      This is very bad clinic they have physicians I dont believe are real practitioners just there to steal people money want people to have personal care doctor and its not needed just another way to steal money out of misfortune patients to satisfy their greedy ways on minorities behind lab coat the stigma of putting people down telling people take drugs to save them and its nothing wrong with them

      I visited CityMD for a routine blood draw and confirmed my insurance coverage for the agreed-upon cost. There was no mention of an emergency visit or additional fees. Several weeks later, I received a bill for $150 labeled as an emergency visit, which I never requested or needed. I contacted CityMD to dispute the charge, only to find out that it had been sent to collections without any prior notification.This billing practice feels misleading, and I strongly believe the charge should be removed. I would like CityMD to resolve this issue promptly and ensure this does not negatively impact my credit.

      Went for a small open wound. The doctor only prescribed an antibiotic. Touched the wound, made it bleed, didnt even clean it. City MD charged me $225 for nothing. I had to buy my own iodine solution to clean my still-open wound at home. I went to another doctor and they told me antibiotics were unnecessary, and the previous doctor should have cleaned and patched it up.

      This CityMD is at ***************************************************** Think twice before going in. Horrible! Beware! I called CityMd prior to visiting and the front desk person told me that they do not accept Emblem Health GHI and all I had to pay was $ 100. Now I receive a bill of $200 and after telling them how wrong it was for them to bill me, they send me an updated bill of $122 which I should not be paying in the first place. How can they lie to me! When I went in person, I saw the same staff who answered my call and he told me again that all I had to pay was $100 since they do not accept GhI. Now they are telling me that GHI did not pay for this visit when they told me in the first place that they do not accept GHi. Please help me from these crooks!!! I would give negative zero if I had the option. I am writing to BBB for this is not fair. We as customers should not be penalized for the wrong information by CityMd staff. Not to mention they made me wait for 90 minutes when at the beginning said its only ***** minutes wait. what a joke!

      CITY MD in Astoria Queens on *********** lost my and my son's blood work and we had to get blood drawn out again and they lost my son's blood again. This is crazy what are they doing with the blood. This is alot inconvenience and just scary why the blood is missing.

      I came to CityMD October 3. I didnt have my insurance information with me and was told it was an easy process to pay upfront then call them with my insurance details to get the claim filed with my insurance and receive a refund. Its been over 16 weeks with no resolution. Apparently they made a typo when they first submitted the claim, which is understandable that mistakes happen, but its been over 6 weeks since they were alerted of the typo and there is still no resolution and no estimate of when the claim will be filed with my insurance. Unfortunately, the insurance requires the service provider to submit the claim and I am not able to do so myself.

      Very disappointed with the aftercare service. I spoke to a few representatives. I experienced an extremely rude customer representative. I had an issue with my office visit- the Representative werent able to provide me an answer. Everyone was saying something different from the last. Requested a call back from a manager. Been over a week still haven't heard anything.

      I was given an 8am appointment to get drug screening done. I came to ************ and was told they can't see me until 12pm due to understaffing. I'm now stuck in ************. I am trying to be very patient with this state but my patience is wearing very thin.

      My name is ****** and I went in person to your office located at ************************************** on 9-14-23 8:08PM. I submitted 2 urine samples (2 separate cups) for a full STDs test and I was informed that the results will take 5 days.Since then I checked daily updates on the CityMD app to no avail. No updates, no results.On 9-22-23 I decided to call the office 718-fiveseven1-9355 and after speaking with a female with an Indian accent she said: We have no record with your name.In short: CityMD lost and/or did NOT properly submit my urine sample to be tested.How can you trust CityMD if they lost the chain of custody of your sample?Totally irresponsible.I will NEVER enter CityMD again and will tell as many people as I can about CityMD's lack of professionalism, empathy and care.Sincerely,One ****** off never-again-client

      City MD saved me! I got an infection when my doctor was on vacation and so was his covering doctor. I went to the ** where they cut a rather large abscess open and drained it. They referred me to a breast surgeon whose office turned out to be closed for the 3 day holiday! I went home but knew I needed daily changes of wound care, but I didn't know where to go. I decided to go to City MD at West 88th St. and see if they could do it. They did do it, and I went there every day for 4 days. The doctors were upset that they were being asked to do something they don't often do, but they did it. One doctor told me he would get a referral for a wound care nurse to come to my house daily to change the dressing. Meanwhile, my doctor had returned from vacation, changed the dressing, and said he ordered a wound care nurse as well. I noticed that someone had left me a voiicemail that I had missed, and I realized that it was from City MD, askinng me to return their call. When I did so, they told me that my City MD doctor had arranged for the wound care nurse! I was surprised and pleased that an ****************** had actually pursued follow-up care for me! It was all arranged right on the phone with me and the City MD person and the wound care person right on the phone! I am so grateful to City MD for not letting me fall through the cracks! They get 5 stars from me!
