  Unfortunately, we can't leave 0 stars. Terrible company! I was moving across the country on Saturday and has a contracted scheduled pick up on Thursday for 3 cars. I paid a $500 deposit and the truck never showed up. They text me the day prior to the contracted, scheduled pick up, saying they would be coming between 5pm-7pm, at 7pm I text the driver and he stated he wouldn't be able to make it today, he'll come tomorrow. The following morning no answer, no response from the driver. The contact *** kept saying he found someone for the next day, the next day, the next day. (similar to other reviews) I've asked for a refund multiple times and the only response I get is "are you cancelling." I didn't cancel, the company never showed up!!!! Unnecessary stress in an already stressful moving situation.

  ** SCAMMING BUSINESS ALERT **Elite Auto Shipping - 0 STAR REVIEW:I hired Elite Auto Shipping to manage hauling my car for an agreed amount of money. I actually paid more, per our agreement, because I was going to pay for the service via credit card. When my vehicle reached the agreed to destination, the ***************** 4CORNA TRUCKING LLC, asked me to pay via cash and for a higher amount than my contract stated. Elite Auto Shipping ceased communication with the trucking company and me. The trucking company and I reviewed both of our contracts together and their contract said I owed 17% more than what my contract said. After four hours of failed attempts to have the broker help resolve their fraudulent contracts, the trucking company was furious because they had to leave and deliver/pickup other vehicles. The trucking company threatened to leave with my car and put a lien on it. In addition, the trucking company demanded another 43% to make up for lost time!! I eventually drove two hours out of my way and paid the higher amount in cash. Scammed by both businesses. Pure h*** nightmare experience. Elite Auto Shipping should not be in business. They are scammers who hide like cowards. The "manager" doesn't even have a voice mail. They argue the credit card agreement was only for the deposit, which is a complete lie and total joke. Why charge me X% credit card fee for the entire door-to-door quote but then say the credit card fee was only for the deposit. These people are liars. The lazy manager who hid and never returned calls said their service is to only introduce the end customer to the trucking company, and nothing more. Their service is done after that even though their contacts don't do simple math and even out. This is a complete scam and this business must be avoided and terminated.

  Do not give this company any money for any reason. Their customer service is the worst and they will not provide any service regardless of the contract. We waited all day for the truck to come pick up our car and we called and left several messages. Only once did they respond and said the truck would be there soon...it never showed up. Then they will not respond to any messages and will not refund our deposit. I had to hire another company at the last minute to get it done.

  Stay FAR away from this scammer! Inquired and received an email from "****" on 1/18/24 with a quote of $300 to transport a car in enclosed trailer 90 miles. ******** a text that they could get it 'today or tomorrow', this was on 1/24/23. All of a sudden the price was $400. Asked why it's now $100 more and the response was "for this week $400 boss". Asked why the change and he said he quoted me "trustly". Said "I could lie to you to say $300 and raise to $400". Sent him a screenshot of the original quote and he proceeds to tell me that quote was only good for that day, but he couldn't tell me where in the screenshotted email message he mentioned that. After some more back and forth he says he can " do $350 my best". Seems these places are all a joke, nobody can communicate in clear English and they are all out to just scam. I received no less than 20 texts from different numbers the day after inquiring with this "company".

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, once you submit your info it goes to a bunch of unscrupulous brokers who only want to take your deposit. They will tell you that they have someone to pick up your car only to have no one show up. when you try and cancel they keep your deposit. TOTAL SCAM.

  Do Not use these people they are crooks ! Do Not give them your CC Number these people stole ****** from me charged me for something they never did I gave them 14 + days to find a driver for my rv they sent out 2 people with car trailers idiots My Rv is 35 ft long . They were not supposed to charge me until it was loaded and on the way! they lied charged me and Never got loaded or transported anywhere! I had to pay a legitimate professional company to take care of it. Im not only having to pay the actual transport company plus these clowns these people are Not Legit they have an F- on BBB and are Not accredited everyone had the same is***s of them stealing money and committing CC Fraud I am now seeking everyone that was taken by this company in a class action law suite contact me at we are going to *** these people

  What a nightmare of a company. Used them to ship two vehicles cross-country earlier in the year and it was a headache from start to finish. Extremely poor communication and no sense of payment security. This is a broker, NOT a carrier. They will put you in touch with a carrier(if they can). By the time my vehicles arrived at my destination, they had gone through another broker and two separate carriers, and not a single one of them knew who I should pay or who has even received payment. I consider myself lucky that I even received my vehicles to being with.

  Do not even consider hiring this company. After I placed a deposit for $200 for a set price on a signed contract for $700, they call me two days before and increase the price by $300.its fraud company
