      If I could give zero stars, I would. ************************* presents initially as a regular mover who knows how to quote based on information supplied with regard to items to be moved. Then upon arrival at the location, you're advised that the job was underquoted...not by a smidge, but to the tune of over $10,000 additional! So you're left holding the bag while these guys are moving your stuff to the truck, all the while telling you about items that cannot be moved because they're too big. An office desk was unnecessarily left behind because they couldn't "take it apart." This piece of furniture did not disassemble. It was a piece of furniture. Numerous pieces of furniture broken, boxes dropped and placed literally upsidedown and sideways so that when I opened them, contents were smashed. Dents and dings in my walls. Refusal to unload my personal items until the job was paid for in cash or by money order. Basically holding my belongings hostage until the job was paid for...or might I say overpaid for. Then I'm told I should take a photo of the contract because they don't have a copy for me. Never received a claim form for damages until I texted **************** a week later...his response - it was emailed twice. I check my email and it was emailed...after I requested it from him a week later. This company is not...I repeat not...who you want moving your belongings. Shady! Shady! Shady!

      Good day, this customer booked he job 13 months prior to the pickup date and gave us an inventory that consisted of 167 pcs.. The actual inventory was 350 pcs. and she required 2 trucks rather than 1. We tell all of our customers to update their inventory up to 4 days before the move date to avoid a surprise. . This customer moved 75 percent of a tractor trailer into a house that was already furnished and than complained that there is no room.Her and her husband are very dishonest people as attested by her own statement regarding her desk. This desk is required to be disassembled prior to shipment however her husband packed the keys in a box that was loaded into the front of the truck. We explained to the customer that we are not able to ship the desk without disassembly because of the high propensity for damage. They both became very angry and would not accept their own responsibility for packing the keys away.They both claimed to be lawyers and did not want to pay prior to the unloading of the truck until my driver informed and showed them on their federal household bill of lading form that it is federal law to pay for all services prior to unloading. We emailed them a claims form and explained to her that my driver had just returned from his run the day she was emailed. She has 9 months by federal law to file her claim. They are both evil and vindictive people without provocation. Best regards.

      Recently moved from ***********, ** to ***** Waleed and his crew were great and very hard working. The salesperson **** was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and went a little higher than expected but that's understandable because of addition of a few more items. Overall a great experience my stuff arrived in 6 days. Highly recommend

      AVOID All Exclusive Transportation Services **** like the plague! This so-called "exclusive" transportation service is nothing short of a scam, wrapped in false promises and deceit.At first, the owner presents himself as the epitome of professionalism and courtesy, showering you with promises of seamless service and next-day delivery. But don't be fooled by his facade of friendliness it's merely a ploy to lure you into their trap.Once you're hooked, the nightmare begins. The initial quote provided is deliberately underestimated, only to be inflated on the day of pickup with absurd additional charges for supposed "unforeseen" items. To add insult to injury, this shady operation operates on a cash-only basis, conveniently avoiding any paper trail of their dubious transactions. And if that wasn't enough, their promised next-day delivery turned into an agonizing eight-day ordeal, leaving me stranded in a hotel room, forced to dine out for every meal at my own expense.As if the litany of disappointments weren't enough, the owner's abysmal communication skills only served to compound the frustration and stress of dealing with this company. On the rare occasion that he did pick up the phone, his demeanor was nothing short of reprehensible. Instead of offering reassurance or addressing my concerns, he yelled at me, "What do you want now?" This utter lack of professionalism and basic human decency is emblematic of the company's disregard for customer satisfaction.When my belongings finally arrived, it was a scene of utter devastation. Numerous items were either broken, damaged beyond repair, or mysteriously missing, further underscoring the sheer incompetence and negligence of this appalling company.Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the financial strain STEERN CLEAR OF All Exclusive Transportation Services **** at ALL costs. They are not just a transportation service; they are purveyors of deceit and despair. Avoid them like the plague!

      Good day, I have read this complaint and I will respond accordingly. As for a guaranteed delivery date there was none given as she was not charged for a guaranteed delivery. What I did say was that we could get her items in 1 to 3 days from her earliest ready date for delivery. When I told her I would bring her stuff on Monday, she told me that she did not have all of the money because she had not gone.to closing yet. She asked me if she could give me a check as collateral and deliver her stuff and I told her that I can absolutely not do that. What I told her I would do for her is if she had a credit card I would take a credit card payment from her Instead of the United States Postal Money orders or Cash. As for the increase her initial list of items and the box count. when my guys went to her residence, she needed quite a bit of packing and had more items. We gave a revised price prior to beginning any work as we do with every client that need additional services. Once she called me to say that she didn't have all the money I told her to please give me a call back the next to let me know about paying with the credit card which she did not do. When I did not hear from Her regarding the payment. .I had to put another job onto the truck because I have people waiting for their deliveries. She called me the following day about delivery I explained that she hadn't called back so we put another job in the place of her job. At this time she became very angry and was blaming me because she had not advised me and would now have to wait for her delivery. My driver called her the day before delivery and sent her a text message advising her of her balance and reminding her to have United States Postal money orders or cash only upon his arrival, she verbally told him she would have postal money orders and also text him .agreeing to the payment. When my driver arrived at her residence, she had a ******* Money order which we do not take and she was trying to tell the driver he needed to unload the truck prior to her paying her bill. When my driver showed her the legal documentation, that payment must be secured upon arrival before the unloading she still refused to comply and called the police. We waited over forty five minutes for the police to arrive and while my guys waited for the police she called me and pleaded with me to take the ******* money order which I agreed to do as long as she gave my driver the receipt so she couldn't claim it as lost or stolen. The only truthful statement is that she did have a damaged bookcase which I already sent our claims company information. My driver also made a mistake and left her headboard in the warehouse. We located it while my driver was still at home and we will be shipping it to her on the next trip down to **************. I was always very cordial with her and she was the same back however, everything changed when I told her. I cannot take her post dated check and wait for payment and deliver her items without payment. I apologize that her bookcase was damaged and that her headboard was not delivered However, everything else that she claimed is her fault. I can own what's mine. She needs to own what belongs to her.       I would've given 5 stars if I never spoke to *** the dispatcher. Lets be real moving is expensive so I appreciated their low cost until it wasn't. Just be aware of extra fees. Also movers will tell you that delivery will be up to a week but do not count on that. Just keep in mind "contracts" state the company has up to 30 days and if *** the dispatcher feels you are being "condescending" which is what he called me or you have too many "opinions." Then it may take longer. This being my first moving experience, I've learned you get what you pay for. You have to pay for good customer service these days. Salesman *** was nice but that's his job. It ***** but to avoid being called names or have a grown man yell at you through a phone (REAL TOUGH GUY) maybe go with a company who does charge more. Maybe then you'll get nicer treatment. Just hope my belongings aren't damaged when they arrive.

      Good day, I have read the comments and will respond accordingly. I explained to you that when *** stated that it takes about a week from the customers earliest ready date that is certainly not a guaranteed delivery date. It merely implies an approximation of timeline.The reason this customer is upset is because the reason for her call to me was to attempt to get money back which she clearly asked for. When I explained that we have done absolutely nothing wrong that would warrant a discount she became very rude and insulting at which time I told her to read her contract so the legal binding paperwork would prove that what I stated was correct. I run a very transparent company however I wIll not give into false claims or demands. Best regards, *************************

      Great quality company who takes care of your stuff like their own! I cant tell you how much I was impressed with the service I got and for the price!They were also very respectful that I work from home and needed then to be as quiet as possible, they took the time to carefully carry items that will make noise wrapping to a room closed the door behind them once the item was wrapped they took it out of the room and carried the next item to wrap in the room then out . And they did that only out of courtesy and respect for my online meeting which was a lot harder to accomplish and added a lot of work for the moving team but they gladly did it .I'd definitely recommend all exclusive to anyone
