This website is designed to make you believe you are able to obtain your purchase quickly with it's "Ready to Ship" status on every product listed. This is not the case. ScooterMadness, LLC does not keep any inventory. The dealer works out of his apartment in Flushing, Queens, **. Your purchase will be drop-shipped from one of the few ********** warehouses around *****************. I relentlessly sent numerous emails to him. The phone number listed on the website is nothing more than a voicemail box, regardless of the *** options. I never once received a call back from the owner/operator of ScooterMadness, LLC. I received my scooter, thankfully, weeks later. It was drop shipped to my residence via **** Freight. I immediately retrieved my VIN and filed for the necessary Certificate of Origin / *** required to register my purchase in the ******************. Nearly a month later, I had still not received the necessary paperwork to register my purchase with the state.
