              I contacted this company and obtained a flat rate. I discussed with the representative that I was on a tight budget as I am disabled and have been homeless for 6 months. I was told I had to pay a deposit quickly in order to lock in the rate and date I needed. I paid the deposit on a Mastercard and only after I paid was I told that if I did not pay the balance in cash that I would be subject to additional fees. They have refused to refund my deposit stating that I accepted the terms even though they changed the terms of the agreement after I paid.

              I contracted 1/2 price movers for a small mover on 1/4/24. Thinking cause its a small move all would be good but man was I wrong. This is the most dishonest company Ive ever dealt with from management all the way down to the workers this is one company I will never recommend to anyone not even to my enemy. Dont even deserve the one star that the system makes me give automatically.
