Nothing we can do since you used the car wash but we will speak to them and tell them not to do that And said I can’t get refunded because of using the car wash that day I said so I paid almost 50.00 for a car wash. That’s wrong and terrible customer service I want to report this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else You put your card in to buy 1 single car wash and they sign you up for a monthly plan!!!

On 4/14/23 at approximately 04:15 pm I brought my car to Classy Chassy Car Wash in Vestal, Ny to utilize the automatic car wash. I had inspected my vehicle before going through the car wash and knew the condition of my vehicle well. I entered the car wash and was guided onto the conveyor by an employee and instructed to put my car in neutral. There were 3 or 4 cars in the car wash ahead of me and I noted that one of them was exceptionally dirty 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. My car was in neutral, my foot was off the gas and break while the car wash automatically moved my car through. After completion I took my vehicle to the vacuum station. When I got out of my car I noticed damage to my vehicle. There is paint chips down to the metal, scuffs, scratches, and scrapes all over the whole exterior, two small dents, damage to my head light, hub cap, tire flap, grill, and even a lose bumper. I immediately found the store manager Kaylee S******** and told her what happened. She examined the vehicle briefly and took a couple pictures of the paint chips. I then filled out an incident report and she told me to have an estimate done of the damage. I took the car for estimate on 4/18/23 and they estimated $3000 or more in damage to be repaired. I promptly forwarded the estimate to the store manager, along with all pictures I took on the day of the incident of the damage. I have not been given any sort of resolution to my issue by the car wash yet. I have regularly checked in with the manager who tells me she has heard nothing from the district manager and that she doesn’t believe the damage occurred at the car wash I have reported. I have called the district manager twice with no response. I feel it is their responsibility to pay for the damages that occurred to my vehicle and would like their insurance information to file a claim. I purchased my car at the end of 12/22 with no damage to exterior before the incident. I have recent professional insurance photos to prove this.
