1 starThis company knowingly charged me for items that I did not receive. They made my credit score go down a few points. I'm having to fight with my credit card company because they, as the merchant, lied saying I'd received the goods/ordered items. I have proof from their service department showing that I never received anything due to a unit number missing in the address.Review fromHannah W

4 starsI have ordered from this company a few times and I would agree it's hit or miss BUT for the price I have found it my favorite site to take a gamble on. Once I ordered a few times and kinda learned my size I really found some great pieces that I absolutely love. For reference I am a US size 16/17 or XL. I usually have to buy a 2x for shirts and dresses from Bellelily. The pictures do sometimes look like one kind of fabric and what is received is usually a bit different but again... once you kinda learn the site (reading the description of the materials) you can work around it. I wanted to leave this review because I actually like this site and while I have had a few issues with some back and fourths with customer service, they did come back and do what was fair and I shop online at ***** a lot and I spend 4x what this site costs. So I feel like the money I save vs some of the risk on some pieces that may not work out and a little bit of time is worth it for me. Just in case anyone needed to hear it. (I do not and have not returned anything that didn't work out... so I will say, I have no experience with that because it's WAY too time consuming for me. I just take the loss because it's still cheaper for the pieces I do love.)Review fromHannah W

1 starI agree with everyone else! I would give zero stars as well if that were an option. I ordered a fairy simple dress, size medium. It looks like a freaking potato sack and is clearly MUCH larger than a medium. I was also told in order to request a refund I needed to send pics. I was offered a 30% refund for my inconvenience to which I replied I wanted to proceed with a full refund. I was then given the option of a 40% refund or I could ship the dress back to China as a tracked, registered post which when I looked into that it would cost more than the dress is worth. Horrible customer service, horrible product quality, and all around terrible website. Everything about it is incredibly deceiving and a waste of time and money.Review fromdanna d

1 starI would give zero stars if I could. I order 2 swimsuits following the size chart and the knowledge that all of my current swimsuits are size medium. The order took over two wells to arrive. Both suits were way too small. In trying to get a refund, I was expected to take a picture of the items and explain where they didn’t fit. Odd. Then was rolls their size chart is true to size and was only offered 25% of my money back. I was told the only address I can return to was a warehouse in China and that shipping cost was my responsibility. Unbelievable. I will never order from this company again.Review fromTara T

1 starI've been waiting for an actual response to return or exchange 3 items that were too small. They initially respond (automated with a name Noa attached), but never any real solution. They claim that they do returns and exchanges prior to purchasing, but they have done nothing for me as of today and it's been a month. Every time I do a follow up email, I get the same exact response. I'm stuck with items that don't fit. I classify this as "false advertisement. They send the items, as promised, but they need to change the return/exchange policy to "no returns or exchanges", because that's what they do. They put you through this nonsense of taking photos of your merchandise and want you to point out where it doesn't fit. (Never heard of that!) If it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit. They also say that their sizes run "true to size". I've been a size medium for 30 years, and it was extremely tight and I would probably need an extra large. Bottom line is they rave on the website about being committed to the customer and having exceptional customer service. None of it is true. If you order anything from here, you better hope it fits, because if not, you're out the money. If there was a "0" star rating, Fairyseason.com would get that. And pretty sure after they are a China based company claiming to be in NY or something...SHADY.Review fromMarie S

I ordered a bathing suit and I was told I could keep the item so I didn't have to hassle with returning it offered 5 10% off coupons instead. So I can't see a return unless I purchase more? Can't talk to anyone, not a good fit for mefairyseason.com

I ordered a pair of shoes in November of 2022. I had completely forgotten about them (due to ordering a lot online for the holidays at that time) until they arrived in February of 2023. The item was not as advertised and was of very cheap quality. The shoes were literally dropped into a transparent bag (no box) and then dropped into a regular, cheap mailing bag (not even a bubble bag). They arrived smashed as well as in very poor quality. It is a garbage product and fraudulent advertising. Their customer service department (the only way provided to contact them on a tiny piece of paper inside the package) is 24hservice.vip. I have been dealing with them via email for months to get my $107 back. They offered me $3 USD, then $5 and finally $9 - telling me to keep the product. I insisted on an address for a return and a full refund. They refused to give me an address and repeatedly told me it would cost too much to ship the item back to China. Now, they simply do not respond to emails from my account. Someone should do a class action lawsuit against them. They know exactly what they're doing - scamming people. 1 starAwful return policy for being an online clothing store. They “have a size chart” next to every item however in spite of following this chart for legit all of the items and taking my measurements prior to ordering 3 of the 5 items I ordered were absurdly tight. You have to email their customer service to get a return approved and return shipping is your responsibility. When customer service responds (it took a week in my experience) they will remind you of the size chart and tell you that they’ll offer you a partial refund to “save the hassle of returning”. I did wind up taking this option but just do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this company. The quality of the clothes is about what I expected with the price point but that is with me being pessimistic. The fabric is cheap, patterns are printed on at a low quality, and the appearance of the clothes isnt quite what was advertised as the clothes are all photoshopped onto the “models” in their ads.
