      I have a textbook sinus infection. I called Teladoc Doc because if I go to an urgent care, its $100 co-pay. doctor refuses to give me antibiotics even though she clearly put that I have a sinus infection. Which requires antibiotics. I call Teladoc to complain and ask when new doctors come on because she refuse to give me antibiotics. I get sinus infections often and I always have called Teladoc, never had an issue getting antibiotics. I speak to them and they told me to call back in a few hours. Maybe the next doctor will give it to me because its that Doctors discretion. I make another appointment and the minute the ** gets on with me right away before I say a word he tells me that he cannot give me antibiotics that its Teladoc policy that he cannot prescribe me antibiotics unless I am sick for 10 days or more. I asked him when this policy started and he tells me it has been this way for the past 10 years and it is on their website. When I called them after the first ******* nobody told me that this was their policy. I checked the website and I do not see this policy anywhere. I told him I just got antibiotics for the same thing just a year or two ago and he did not know what to say. I explained that I have an infection and I need antibiotics and if theres something that can be done and mid conversation before I could even ask for a note for Work we get disconnected. In their policy, it says if you get disconnected from a video call, the doctor will call you back. The doctor never called me back at all. Now I call Teladoc again and once again ask their policy about antibiotic antibiotics I got told that it is at doctors discretion I ask for my $10 co-pay back because the doctor never gave me a note. call was not over and he didnt call me back. I did not receive the service. They told me no refunds r allowed so I asked to speak to a supervisor. supervisor said that yes it is the policy of Teladoc that they cannot give me an antibiotic unless over 10 days.

Some conditions will require you to seek specialty or emergent services which cannot be treated by a Teladoc Physician. If a Teladoc Physician can treat you, it is also not guaranteed that a prescription will be written. Some diagnoses are treatable with over-the-counter medications or other treatment plans as ordered by the treating Physician which may include further treatment from your PCP).       I go to telecom online doctors appointment. There is a woman that works in customer service that disconnects the phone appointments. When I confronted her. She just asks stupid questions. "How do you receive your health care?" I don't understand what that means. I say "I pay cash. I don't have health insurance." I waited over an hour for the doctors call. I had to do the appointment with my laptop. I will never go back again.

      I had created an account with ******************** through my employer *************** and 3-4 days after I had my first primary care visit this year using the app, they closed my account citing that it was due to my insurance either being discontinued; no longer supported or I lost my insurance. (Pic attached) I called to escalate reactivation as I have been employed and still am employed by *************** for nearly 10 years. I lost all my health information as a result of you all involuntarily closing my account. This included my primary care visit assessment and my blood test lab request which was due within 30 days. This appears to be a violation and I have forwarded my escalation to our *************** at my employer to report the horrible experience that myself and others are being subjected to. After review, appears this is not the first time and multiple users over the last 2-3 years have reported erroneous closures. This type of product should not be advertised by *** to its employees if we are at risk of losing our information and having our accounts randomly closed. I called to escalate with teladoc who blamed united health care, I then called teladoc with united health who confirmed my insurance is active with no issues and had even confirmed it supports these visits. I was told someone would call within 48 hrs or 2 business days and its now been over 2 weeks..I wont accept a generic response and would like this technological defect with the providers app to be resolved and my account fully recovered. I have proof of the visit, the account I had created and screenshots if needed.

      On 04/24/2025, I was charged by Teladoc in the amount of $89. I received a call from Dr. ****** ******* after requesting medical care. He listened to my symptoms and couldn't help over the phone. I was advised to seek a local medical facility and nothing further from the doctor. No medical issues were resolved and spent unnecessary time emailing and telephoning Teladoc's billing as well as my bank as to why I was charged and received no service.

      I put a request for a dermatologist on Teladoc due to my eczema and was assigned a doctor. I uploaded photos of areas where I was experiencing a rash. The doctor reviewed the photos and my previous medication that was prescribed to me and proceeded to provide me with the same prescription of Zoryve. I never was able to speak with the doctor. The pharmacy tried to contact her to get approval on medicine and she never followed through with it. I never got any communication from Teladoc or the doctor after my visit and the prescription link expired. I paid $85 for the consultation and never received the prescription i was promised. I contacted Teladoc Customer Support 3 times and nothing ever came off it. Teladoc needs to refund my $85.

      This is my first time posting a complaint about a service, but I feel it's important to warn other potential consumers about the extremely poor customer service provided by ********************. I paid for a consultation with a dermatologist to renew my prescription, expecting a simple process since I previously had a great experience with virtual dermatology through *******. However, my experience with ******* turned out to be filled with errors and poor service.**Error #1:** Teladoc sent my prescription to a "pharmacy" that is not an actual pharmacy and does not dispense medication. I discovered this after several attempts to drive to a closed building and when trying to call the number provided by teladoc it went to a personal voicemail instead of a business voicemail. This issue was not my fault; it was an error on Teledoc's part.**Error #2:** I then spent hours on hold with Teladoc trying to get my prescription sent to a legitimate pharmacy. Each time I called, the agents told me they could not reassign the pharmacy due to a "system error." **Error #3:** After over a month of trying to retrieve my medication from a non-existent pharmacy, I requested a refund for the consultation. Instead of receiving a call back, I was sent an email stating that my request for a refund was declined. They cited their policy, which prevents refunds simply because a customer is dissatisfied with a visit. This response was unrelated to my specific case. Again, this was not my fault; it was an error on Teladoc's ******* has now been two months, and I still have not received my medication for a service I paid for. This has been a frustrating ****** learned: the data systems used by Teladoc are clearly disorganized and poorly managed, and the staff appears to be poorly trained and incompetent. What I thought would be a simple service has turned into a major headache.I advise anyone seeking telehealth services, particularly in dermatology, to steer clear of Teladoc.

      4/26/2025 Copay $56.00 Reason for visit sinus infection and bronchitis.I informed the physician during my visit that my entire household was sick. Started off as sinus infections and turned into severe bronchitis. My parents and I went to urgent care and were prescribed antibiotics and steroids. I advised the doctor that my son had the same symptoms and has asthma and I wanted to resolve this before his asthma flared. I explained to him the meds we were prescribed. He said he would start off with a steroid for my son. I asked him for the antibiotic and he informed me that if his symptoms worsened to message in the app and he would prescribe additional medication. I asked twice if there was a fee for this and he said no, both times. My sons symptoms got worse and I reached out via the portal and was advised it would be an additional fee. I asked to escalate this, the resolution I was seeking was to reach the doctor to get the antibiotics that my son needed without being charged because that is what HE said. The customer service team came back with the same generic response. I have asked them to review the video and honor what the doctor said. His notes do not match the conversation we had in the video chat. I had to in turn schedule a new virtual event with an ethical company and pay ***** to get the medication my son needed.

      **** *** ******* was horrible. He was not listening to me. Spent about 28 seconds then said you have the flu, your medication is sent to your pharmacy. I tried to explain to him what I was having, he refused to listed and hung up on me. I called and complained about him and saw another dr. **** is unhealthy for patients to have someone like him insulting and being rude to sick people that need care.

      One 2025-04-26 I scheduled a call for medical care. ******* required me to fill out a questionnaire ahead of time with my issue including the details of my symptoms. They charged me $55 for the service before the call. Once the call started, their consultant asked me to confirm the information that I had provided, and then told me, per the guidelines, he could not safely diagnose me and that I would need to see someone in person for an additional test. The call lasted about 2 minutes and there was no consulting about my symptoms or condition. My complaint is NOT that he could not diagnose or prescribe me an antibiotic. My complaint IS that the company charged me without actually providing a service. The company had my details before the call and should have cancelled it and told me they would not be able to diagnose or treat me. They did NOT provide a service. What was the point of a screening questionnaire if they were only going to take my money and tell me to go somewhere else? If any other service did that, they would be sued. (Mechanic, painter, physical therapist, hair stylist)

      The business did not address my complaint. They responded with a dismissive form letter email. My impression is that they did not even read the complaint against their lack of service. The consultant told me that per the company guidelines he could not safely diagnose me and I would have to seek treatment elsewhere because tests would be needed. Other telehealth providers partner with labs and clinics. I expected that either 1) he would have placed an order with a local lab so that he could see test results and diagnose. Or 2) I would not be charged because I was only told to seek care elsewhere.

      There have been multiple issues with my experience with Teladoc Health:1) There are not enough providers for me to schedule a therapy appointment. After requesting availability from multiple providers, the requests are declined 2) The video feature does not work. I could not see my therapist on my last video call.3) I received multiple notifications for an appointment time I did not schedule 4) My provider cancelled my appointment 6 minutes before my scheduled appointment
