    I paid for a transportation service, which entailed the pick up at my home address in ******** and delivery of a Cardboard box shipped out of the country with destination to *********. I was given a form to fill out with the information of all the items being sent in said box, which initiates the service as proof/receipt of them accepting the responsibility of delivering said items to the final address. When the box was received in ********* and opened upon delivery it was evident that they at some point of the transportation had committed robbery as half of the items were missing. Pictures were taken as proof from when the box was created and sent vs. when the box was received. At this moment the company was contacted in order to start a claim for all the missing items. The company customer service reacted horribly to my attempt to start the process of a claim, with a monotone voice declaring they had no information and had no idea on how to go about the process. I then proceeded to ask for a supervisor who would be able to help me and left a message to ask for a call back since they have no email communication available to clients. I proceeded to do this same process twice to no avail, on my third attempt I informed them I would personally come to their office location if this could not be resolved over phone communication. It was after this attempt that the supervisor got on the phone and informed me that my claim would not be processed because the "box" was delivered and received on the other end. To which there was never any signing of paperwork dictating that the "box" was actually received they simply took a picture of the person receiving the box next to it and a picture of their ID. What we are requesting from the company is a full investigation because as this has been made public more victims have surfaced, a reimbursement for the original expenses and compensation for the value of everything lost.
