    We worked with Kabinet King for many months designing our kitchen. Although we ultimately went to a competitor for cabinets, we returned to Kabinet King for counter tops. Our experience ordering was great. We always loved our time in the PA show room. The day our counters were delivered, we quickly realized the wrong edge was delivered. We ordered Demi Bullnose but Half bull nose was received. ** offered a $370 refund which was the difference in upgrading to Demi. We accepted and the half bullnose was installed. Installer did not measure before drilling hole for faucet and ended up putting it to far back to where our faucet could not be installed. Again, KK was amazing with scheduling the installer to come fix the error. They fixed it by drilling the hole bigger and patching what was exposed. This was not acceptable as we didn't feel we paid for a patched counters. It was also discovered the installer warped our brand new sink and was not sitting currectly. ** agreed and quickly handled ordering a new sink and counter. At this point, we had nothing but great things to say about KK. 1 of the employees suggested replacing our window sill with a small slab of quartz to match and we loved the idea. So we asked them to order it for us. On multiple occasions we were told, "we'll tske care of it" when we offered to pay for it. Even told "it's the least we can do to apologize for everything that's happened". So the slab was ordered without payment. Once the windowsill slab was received by them, all of a sudden we were told we owed $200 for it. So at this point, our project has been delayed for nearly 2 months, we still haven't received the $370 for the wrong edge and being required to pay $200 for something we were told we wouldn't have to pay for.

    I am attaching the entire pdf file explaining the horrifying experience I had with Kabinet King as reference with every detail and photos provided. I am pursing legal action. This company should be closed for negligence, unethical business practices, and fraudulent promises.

    I engaged Cabinet king to help Design and provide new kitchen cabinets since the existing were damaged in a flood. There have been several problems with the delivery and wrong cabinets being ordered and then ultimately replaced. The larger issue is a refusal to provide the correct cabinet for the refrigerator stating they would refund the one cabinet (fridge) but not all in that section. The issue is having a matching set aligned in a row to properly install the refrigerator into and have it look like it all belongs together. They have admitted to mistake after mistake and almost gone far enough to make things right buy offering a partial refund. I am investing a lot of money in all the elements to make a nice kitchen and cant afford to do it again (School Teacher). The appliance specs were provided and the staff made clear they were experts at making it all come together which they are failing to do. I seek a refund for the section of cabinets that can no longer match so that I can order from another company that will supply the matching cabinets needed. The apartment is in shambles and I am now storing a bunch of extra cabinets that can not be used and now am afraid to throw them away because I need the refund to get other cabinets. The want me to have the installer fabricate a cabinet out of panels and parts which will not stand up over time and will never match the other cabinets. The items to return are the pink cabinets

    Kabinet King USA has been in constant communication with the customer to resolve all issues. It is unfortunate that this matter has gone on for so long without a feasible resolution. The wrong cabinets were not ordered; rather, there were a few damages that were handled & replaced within 6 days with our customer service agent.  ********************** has not refused to provide the correct cabinet. In fact we have provided the correct cabinet for proper installation based on vendor specifications. The cabinet was delivered 4-21-2023.  We have also ensured with the manufacturer and customer that the form and fit will work.  After receipt of the cabinet the customer claims she is still not satisfied.   After several additional reviews of the fridge enclosure cabinet and ensuring that the part sizes were correct the customer was still not satisfied and demanded a new fridge enclosure cabinet be built based on aesthetic details that did not match the signed and contracted agreement. Our General Manager then offered to review these new specifications with the client in our showroom on April 24th, 2023. After providing final details for sign off the customer declined the offer and is now asking for a full refund of all the cabinets (totaling over $6047.74) when the only unit in question is the fridge enclosure. We now feel we have exhausted all realistic options for resolve. With over 100 emails with our company's Vice ********** ******** Relations Manager, and General Manager along with communication from 2 designers and customer service and a need to seek resolve we offered a refund on the cabinets related to the Fridge Enclosure ONLY  (refund total $1800.00).  This will allow her to do what she feels she needs for the fridge enclosure and we feel this is an amicable solution. We have also confirmed specifications pertaining to the unit which call for side panels  The cabinet is already fabricated and meets industry standards for quality. ******************* has a Limited Lifetime warranty. We are continuing to work towards a mutual solution.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    It is very upsetting to hear KK is not taking responsibility for their multiple mistakes. To me the response from KK has come from someone that was never actually involved in the design and/or attempt at a resolution for the medallion cabinets which is the brand of cabinets that matched the portion of my kitchen that would house a panel ready built in refrigerator. The issue at hand is only with this brand of cabinets. This is a 9 foot wall of two floor to ceiling units on each end (one of which is the unit for the refrigerator) and uppers and base in between them. 

    KKs incorrect specing which lead to incorrect design/ordering of the cabinet that will house the refrigerator is where the whole issue stems. This particular refrigerator does not have the panels attached to the fridge doors itself, which is how they were ordered, These doors need to be hinged on one side of the cabinet. This refrigerator model also has venting specifications that were not taken into account which lead to an upper cabinet to be ordered incorrectly as well. So the upper cabinet along with the cabinet widths were not accurate for my refrigerator model. 

    When my contractor attempted to install the refrigerator, he could not. The doors were too narrow. The upper cabinet too long. In the response provided ** seems to deny this as indicated in the statement, The wrong cabinets were not ordered; rather, there were a few damages that were handled & replaced within 6 days with our customer service agent. What they are actually referring to in this statement are the damaged cabinets sent from the second company, JSI. These cabinets had clear and obvious damage as reported in photos immediately and KK did rectify these cabinets in a very timely manner. What they appear to be denying is the above explained refrigerator cabinet construction flaws. 

    During the process of trying to rectify the construction flaws, I was unable to reach via phone or text the original KK designer. In one text I said, I beg you to respond in another response via email he said, this is beyond management.  The KK designer ended up re-ordering and having delivered a replacement upper cabinet only, no adjusted doors. This upper cabinet is not usable and remains in the box in my living room. During this process emails, phone calls, and text went unanswered and I had no clarity on what was ordered and why what was ordered was the solution. I put this designer in contact with a reseller from  the refrigerator company. He corresponded with him and approximately 4 weeks after the upper cabinet was reordered he offered to reorder the doors. These  Medallion cabinets took 14 weeks to arrive and reorders take about 6 weeks. So the solutions (upper cabinet and doors) to fix this issue with the cabinet and doors were finally being addressed 6 weeks apart. However, the door with he was now proposing was still wrong! I never gave the go ahead to order the doors because they still continued to be wrong and too narrow. 

    Finally, two managers stepped in 6 weeks into the process. 

    They offered THREE different solutions still not understanding the design.

    What the solutions did not take into account is the way the two end cabinets should look together.

    We are requesting a refund for all Medallion cabinets and the removal of all the mistaken cabinets unless Kabinet king will expedite the **************** being delivered to complete the kitchen.

    We have reviewed the customer's response and we stand strong on the fact that we did everything possible to accommodate the client.  We also feel that our offer to refund product related to her fridge enclosure was more than reasonable and was the best solution to allow her to create or recreate the unit she desires. The customer is clearly stating that all she needs is doors.  The doors are on hold only because the client has denied the proposal and is asking for a full credit on cabinetry that has been delivered and installed for months.  The upper cabinet in her living room she is stating is unusable is ordered according to vendor specifications see order *******. See email confirmation with the vendor rep that she directed us to regarding the upper unit sizing. See additional text communication with the client's contractor confirming details of what is needed for the fridge enclosure on March 6, 2023.

    I have multiple communications from Cabinet Dig recognizing the cabinet would not work and ne**** to be r**esign**. What they are not taking responsibility for is that now there is a section of cabinets that will not be symmetrical and be three different widths and different door styles. This is a complete blinder on their part and they are expecting me to live for years with a kitchen that is no right. I was sole on an aesthetic and a design. They profess** to be experts and to have completely understood my install having paid for them to come measure and examine the job but regardless they carelessly order** wrong parts unrelat** to this dispute that were ultimately replac**. They forgot to order the dishwasher front. They order** replacement for this section that still don't work. How much effort and delay can they ask us to tolerate? It is completely unfair and they are wrong. I have lots of written evidence and would be happy to provide it here but it is so much to go through. They continu** to only want to talk on the phone then mix** texts with email knowing it will be hard to follow but it will be follow** in court and cost them way more than just refunding and removing all this junk from my apartment. I have not been unreasonable and have been totally taken advantage of by this company. They should be asham** of themselves, I am a *** school teacher and work very hard to earn the money that was spent with them only to have my kitchen in pieces for almost a year. I demand a refund for this section of cabinets so I can pursue the proper configuration to be provid** by another firm who has a design that will work and look correct. Cabinet ************************* promis** he was an expert and knew how everything went together and that was a total lie. I will get the teacher union involv** and make sure everyone who works for the board of ** knows how this business treats hard working teacher. **********************
