husband did yearly outside inspection of our home, and found siding molding had separated from the house between garage door and house entrance area. I called Dan Fulmer const. whom did the siding work to have it repaired. Was told Chris their repair tech would come out to work on it. I've called 3 times asking about it was told he'd be out in a week we don't need to be home, was told he would be out Monday April 1, was told he has the work order and they would remind him about the repair, We never heard from him, nor has he come out to even look at what needs to be done. All we want is for it to be repaired. It should'nt take repeated calling to get them to honor their work. especially since this is just a small repair. We used them because of them being in business for years and workmanship. Maybe we made a mistake.

****** ******* called us on Friday 3/29/24 about this and on Monday 4/1/24 Chris went there to see what needed to be done and took the attached pictures. ****** called me on Wed. and I told her that I thought Chris had come there but she said he didn't so on Thursday he told me he did go and he gave me the pictures that he took. I was supposed to call Mrs. ******* back and didn't get to it on Thursday for that I am sorry. I did call her today Friday 4/5/24 and told her as soon as we can get someone free to go there to fix it we will.

I had Dan Fulmer replace my roof in October 24th of on 2012. I paid a total of $ 13, 580 for the work. The Roof Warranty written on my contract states "Lifetime Labor Warranty through Dan Fulmer CO " The Shingles which are *** ********** are also listed as Lifetime shingles. I recently had heat cables installed on my roof. The roofer pointed out to me that I had several areas of slipping shingles and wavy shingles. He lifted a section of shingles about 3 feet by 3 feet up from the roof. He stated the shingles were never installed correctly. They are architectural shingles and they were nailed in too high, which has resulted in the shingles shifting and slipping. He stated the shingles were likely to blow off the roof as they are lose and slipping. He showed me pictures which confirmed the slipping. He stated that if this remains unfixed it will result in leaks. I went up into my attic and did see come areas of moisture. I have called Dan Fulmer several times and was promised a return call. I have heard nothing back from them.Business response

**** ******** called us on March 10, 2022 to tell us about her problem with the roof and she was told that as soon as we would get someone there to look at it as soon as we could. (Due to a high volume of calls due to wind damage) Chris V*** (the roofing supervisor) did get there on Friday March 18th to look at it and concluded that there is an area of the roof that needs to be fixed and it is on our schedule to be done which will be covered under the roof warranty.
