I speak to them and they told me to call back in a few hours. Maybe the next doctor will give it to me because its that Doctors discretion. I make another appointment and the minute the ** gets on with me right away before I say a word he tells me that he cannot give me antibiotics that its Teladoc policy that he cannot prescribe me antibiotics unless I am sick for 10 days or more. I asked him when this policy started and he tells me it has been this way for the past 10 years and it is on their website. When I called them after the first ******* nobody told me that this was their policy. I checked the website and I do not see this policy anywhere. I told him I just got antibiotics for the same thing just a year or two ago and he did not know what to say. I explained that I have an infection and I need antibiotics and if theres something that can be done and mid conversation before I could even ask for a note for Work we get disconnected. In their policy, it says if you get disconnected from a video call, the doctor will call you back. The doctor never called me back at all. Now I call Teladoc again and once again ask their policy about antibiotic antibiotics I got told that it is at doctors discretion I ask for my $10 co-pay back because the doctor never gave me a note. call was not over and he didnt call me back. I did not receive the service. They told me no refunds r allowed so I asked to speak to a supervisor. supervisor said that yes it is the policy of Teladoc that they cannot give me an antibiotic unless over 10 days.

      I scheduled an online visit on the morning of 04/30/25 to avoid taking time off from work to see my primary. I could see my history with them and needed relief for the same concern I have had in the past. I was asked my insurance information again (even though it is on file) and I was asked for my CC info which confused me but I reluctantly provided. It took 2 attempts for the provider to call me. Once connected with the provider I was dismissed even though I explained and asked for them to see my history. I was told to go to my primary within less then 3 minutes on the phone. I hung up, looked at my bank account and realized this company charge me $89.00 for NOTHING! I called immediately. I was told they do not see my complete case to call back in 30 minutes. I called back from the car while on the way to my primary voicing my displeasure and wanting my CC refunded. I was told they would escalate my case to Tier 2 and I would get an email confirmation. After waiting all day and no email, I phoned back in late afternoon on the 30th only to be asked a series of completely different questions and was finally sent an email stating my case was being reviewed? No time frame, no real information in the body of the email, nothing (I have all the emails.) I phoned back the following day and spoke to yet a different person (#3) who asked me a completely different set of questions. No consistency with anyone I spoke with at all! Just nonsense! #3 telling me that what I called in for can not be treated over the phone, REALLY? Then why has your company done so in the past? Look at my history! This company has charged me and others apparently FRAUDULENTLY for NO service. To send me an email 2 days later stating my refund request was denied because of their no refund policy?? Which I only received in that email? I want a refund for my $89.00 that I should never have been charged for. I have also informed my bank and insurance provider as to their DECEPTIVE practices.

A complaint has been filed with my Insurance Carrier as well. They are well aware of *******'s poor services and poor practices all the way around. They advised they have continuous complaints about their charging practices and the physicians on staff who a lot of the time are not qualified for the state the callers are calling from. The companies policy's are NOT TRANSPARENT at all and they know it. I do not accept the response and will continue to tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER use the service. When ******* starts to be dropped by major carriers they certainly should not be surprised. As I said, I will continue to make it very clear to everyone to NEVER use this service unless they want to be defrauded out of their money and given a backyard medical diagnosis.

Again another game being played by the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with in my life! You can be sure that EVERYONE will know the run around that I am getting now too.       I go to telecom online doctors appointment. There is a woman that works in customer service that disconnects the phone appointments. When I confronted her. She just asks stupid questions. "How do you receive your health care?" I don't understand what that means. I say "I pay cash. I don't have health insurance." I waited over an hour for the doctors call. I had to do the appointment with my laptop. I will never go back again.
