      This was a last minute booking on Saturday 5/25/24, because an arrangement with a separate company fell through. When the agent booked this transport, he did not take the $400 deposit on Saturday, he took it on Monday, 5/27/24 (Memorial Day). He texted me at 0700 to take the money but they didn't take credit cards even though the website and order invoice indicated this was allowed. My Apple Pay didn't work, so Cash App was suggested and the agent proceeded to give me two pay profiles that weren't his. Both were flagged as fraudulent by Cash App. After I told him this, I was given the option to wire money, which I did. I was provided a business banking letter with the routing and account numbers on them and I sent the money through MoneyGram. The agent and eventually most of the people I spoke with were not very smart. They expected money to be transferred instantly like a spy movie. I provided a pdf copy of the Money Gram transaction at 1125 by text and email to the agent and was told my car would be picked up after 1700 on the same day. By 1916, I called the company 4 times to ask when the driver would come and was told the money had not hit the bank account. What kind of regular employees observe transactions on the business bank account? I told them I could not wait any longer and had to return home. I was told I could let my brother sign the release paperwork. I did not know I could do this and if I had, I would have left 5 hours earlier. Later that night, the agent texted at 2134 saying the payment hadn't been received. Therefore my car had not been picked up as intended.The next day on the road, I made more phone calls, with the last one being a supervisor yelling at me for calling out the business and absurdness of expecting instant payment from a transaction. By 1702, I got a phone call and text telling me the money had been received and the driver was dispatched to my house. My brother said the driver arrived at 1744 and the car was loaded by 1805.

      I was having a motorcycle transported from ***** to ******* from this company. The seller wanted paid in cash by the driver. I asked the agent (***) if they could do that and he said they could if I Zelled them the money. I sent them $3000 and they stopped communication with me. I called Akos supervisor and he said that they would refund my money. It has been over two months and I have not received my $3000. I can no longer reach them anymore. Please help me.

      Company: ELITE AUTO SHIPPING. The driver who delivered my vehicle stole from my vehicle. I relocated from ******* to ***** and I had put most of my belongings in the car with permission from ***, the dispatcher who scheduled me. I get to ***** and I start looking for my kitchen items, my kids school supplies and my nail kit and its gone. I called them and they hang up in my face. The driver cussed me out and *** stopped texting back. I want my money for the items taken, refunded.

      Do NOT use this company! Got a quote and paid my deposit. Set a date. Day comes and it was a no call no show. The driver PASSED our pickup and ended up in ******!!! We called and never got an answer multiple times!! Finally got a hold of the dispatch. First we were told that the driver called out sick then we were told that the driver cancelled because it was a pickup paying more. How you take someone deposit and just cancel for more money??!! You determined the price so its not my fault. Veryyyy shady company. Bait and switch.

      I contracted (contract attached) this auto shipping company to transport a vehicle from ******************************************* in ****** ** to **************************** in ********* ** on 3/1/24 at an agreed upon price of $300 total with a $100 deposit via cash app. (Receipt attached). The vehicle was contracted to be shipped on 3/2/24 which never occurred. The dealership was closed on Sunday 3/3/24 so I called the contact at Elite Auto Shipping on Monday 3/4/24 and was told "the truck broke down". They then assured me they would find another truck to complete the contract and to give them a few hours. Finally on Tuesday 3/5/24 they told me they got a new truck but they wanted an additional $200 to complete the transport than what I agreed to. I told them I won't pay that since it wasn't agreed to and to cancel my order and refund my money to my cashapp which is where I paid them. He told me to text him that so that he could show his billing department, which I did, (screen shots of texts attached) and he never responded again. I have officially requested a refund on cashapp to the owner on Thursday 3/7/24, ***************************, whom I paid the $100 deposit, with no response or acknowledgement. All I want is my $100 deposit back for services not rendered per the contract. I already had another company execute the transport with no issues. Please help!

      I was contacted by **** from Elite Auto Shipping on Saturday, February 24th, 2024 with a quote to ship my 2015 ****** Pathfinder from ******* for $700. I messaged back that I would like to use their company. I was told the deposit was $150 and requested my car be delivered no later than Saturday, March 2nd, 2024. He explained that this was possible and I signed a contract and sent the deposit via cash app. I did not hear from the company all week and finally messaged on February 1st, 2024 and was answered with, Hi yes I have a truck for today but it is express shipment truck and it ships for 150 dollars higher but I spoke and made only 50 dollars higher than original price and we can take it now if you want if not we have to wait.I, needing the vehicle by today, the 3rd, agreed and signed a new contract and paid the $50 fee via cash app.I was then contacted by ****** that they were there to pick up the car at 1:50pm. Today, the 3rd, I messaged ****** at 10:58pm and asked for an update. I received a response with, Should be delivered today in the afternoon. With this information, I waited at my home all day for the arrival. At 5:40pm, I reached out and asked for an update and received a response of, Hi no it wont be today, they are still in tn delayed sorry. I explained that Were gonna be out quite a bit of money not having it today. And we paid the extra for rush. We are really upset with this.And was answered with a very rude reply that they have 2-3 days to ship according to the contract. Yet, the contract states the delivery date as today. I have not been contacted by this company at all regarding my car. The only times I have heard about the car is when I contact the company. I feel that I have been robbed of my money and I am still without a car. I have now lost a significant amount of money not having a car here.They have not fulfilled the duties of their contract. I am requesting a refund.

      Date of transaction 1/18/2024 THe contract was to pick up the car 1/20/24. No call and no show. Called 1/20/24. Txt 1/22/24 No pickup. Then working on it. After I was told upon signing there was a truck. 1/23/24 still no update. 1/24 I had to look at other options as I was moving and needed the car in WA.1/26/24 Looked at other options and asked for refund given no response or communication.2/1/24 text I will see redress though legal means if i don't get refund. Then they responded i cancelled when clearly i didnt. I have incurred charges of renting cars for weeks because of their non performance.

      I was working with a broker to try and get a vehicle that I purchase from ***** to *********. He rushed me into signing a contract before I had time to even look at how bad his business is. I signed a generic copy of A contract. Gave my credit card information and then I read reviews and I did not trust him toDo the job or touch my vehicle. When I ask To cancel this generic contract he immediately started in saying nope I'm not gonna do it no way you can only use me and nobody else and then you'll see where I circled the picture he threatened me that he knows where I live he has my information and to be careful about the car like he was going to go damage it.

      I received a quote for shipping my vehicle from Elite Auto Transport for $600 on Sat 9/2/2023 with Quote ID # ***********. I reached out to place an order based on that quote to ship my vehicle from ******* ** to ****** ***** on 9/4/2023. On this day I scheduled for pickup of my vehicle on 9/5/2023 with an expected delivery date of 9/8/2023. This was on Order Number ***********. I signed the agreement at $600 and paid the $200 deposit. My vehicle was never picked up and the dispatch person **** then tried to tell me another driver would cost $1200. I then told him we have a signed contract for $600 and if that could not be met then I would like my deposit back. **** then told me I had to wait a week before they could refund my deposit in case they found a driver at the contracted price. I waited a week and **** told me they were sending my refund. I waited another week and I still did not receive my refund so I called **** on 9/18/2023. **** stated that I would have my refund by 9/19/2023. It is currently 9/20/2023 and I still do not have my deposit back and can not get in contact with **** or his supervisor. I would like my deposit back or I will escalate to a higher court.
