Was sold an extended warranty along with a vehicle, the vehicle had transmission issues and coolant leak that they was aware of and still sold me the car and extended warranty,They tried several times within the booking to address the transmission issue and failed. The water pump had to be replaced with a deductible of $500. The repairs cost 1800$ I had to pay $1300 out of pocket instead of the $500 deductible.plus incur $800 car rental that supposed to be reimbursed but never done. I submitted all of invoices Poor poor dissatisfied service and sales from queens auto mall, no correspondence from ray and **** in this bogus ext warranty purchased. This is my first step as guided by bbb

This is a scam business, from the price of the tag of the car to the car itself is all scam, besides the discrimination against the buyers or clients will try to file a complaint. For health issues, I had to buy a car within couple of days, because they sold the next day I couldnt drive it, and I have to bring it back to them, and ********************************** to pick up the car. And today two days later the car still not in a good condition, its very unstable I feel sadness very understanding what Im driving.. to be a 2017 car, it feels like you were driving at 2008 or older car, when I called him, I talked to two different managers the first one after I explained I was happening his answer was this Sr I think youre confused, this is not Macys that you can *********** is your underwear adding, can you speak English please; the second manager, a female manager after I explain to her everything again her answer was Speak English, please, oh wait, are you speak Indian?, when I called again, the first manager that I spoke with told me that after laughing at me, and literally, he said I know youre sick, blah blah blah, unfortunately due to the car two days ago and now you keep it, since you have guaranteed we can fix it but that is up to you. When I went online to shake the best way to communicate with the general manager, I found out that somebody there wrote a review on the my name, when I asked him, they said that I authorize that, I have everything on text. And the final price went from $14,990 to $23640, something that I realize once I got home. I really need somebody to help me somehow to get a car that I want. Or something that I feel more comfortable & safe driving. I told him I will pay the difference. I you just wanted to get a car that actually has no problem? If anyone is thinking to go to this place, please dont go. Also, do you know very well how to manipulate the reviews that that theyreceived. I have proof of what I am saying.

Drove from ****** to Queens Auto, confirmed w/2 different agents specifically ************************* (she sent me an email)! Has a certified check in hand to put down and finance the remaining 3k of the 17k vehicle was listed! Was received outside by the valet guy, brought in by him and was told by him once I fill out the financial form the sales agent would come down to meet me, I asked where the vehicle was and he took me next door to their shop and the car was on the lift apparently needed a new exhaust when I went inside to complain to the la my fat manager that was there he completely ignored me and stated the vehicle needed a new catalytic converter (they couldnt even stay on the same page with their story)! ************************* never greeted us after driving 5 hours to close this deal, come to find out they already had a down payment on this vehicle BUT they had another vehicle I could purchase! The old ************* game! I thank God we found it fishy from the get go when their valet tried to get us to fill out financial forms! Thank God I didnt give them any info but my name, or I am most definitely sure they would of used me and scammed me out of thousands! Hence I will deposit the $17k cashiers check I had made payable to them prior to my arrival back into my account! BEWARE, DO YOU DUE DILIGENCE WITH THIS PLACE, SEEMS LIKE ALL THEIR GOOD REVIEWS COME FROM WITHIN/ALL FAKE REVIEWS! THE HONEST ONES ARE GREETED WITH THEIR RESPONSE FAKE REVIEW, YOUR THE PROBLEM, WE ARE GOING TO REPORT YOU FOR SAYING INACCURATE INFORMATION
