1 starI received a gift card from them as a rebate for contacts and the gift card expired. I did not think this was allowed. I contacted Bausch and Lomb and they said it expired too bad there is nothing we can do. I don’t believe this and since no one will have a conversation and just hang up thought I would reach out this way. I’m sure nothing will happen and I won’t get my money.Review fromBruce N

1 starI purchased contact lenses at my Optical provider on September 14 and immediately begin requesting The refund of $310 from Bausch & Lomb. The initial response was we have your offer code please send the photos. I sent all of the photos and the reply then was we have the photos but we don’t have a valid offer code. This continued through multiple text messages and emails during October November, December, and January. The deadline was 31 December. Sometimes the response was the pictures are blurry which they were not and other times we need a valid offer code which they said they already had. For probably the fifth time I submitted all in late December with no response. When I submitted everything again in January as instructed by a Bausch & Lomb representative the response was the purchase was not made within the time. BEWARE!! I have used Lumify eye drops for years but this one batch burned my eyes so bad. Has anyone else had problems with batch number ****** exp. date 2026/01 ? I reported it to them but kept the bottle. Always buy the larger one and they are cheap.Bausch & Lomb Inc

If I could rate them ZERO stars, I would! Just like the many others that have reported the same - their rebate is a total scam! I spent way too much money thinking they were going to be really good lenses and that at least I'd get some cash back. Wrong. First I was told <2 months after submission> that my pictures were blurry (they were not). Then I contacted them via email and was asked to resubmit the photos, offer code, and info. They then told me they haven't offered that rebate since 2022. Why did your vendor offer it to me when I purchased my contacts in August 2024 then? False advertising, scam artists! What's more is that the lenses aren't even good! I've had to throw away several of them straight out of the packaging because they are torn.Bausch & Lomb Inc

Their rebate scheme for contact lenses is disgusting. They charge double what they should knowing customers won’t get their rebates. Points disappear or no money back if you file too late. I feel like I’ve been robbed! There are other good contacts out there. Try a different brand and don’t let these people take your money. That’s what I’m doing.Bausch & Lomb Inc

Horrible service. My link to the virtual card did not work, and have 3 phone calls and lots of email back and forth, no one seems to know how to fix it. Their solution is to send a physical card that will take 4-6 weeks to arrive, which is crazy. On top of that, every support person I talked to just wanted to get me off the phone asap and they didn’t listen to me at all, interrupting a lotBausch & Lomb Inc

Rebate was rejected due to "blurry pictures". I resubmitted my rebate request with new photos and then I was told that the lenses I bought "did not qualify for the rebate" even though they do. I bought these lenses because my eye care facility recommended them due to the rebate. Now I have to go through customer service and hope someone is able to help me. Impossible to get the rebate. I bought a 1 year supply of contacts and have tried and failed to submit my rebate. The site says my UPCs are invalid and then won't allow me to upload images of the UPC. No way to contact customer service except by submitting a request. Seems like a complete scam to me and based on these other reviews I feel quite confident in that belief.Bausch & Lomb Inc

Rebate process is ridiculous and extremely time consuming. If an error is made the consumer has to start completely over. There is a “edit” button but it takes you back to the beginning of the rebate process and all previous information is deleted. Seems very close to a scam to me.Bausch & Lomb Inc
