DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stole $350 via wire. Regarding Transport of a Truck from an Auto dealer in *********, ** ***** to me in ********, ********. 8/6/24 I contacted Elite Auto Shipping for a price quote to compete the transport. I was quoted a price of $1500. I agreed to the price and was sent a shifty online contract to initial., and paid the required $350 deposit with a bank wire. I took what the Agent at Elite Auto Shipping for face value. First, I asked if they used their own trucks, he said yes, I asked if, I was able to speak to the drivers prior to pickup, he said yes,. I asked about insurance etc. He ensured me it was easy and they would have a seasoned driver within two days. I was happy to hear. The driver that showed up to get the truck was not professional, He arranged the pickup with ***** at the dealership. The appointment was setup, Paperwork was ready and the truck was ready. An hour before the pickup, I get a text from the driver saying hes cancelling the load and to contact the Elite agent. , I was not happy and needed Agent to make it right. He said she had another driver but they wanted not $1500, but $3200,.. I was surprised. What would make this type of bait and switch. I immediately knew this agent and business was using the 2.9 rating they have on me. Communication is horrible and the never picked up the truck. I require my $350 BACK.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Elite Auto Shippers (operating as Elite Auto Shipping **** USDOT Number *******, MC Number MC-******) due to their deceptive business practices and unprofessional conduct. The company is supposedly based at *******************************************, and can be contacted at **************. However, based on information and belief, the company uses other addresses and VoIP phone numbers, further obscuring their true operations and making it difficult to ascertain.1. Bait-and-Switch Tactics: Elite Auto Shippers engages in bait-and-switch tactics, initially offering one set of terms, only to change the deal at the last minute, leaving customers stranded. Specifically, my original contract with the company, which I have attached, was for $900 to transport my 2002 **** Excursion. However, at the last minute, they increased the cost to $1,500, a significant and unacceptable increase that was imposed without any reasonable explanation.2. Potential Shell Company Operations: I have strong suspicions that Elite Auto Shippers operates through shell companies or shell LLCs under different names. This allows them to evade accountability while continuing to engage in dishonest practices.3. ******************** and Aggressive Tactics: The company appears to use offshore call centers, likely based in *****, where employees employ aggressive tactics to coerce customers into accepting unfavorable changes. This creates a stressful and unpleasant experience, far from the professional service expected.I request that the BBB investigate Elite Auto Shippers for their unethical practices and consider appropriate actions to protect consumers from their deceptive conduct. Additionally, I urge the BBB to take steps to ensure that other consumers are aware of the risks associated with using this company.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the BBB will take appropriate action to address these serious concerns.

On 06/06/24 I got in contact with Elite Auto Shipping to ship out a car. For a down payment I gave them 200 dollar, after they assured me they can get a driver on the date we both agreed upon. On 06/17/24, they contacted me again saying they found a driver for the time we agreed upon but then said they couldn't a driver because of the high demand of drivers, I asked if they can clarified and they then ask me if they can get someone to pick it up next week. I told them that is way to late as I'm flying out of the CA and wont be going back and need the car heading to ** where I'm going to be living at. they then try to say they quote me for a low price that's why they couldn't find anyone and that they tried 300 carriers. I told them if they can't follow up with they agreed upon I would like a refund and will look else where. after a little back and fourth they agreed to give a refund saying it will be process 4-5 business days. He said that on 06-17-24. On 07-01-24 i contact them saying its well over 5 business days and have not receive my refund they said it would be in my account that same day or early morning the next day. I did not receive it and contact them again but never got a reply for the next 3 days. Person I spoke to was *********************** his number was ************ email was ********************************

This was a last minute booking on Saturday 5/25/24, because an arrangement with a separate company fell through. When the agent booked this transport, he did not take the $400 deposit on Saturday, he took it on Monday, 5/27/24 (Memorial Day). He texted me at 0700 to take the money but they didn't take credit cards even though the website and order invoice indicated this was allowed. My Apple Pay didn't work, so Cash App was suggested and the agent proceeded to give me two pay profiles that weren't his. Both were flagged as fraudulent by Cash App. After I told him this, I was given the option to wire money, which I did. I was provided a business banking letter with the routing and account numbers on them and I sent the money through MoneyGram. The agent and eventually most of the people I spoke with were not very smart. They expected money to be transferred instantly like a spy movie. I provided a pdf copy of the Money Gram transaction at 1125 by text and email to the agent and was told my car would be picked up after 1700 on the same day. By 1916, I called the company 4 times to ask when the driver would come and was told the money had not hit the bank account. What kind of regular employees observe transactions on the business bank account? I told them I could not wait any longer and had to return home. I was told I could let my brother sign the release paperwork. I did not know I could do this and if I had, I would have left 5 hours earlier. Later that night, the agent texted at 2134 saying the payment hadn't been received. Therefore my car had not been picked up as intended. The next day on the road, I made more phone calls, with the last one being a supervisor yelling at me for calling out the business and absurdness of expecting instant payment from a transaction. By 1702, I got a phone call and text telling me the money had been received and the driver was dispatched to my house. My brother said the driver arrived at 1744 and the car was loaded by 1805.

Do NOT use this company! Got a quote and paid my deposit. Set a date. Day comes and it was a no call no show. The driver PASSED our pickup and ended up in ******!!! We called and never got an answer multiple times!! Finally got a hold of the dispatch. First we were told that the driver called out sick then we were told that the driver cancelled because it was a pickup paying more. How you take someone deposit and just cancel for more money??!! You determined the price so its not my fault. Veryyyy shady company. Bait and switch.

I contracted (contract attached) this auto shipping company to transport a vehicle from ******************************************* in ****** ** to **************************** in ********* ** on 3/1/24 at an agreed upon price of $300 total with a $100 deposit via cash app. (Receipt attached). The vehicle was contracted to be shipped on 3/2/24 which never occurred. The dealership was closed on Sunday 3/3/24 so I called the contact at Elite Auto Shipping on Monday 3/4/24 and was told "the truck broke down". They then assured me they would find another truck to complete the contract and to give them a few hours. Finally on Tuesday 3/5/24 they told me they got a new truck but they wanted an additional $200 to complete the transport than what I agreed to. I told them I won't pay that since it wasn't agreed to and to cancel my order and refund my money to my cashapp which is where I paid them. He told me to text him that so that he could show his billing department, which I did, (screen shots of texts attached) and he never responded again. I have officially requested a refund on cashapp to the owner on Thursday 3/7/24, ***************************, whom I paid the $100 deposit, with no response or acknowledgement. All I want is my $100 deposit back for services not rendered per the contract. I already had another company execute the transport with no issues. Please help!
