A representative from Anderson Renewal was at the Home and Garden Show recently and offered an in-home consultation. I scheduled an appointment and when they never showed, I contacted the scheduling office who apologized and proceeded to tell me that he has a picture of my home in front of him and described it in detail. Before discussing a reschedule of the appointment he proceeded to tell me that their window prices start at $2000. I was so offended by how he never asked what I was looking for or how we could reschedule. They showcased their products at a downtown venue in the inner city less than a mile from my home so who did they think their customers would be? For the record, I was looking to see the selection and get advice on my window needs for a home office, not his opinion of what I could afford.Review from Chris C

A sales representative came into my garage uninvited without the homeowners present. Unbelievable invasion of privacy and very unprofessional. He was very rude my son when He told him to leave the garage and proceeded to leave a “coupon” on my classic car.Review from Russ P

We had an appointment on 2/16 with a nice young man. He was working from a script, but we didn't object. The problem started at the end when he wanted us to sign a contract. We made it clear we had one other appointment before we would make a decision. Four days later we decided against Renewal and notified them through the website, just like my original contact. Since then, I have received almost daily phone calls. I tried ignoring them and then finally returned a call to tell them to stop. I received another call today, so I'm filing this complaint.Review from Roy M

There are 5 Business Profiles for this Company, all at the Rochester contract address. I made an appointment approx 3 weeks ago, and we scheduled an appoint for today (10/5/21). From my perspective - NO CALL/NO SHOW. I called the company at 2:05pm asking where the Estimator was. A phone rep answered the call and told me that the estimator was in the next room, and he would pass him the info that I had called in to check on him. NO RETURN CALL. At 2:40pm, I called the WNY Office again, and NICK (a Scheduling Manager), gave me this runaround story - "we called 25 minutes before hand", and 'the estimator' had a family emergency (hmm, yet he was in the next room?), and that he had just got back from lunch). Lousy Customer Service, Lousy communication skills, and I don't appreciate the 'scheduling manager' treating me like I'm stupid, and couldn't figure out that they were not on top of a situation like this. There is no way I would allow a company this bad at communication to work on my home. AND their prices are BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I will NEVER do business with this company - PERIOD.
