    It took six weeks to get my range repaired, numerous phone calls, messages unanswered. Repair was faulty, had to pay for outside evaluation, took two weeks for local Samsung repair joint to fix it, making unreasonable demands on the way. WORST service experience I have ever had.

    Horrible communication, this company sucks! They sent a technician to fix my dryer, he took it apart and left stating that they would be in touch within 48 hours. 1 week later, no communication from them and my dryer is in many pieces! How Samsung is affiliated with them is a mystery!

    Samsung support scheduled an appointment through these people and not only did they no call no show the first appointment, they did it AGAIN after I called to set up another appointment. Now my TV is out if warranty and Samsung support essentially says to kick rocks. **** this place and **** Samsung support.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with. Samsung should be ashamed of being affiliated with EEFIX. Their technicians aren’t even certified, which is unbelievable. They cancelled my first service appointment to fix my washer. They said I wasn’t home, though I was home the entire day. They changed their story when I called with a Samsung customer service rep and then said they cancelled the service appointment because they didn’t have the part(s). They rescheduled and cancelled that because of the weather. It wasn’t even bad outside, just cold. The third service appointment the technician showed up, was here for 5 min and stared my washer needed a new board. He said I’ll have to make another appointment. I asked the service technician if he had to order the part, he said, “No, I just didn’t bring it.” He obviously could have cared less. It’s been over a month, they still haven’t fixed my washer and I now have to wait another week and a half for a technician to show up. Samsung doesn’t have any other 3rd party providers in my area. It’s absurd they even deal with this company.

    Never calls back! Been dealing with ******* trying to get someone to come look at our washer. One person came out said it need a whole new drum and level and new gasket. Then the first guy closed the ticket/case.never came back to fix it. Then I keep calling ******* everyday texting,emailing them even have to open new chats everyday! They say the same thing that they are waiting on the repair person to come back out and to say if it’s not repairable so I can get a refund or a replacement.I don’t understand why they can’t contact the first person who came here. Now it’s been weeks with a bunch of tickets open. No one NOT one person has called me back! Then they day of the second time they were gonna come here. No one shows up I keep calling ******* like asking where are they when are they coming. They have no answer just to wait. Well I have been waiting WEEKS almost a month to some people that might not be a big deal but when you have 5 children and 7 in the house total that is a BIG deal specially when this washer was less then a year old! And shouldn’t even be having PROBLEMS! When you look up how long a washer should last they say typically up to 10/11 years.This is once again less then a year old. I keep going back and forth everyday for weeks with ******* (calling them) they all say the same thing waiting on this place to get back to them so they can get a code to just refund or replace the washer. To be honest this place is a joke! So is *******! These washers aren’t cheap this is a huge company and people pay for what they want should get the most attention for what they paid for specially once again these aren’t cheap washers. I have gotten cell phones,washer and dryer and ******* tvs (3) in Household this is just ridiculous. Once again they said they would contact me around 11 still no call. Everytime I speak to ******* it’s always the same Thing NO help! ********** washers have lasted longer for $100 then a $700 first name

    Completely agree with all comments below. If I could leave no stars I would. I've never dealt with more incompetent people in my life. And I never leave reviews like this. I'm trying to get my ice maker in my refrigerator repaired since ******* knows this is a huge problem with their appliances. Unlike some of the reviews below, this company does contact me, but way too many times and doesn't leave the important information if I don't answer. 2 times now they've called me 7 times in a row, all while I was taking a shower (so it wasn't even a long span of time in-between each call). They left 2 voicemails just saying to call them back, sent me an email and a text message. And when you finally do get on the phone with them they just read off of scripts. They can't comprehend what you're saying or speak to you in a conversational tone. It has been completely frustrating working with them. I've tried to leave a review with ******* and calling their customer service was an absolute mess, and unsuccessful, as well.

    I agree with other comments, absolutely no reason for 1 star. This company is beyond dis functional and should not be allowed to operate anymore. We have a 4 month ******* washing machine and it is broken. We have been without a machine for 18 days and have wasted days on end waiting for technicians that have not shown, misdiagnosed the machine and still NOT fixed it. The customer service is atrocious and I have not experienced anything this frustrating before. I would love to see some recourse for this “company”.
