I am getting married in August and I needed to find a pair of shoes to wear with my dress prior to a recent fitting that I had scheduled so that we could check the length of the dress with the shoes. I found a pair of shoes that I loved but they were out of stock on the sellers website. I did a ****** search, and I found my size in this exact pair of shoes being sold from another company called Mola Studio. I placed an order with them, and the process was fine. I realized the next day that I hadn't received any email confirmation or details about the shipping, so I emailed the company and asked them to send me that information. They answered promptly and sent me a screenshot with my order. After a week or so I realized that the package had still not arrived, and I reached out asking when the package would arrive. I have since reached out to the company several times asking them to please give me an update about my order. After not hearing from them at all I have now been requesting a refund. I have received no response and have reached out to this company numerous times. I want a refund for my purchase because I do not trust this company and I paid almost $1000 to them. it is currently 24 days since I placed my order and 22 days since I have received a response from the company about my order. Additionally I have tried to reach the company via their phone number but that doesn't seem to be a functional number for a business. I really appreciate whatever help I get because I can't afford these outstanding monies, and I need this money to be able to purchase a pair of shoes for my wedding.Customer response
