            On September 15 2022, I placed an order from Maya Kern’s website. I ordered 3 skirts for a total of 170.72. I had used 2 of the 3 skiers and had no issues. I recently attended ******* ****** Convention in Ohio and wore the skirt for the first time. I came home and washed in cold water and hung it up to dry since I didn’t want to get ruined. When I went to hang it up, I noticed discoloration on the fabric. So on July 14, 2023, I email Maya Kern’s team. Their response was “ Im so sorry we stoped using that manufacture do to this sort of quality issue, please use coupon code: ImSorry at check out for 10% off. On future orders, as our new skirts are not really compareable”. I responded that I would like a replacement since the skirt was in stock and they refused saying that it had been too long. I only wore the skirt for a few hours and they aren’t willing to stand by a product that had known quality issues.

            Our sympathies with the customer. However, our return policy is 90 days, as clearly listed in our FAQ and our return policy, which means the contact for a return would have had to be initiated in December of 2022. It is now July of 2023 — a full 7 months outside of our return policy.  We have changed fabric, manufacturer, and design of our clothes, so the product she purchased is no longer available. The product she is referencing as in stock is discounted due to a printing defect, the product she purchased is considered the [OLD STYLE] version, and is currently archived. Thank you for your time.

            I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   i just checked and the my are still selling the “old style” to unexpected clients.             Please see attached. The old style of the Dungeon Delver midi skirt is archived with 0 in stock. The new style, made with a new factory and new materials, is the active listing. The customer would be unable to see archived products.
