      Let me tell you how INCOMPETENT IGNORANT AND STUPID THIS COMPANY IS. Be VERY careful of moving in or out of ANY place of theirs!!! Make sure you document EVERYTHING. I cant say what how I feel in words on here. We lived at one of their properties *********. Dont even get me started about the bats that were living in the 3 bedroom buildings at the place we stayed. I hope yall fixed that. The whole reason Im leaving this review: we cant rent another home because of this bogus ************** I hope yall get investigated. Im might report yall to the BBB. They put an unpaid rent balance THAT WAS INDEED PAID on my mothers credit of $1000 that has of course acquired interest. We have all of the proof. Tried to rectify the situation previously. Now that we are ready to rent again. We couldnt figure out why we kept getting denied. Thanks to your incompetent company. We really appreciate it. Do better about not s******* someones credit because yall cant handle simple paperwork. This has caused the biggest headache in this economy and housing crisis. This ********** should be ashamed of themselves!!!! ??

      The worst! I was told today that I would owe over 4K for my mothers apartment even though she was rushed to the hospital on Sept.26. The apartment manager at ************** in **************,Al., even told me that we would still owe that amount even if she had died or was dead. This is wrong and cruel and just plain sorry behavior. I kept the ************* team in the loop on my mothers condition and in early Oct. I was told that "don't worry about anything- just take care of your mother." It is unethical and very unsympathetic to an unforeseen circumstance that a business could demand or "steal" funds from an elderly person on a fixed income. The apartment has been vacated since Sept.26 and all contents will be removed by Nov. 1 and yet, 4K is still demanded of her and her family for breaking a lease. Cold and cruel mismanagement. The property also mishandles mail, no trash pickup for weeks, maintenance ***** is slow and/or nonexistent....and trashy, the pool is only open for half of the summer season......for the three years she lived there. Just to mention a few things. A good tenant for three years was thrown to the curb.....literally.

      With every property management change the worse this place get. They charge 35.00 for trash pick up but nobody picks up the trash. Then they tell you it's your responsibility to take it out when they don't. Don't try to call when you have an issue as nobody ever answers the phone Maintenance is non existing. The lights have bee. broken in the laundry for months with no resolution. I could go and on but there is a character limit in these post. Run from this place.

      Horrible management (************************************************ ***********, AL *********** doesnt fix anything. Just moved into a 2 bedroom, toilet not fixed. No pest control and it was included in my lease. Poor communication skills. Got mice and ***** problems and no one has done anything for a month

      *****, ************ property is Terribly managed.. Nobody takes accountability and nothing gets done. A new management team shows up about every six months and counteracts any progress of the previous manager Advertise two pools, *********** is permanently closed. Indoor one is open during office hours. Thats when the office is open. Office is rarely open. Infested with all sorts of pests. Advertise a security patrol that is just a security truck thats always parked at the front office. Parking is a mess. Have lived here for 3 years and the neighbors are constantly being evicted. Just stay far away from this property if at all possible. Lease is up in 3 months and we cant wait to get out of here.

      They do not honor what they say and the never fix anything! Balconies dry rotten, mailboxes are broken and left open daily, mold in bedrooms, the goes on

      I had a water leak from my upstairs neighbors had a pipe burst which was leaking for hours because emergency maintenance wouldnt answer the phone. I then had to let water sit in my apartment soaking my belongings for 14 hours because management wouldnt answer the phone to get somebody out to clean the mess. After reporting the water leak nobody came to fix my ceiling for days causing me not to be able to use my appliances. Mind you this is the second leak and neither has been fixed. When they did come they only removed the ceiling and not the walls now I have mold everyw**** and I have been sick from it. I was told I was t going to get moved to a different apartment and had to stay for 2 more months in order to break my lease without fees owed. Ive only live ed **** not even 2 months. Management is horrible corporate is horrible as well stay away !!!

      THERE'S SO MUCH TO SAY NEGATIVELY ABOUT THIS COMPANY BUT THAT WILL TAKE TOO LONG. I WILL TALK ABOUT HOW I RECENTLY JUST RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK IN A CHECK FORM AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT. YET IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE TO DO SO. I ALREADY DISLIKE THIS APARTMENT COMPANY FROM HAVING MOLD, TERRIBLE SERVICES, ROACHES AND MORE. BUT NOW THAT I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT STATE AND MOVED ON WITH MY LIFE THEY ARE STILL WORKING MY NERVES. I WANT DASMEN RESIDENTIAL TO SHUT DOWN BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS RUIN PEOPLES LIVES AND CAUSE BLACK MOLD HEALTH ISSUES.

      if i could give 0 stars i would. a week no hot water and a property manager who is very unprofessional and likes to play games. maintenance who has no idea what they are doing. i have tagged and emailed every executive with the company and no assistance with this matter.

      If I could give zero stars I would. My husband did work for this company over two months ago, they have yet to pay him for the job. We have emailed, called, left voicemails and havent gotten any response. This is the biggest scam of a business & by seeing the reviews now, theyve screwed other people too. BEAWARE
