Sold me 2012 *** ******* that had a bad catalytic converter that the owner ANDY did not disclose. I left the dealership with the vehicle and within 2 days the engine light was there. I contacted Andy and he told me to bring it back to the dealership so the mechanic can take a look. Well I ended up taking it to **** **** after i got off the phone with Andy and the reader said it needed a catalytic converter so I had **** **** print out the diagnostics sheet for me to provide to the mechanic. the next day when I went to the dealership and the mechanic lady tells me I just need a new gas cap and that she will order one, I then showed her the diagnostics paper ******** was so nice to provide me. The lady asked if I mind if she puts the paper in my chart to show Andy when he comes in on Monday I said sure (biggest mistake) Well I went to advance auto parts and got a gas cap for $11 bucks myself and of course that didn’t fix it. So I contacted Andy told him I bought a gas cap and the engine light is still on and he all of a sudden could not remember me or the car he sold me and asked if he could call me when he gets back in the office. I said sure that’s fine. I had a 30 day warranty on my vehicle and for the entire month I spoke on the phone with Andy he did not know who I was and what car I was talking about. When my 30 day warranty was up, Andy miraculously remembered me because I called him and was so beyond fed up, I demanded he look at my car and give me answers on when he can fix the issue and he responded by cussing me out telling me he is refusing to perform any repair(s) and he is not willing to honor my 30 days even though he is the one who pushed it out by always telling me he didn’t know who I was and that he’d call me back when he was in the office and then he blocked my number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXCELL AUTO SALES. I am filing a lawsuit against this Andy guy.

Bought a truck and imitation had issues. Took the “owner”Andy, weeks to get back to me and to try and fix it…. During this process I found the truck had a radio issue, bad transmission, bad u-joints, broken cv axel, bent control arm, bad brakes all around, bad master control for windows, and bed leaf spring. Making him all aware of these issues he did not fix everything. I spent 3 weeks waiting for a new radio that I ended up replacing myself and he said he would give me 200$ for the parts….still waiting on that check. I am now stuck with paying the deductible for the warranty, thank god I purchased for this vehicle. The only issues he has addressed were the control arm, rear brakes, and cv axel. I have tried to speak with Andy multiple times and have nothing but back lash for these issues. I brought it to an actual Chevy dealership who made me aware that the bolts and washers the previous shop used where not suitable for the leaf spring and is now a safety hazard if I tow or load my bed. I haven’t even owned the truck for 2 months yet. The whole purpose of this truck was to tow equipment for work. Now tryin to deal with this, the dealer has blocked my number. The most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered.

A sub-par auto sales. These people are big talkers...will tell you anything to get the sale! Have had the car four and a half months. Three times into auto repair service to keep the car running! "Service Contract" added to the price was $1800. Bogus extended warranty info. You would do well to avoid these shysters at all costs!

They sold me a diy project for 10 grand. I had the car for almost 3 months and already I'm behind on car payments because of repairs. The extended warranty is garbage. Avoid them at all cause.
