      Rebate from bausch and lomb offer provided by my eye care professional is a scam and I will let him know. At least five submissions denied due to 'blurry pictues' even though the pictures are perfect. Don't make a buying decision based on a promise if a rebate. You won't get it.

      I purchased contact at ***** ****** ****** in August of 2023 and was urged to purchase $1,000.00 of contacts for the best rebate from Baush and Lomb. To claim the rebate you have to go onto their site and claim it in 60 days or it expires. I did that and claimed a **** card. I went to use the card in April of 2024 and it said I had to activate it. IT would not activate so I called customer service. They said my card expired in March of 2023 and there was nothing i could do. I explained the card was not even a year old and no one told me I had to use it right away. In fact I was told it would be a rebate as in cash and I had to pick gift cards on the site. I have lost a lot of money from this and I will never trust Baush and Lomb again with my business. If they can take my money so easily and promise "rebates" by issuing cards with short expiration dates then what do they do to save money on the contacts or other products they sell to make a dollar.

      I have been a long-time customer for Bausch & Lomb products for as long as I've worn contacts (~20 years). Over the last 6-7 years, I have always received a $200 rebate card after purchasing my year supply of contacts. When I went to use my card last month it gave me an error code "Card Declined" when there was a $200 balance available. I meant to contact customer service but had a family emergency and had other main items of focus. I went back to try and use it earlier this week and got the same "card declined" error and when I contacted customer service they reported the card had expired. I explained my situation of a family emergency and asked if there could be a one-time courtesy exception made as I got the error code prior to the card expiring. The person from customer service was not very pleasant and when I clarified that he could not authorize an exception he stated "no, it's expired sir, nothing I can do". Why would your gift card have an expiration date to begin with?! Plus, why can't customer service do anything about making a one-time courtesy exception, that does not seem ideal for a long term customer of the company. I feel let down by Bausch & Lomb, especially since I rave about the Infuse Contacts by Bausch & Lomb to everyone I encounter.

      Customer Support Hell - all promises no action. I have a “subscription” for their Preservision product. Every couple of months, these AREDs vitamin supplements are automatically sent to me and my credit card charged. In mid-November i received an email stating that due to increased costs, they had to raise their rates. But instead of increasing the price of the subscription, they decreased the number of capsules shipped. They assured us that the price they were charging would not change. However, about a week later when my latest subscription was shipped, I was charged more for the fewer number of capsules. I first called on November 27, 2023 to report the problem. I got their customer service agent to agree there was a problem and was told that the issue was being escalated. Over the last three weeks i have called a couple times a week to check status and am repeatedly being told that the problem was being escalated. I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor, but was told there was no such position/person available. At this time I fully expect that this problem will remain unresolved until I’m charged again. This feels like a war of attrition and they’re waiting for me to give up.

      Unable to open account after creating account because it says password is incorrect. I have submitted the upc codes and receipt on my phone but got message my phone was not connected to an account and to register. So I registered, unable to open account due to password reset problem. There is nowhere in the account creation to list a phone number, so I don't see how that would link the account anyway. This happened last year also & i never got my rebate.

      My contacts are marginal, the price is high and the promise of a rebate is a hook with no rebate. It's impossible to submit the claim, forcing people to give up and never claim the money. There is no phone number to call for assistance and all you get is an email bot reply. Will be returning all my unopened boxes and going back to my old brand. 40 years of contacts and never had this experience. I will never use Bausch and Lomb again. Far too aggravating.

      I have purchased Bausch & Lomb products for years and have always gotten a rebate and used it. In 11/2022 I got a rebate "gift card" for $200, I have never noticed that there is an expiration date. I moved and the card was lost, I just found it and checked the balance, its ZERO. It expired on 7/2023, so on 8/1 the balance of $200 was wiped. Why is there an expiration date?

      Customer service actually sucks. My card has declined twice but it’s activated and has money on it. Cannot talk to a “real person” and can’t seem to find anything online about the card declining. It’s quite frustrating.

      Trying to receive a rebate is almost impossible. I have been trying for almost a month to redeem the information for my rebate. I purchased a year supply of contacts which all have the same UPC code and they keep telling me the images aren’t clear, yet when I zoom in, I can see the numbers on all 8 boxes. How can i take clear images when there are 8 boxes that all have to be taken together. If they look at my receipts, it obvious I bought 8 boxes. I have this problem every year trying to get the rebate. Last year the place I bought them had to help me submit the rebate. Unfortunately that isn’t an option this year. I don’t know why they can’t just lower the price and not worry about offering a rebate. Next year i will probably ask when it’s time to purchase contacts for a different brand after the difficulties i have had trying to receive my rebate.

      I give them 0 stars. very incompetent - been fighting for months trying to get my rebate **** Card, bought contacts for a year, they sent me the wrong prescription. waited for new prescription. i called the rebate centrr asking were my rebate was - they said it was rejected. irs been a constant struggle. my suggestion- choose another company for contacts.
